No longer pleased, he said to that monk, "What are you doing, venerable one? You are taking hold of contact." "Venerable one, didn't the Blessed One prohibit unchaste conduct, that is, sexual intercourse?" "Venerable one, it is indeed prohibited. That is with regard to another's penis, not one's own." Those monks neither praised him nor refuted him, neither praising nor refuting, they went to where the Blessed One was, and having gone to the feet of the Blessed One, they paid homage with their heads and sat down on one side. Having sat down on one side, many monks extensively reported the matter to the Blessed One. The Blessed One said, "Monks, I have temporarily prohibited another's penis, what need to mention one's own? That foolish man has failed." The monk's mind is inclined to intercourse, addicted to intercourse, and has become addicted to intercourse, therefore, his mind is inclined to intercourse, addicted to intercourse, and has become addicted to intercourse, he has made his limb usable, if he puts his own or another's into (the mouth) and strives, he fails as soon as it is put in. The Buddha, the Blessed One, was dwelling in Shravasti, in the Jeta Grove, in the Garden of Anathapindika. In Shravasti, there was a householder who took a wife from the same clan. He played, rejoiced, and enjoyed with her. At another time, while he was playing, rejoicing, and enjoying, his wife conceived. After eight or nine months, she gave birth to a boy whose limbs were exceedingly large. His relatives gathered together and held a grand birth celebration on the seventh, third, or twenty-first day, and they began to name the boy, saying, "What should this boy be named?" They thought, "Because this boy's limbs are exceedingly large, therefore this boy shall be called 'Hanging Down'." Therefore, they named him 'Hanging Down'. He was nourished with milk, yogurt, butter, ghee, clarified butter, and other chief kinds of provisions.

The principal lords cause it to increase and grow, causing it to grow quickly like a lotus in a pond. When he becomes great, he goes forth into the well-spoken Dharma-Vinaya. Having thus gone forth, in the early morning he puts on his lower garment, takes his bowl and Dharma robes, and goes to the town or village where he dwells nearby, without guarding his body, without restraining his senses, without maintaining mindfulness, and engages in alms-seeking. Having sequentially sought alms in that town or village, and having done the work of eating, he returns from the later alms-seeking of food, puts down his bowl and Dharma robes, washes his two feet, and enters his dwelling in order to properly place himself inside. When his mind is completely bound by attachment to desire, he makes the shape of his limb suitable, puts it into his own excretory passage, and strives. Then, at another time, many wandering monks who wander about go to the place where that monk is, and those monks see that monk doing that. Having seen it, they are displeased and not delighted, and say to that monk: Venerable one, what are you doing? You are possessing touch. Venerable one, has the Blessed One not forbidden unchaste conduct, the Dharma of sexual intercourse? Venerable ones, it is forbidden, that is another's penis, not one's own penis. Those monks neither praise him nor dissuade him. Without praising or dissuading, they went directly to where the Blessed One was, bowed to the two feet of the Blessed One with their heads, and sat down on one side. Having sat down on one side, many monks extensively reported the situation to the Blessed One. The Blessed One said: Monks, if I have forbidden another's penis, what need is there to mention one's own penis? That foolish person has failed. 如果倾身,趋向于依靠,由于趋向于依靠而使自己的肢体形状适于行事,将自己的或他人的粪便道纳入而努力,纳入的当下即告失败。 佛薄伽梵住在舍卫城祇陀林给孤独园。 那时,在阿夷国,有一位名叫乐贤的商队首领,他富有、多财、享用丰厚、完全受用宽广而广大的财物,拥有多闻天子的财富,在财富上与多闻天子相匹敌。 他从同种姓中娶妻,与她一同嬉戏、欢娱、享受快乐。 嬉戏、欢娱、享受快乐的他,没有儿子,也没有女儿。 他因无子且渴望儿子,而向自在天、水神、身恶神、帝释天、梵天等祈祷。 以及其他的神祇,例如:祇陀林的园神、林神、四岔路口的神、三岔路口的神、食供神、俱生神、法友神、以及常随神等,也向他们祈祷。 世间有这样的说法:由于祈祷的缘故,会生儿子和女儿。 但事实并非如此,如果真是那样,那么每个人都会像转轮王一样,拥有一千个儿子。 像这样,当三个条件显现时,才会生儿子和女儿。 这三个条件是什么呢? 父母双方交合且聚集,母亲适时且有月经,以及乾闼婆临近且想进入。 当这三个条件显现时,才会生儿子和女儿。 他如此专注于祈祷,这时,有一个众生从天界死去,投生到他的主母的胎中。 在妇女的领域中,有智慧本性的妇女具有五种不混杂的法。 这五种是什么呢? 知道男子已经交合,也知道没有交合;知道时节,也知道月经;

If one leans, inclines to rely, and because of inclining to rely, makes the shape of one's own limb suitable for action, and strives by inserting one's own or another's anal passage, one is defeated as soon as it is inserted. The Buddha, the Bhagavan, was dwelling in Shravasti, in the Jeta Grove, in the Garden of Anathapindika. At that time, in the noble country, there was a caravan leader named Delightful, who was wealthy, had much wealth, had great enjoyment, completely enjoyed vast and extensive possessions, possessed the wealth of the son of Vaishravana, and rivaled Vaishravana in wealth. He took a wife from the same lineage, and he played, rejoiced, and enjoyed pleasure with her. He who played, rejoiced, and enjoyed pleasure had neither a son nor a daughter. Because he was without a son and desired one, he prayed to Shiva, the water deity, the evil-bodied deity, Indra, Brahma, and so forth. And to other specific deities, such as the garden deities of the Jeta Grove, the forest deities, the deities of the crossroads, the deities of the triple crossroads, the deities who receive offerings, the co-born deities, the Dharma-friend deities, and the deities who always follow, he also prayed. In the world, there is such a saying that sons and daughters are born from the cause of prayer. But that is not so; if it were so, then each one would have a thousand sons, like a universal monarch. In this way, sons and daughters are born from the manifestation of these three conditions. What are these three? The father and mother both become passionate and unite, the mother is in season and has menstruation, and a gandharva is near and desires to enter. Sons and daughters are born from the manifestation of these three conditions. As he was diligently engaged in praying in this way, a sentient being died and transmigrated from the realm of the gods, and entered the womb of his chief consort. In the realm of women, a woman of wise nature has five unmixed qualities. What are the five? Knowing that a man has become passionate, and knowing that he is without passion; knowing the time, and knowing menstruation;
