Saying, "Go this way, go that way," uttering laments and grief, but the meaning of what is said is this. Saying, "The meaning of what is said is this," but not understanding what that means. Gautama, after the seedling gardens of those beings disappeared, uncultivated and unsown Sālu rice grew, fruits of four colors, without chaff, without husks, without skin, pure and clean. If harvested in the evening, it would grow and ripen in the morning. If harvested in the morning, it would grow and ripen in the evening, so even if harvested again and again, because it grew again, the traces of harvesting would not be visible. They ate that rice, and by eating that rice as food, they lived long and existed for a long time. From where, those beings gradually ate the uncultivated and unsown Sālu rice as mouthfuls of food, from then on, they developed different faculties. Some had male faculties, and some had female faculties. Then, those who had female faculties and those who had male faculties looked at each other with their eyes. Just as they looked at each other with their eyes, they became completely attached. Just as they became completely attached, they became infatuated. Just as they became infatuated, they engaged in misconduct. Other beings also saw beings engaging in misconduct with beings. Having seen this, they threw earth, clods, gravel, and tiles, and said, "These vile beings are doing what should not be done. These vile beings are doing what should not be done, so how do you, being, now annoy beings?" For example, now when people take a bride, they throw flour, spices, garlands, clothes, and rice, and say, "May the bride be happy," similarly, when beings saw beings engaging in misconduct with beings, they threw earth, and also threw clods, gravel, and tiles, and said, "These vile beings are doing what should not be done. These vile beings are doing what should not be done, so how do you, being, now annoy beings?"

That which exists is the time that exists. Gautama, if that is so, then what was previously considered not Dharma, what was previously considered not Discipline, is now considered Dharma, is considered Discipline. What was previously considered to be condemned is now considered to be praised. They thus abandoned it from abandoning one day, to two days, three days, and seven days. From then on, those sentient beings practiced particularly wicked asceticism on that wicked, non-holy Dharma, and then they strived to build houses. They said, "Here we have practiced what should not be done, here we have practiced what should not be done." Therefore, it became known as "house, house." Gautama, this is the first beginning of all the ends of the house business in the world. That is through Dharma, not through non-Dharma. Therefore, for the Dharma of the King, this is the main thing. They also seek to eat in the evening for the sake of evening rice. They also go for the sake of morning rice in the morning. Then, a lazy sentient being stole the morning rice in the evening. Then, a sentient being said this to that sentient being: "Hey, sentient being, come for the sake of rice." Then, that sentient being said this to that sentient being: "Hey, sentient being, think of your own rice. I have stolen the morning rice tonight." Then, that sentient being thought this: "Alas, that is good! Alas, that is very good! I should steal rice for two days, three days, and even seven days." Thinking, he stole rice for two days, three days, and even seven days. Then, a sentient being said this to that sentient being: "Hey, sentient being, come for the sake of rice." Then, that sentient being said this to that sentient being: "Hey, sentient being, think of your own rice! I have already stolen rice for two days, three days, and even seven days." Then, that sentient being thought this: "Alas, that is good! Alas

That is very good. Mother, I thought I should take half a month and a month's worth of rice. Therefore, they took half a month and a month's worth of rice. Since those sentient beings ate the uncultivated and unsown rice grains, etc., enjoying them to the fullest, from then on, the fruits of the rice were covered with husks, chaff, and skins. Even if harvested, they would not grow back, so harvesting was also evident. The rice also existed in the cavities of stems or branches. Then, those sentient beings gathered together, and the wise ones said, 'We were previously produced by thought, possessing perfect forms, our senses were not diminished and were complete, possessing all limbs and minor limbs, existing with beautiful colors, possessing our own light, walking in the sky, enjoying happiness, and living long and enduringly with delightful food. We have produced the essence of the earth, perfect in color, perfect in smell, and perfect in taste.' We gradually ate the essence of the earth in mouthfuls. When we ate the essence of the earth in mouthfuls, roughness and heaviness entered our bodies, and the brightness of the beautiful color disappeared, so darkness occurred in the world. We ate it and consumed it as food, and thus became long-lived and enduring. Among us, those who ate the least food became beautiful in color, and those who ate the most food became ugly in color. Relying on the two measures of food, two kinds of colors appeared. Because there were two kinds of colors, sentient beings would despise each other, saying, 'Hey, sentient being, I possess a beautiful color, and you are ugly in color.' We, who are proud of our appearance, caused the essence of the earth to disappear because we adopted those sinful, unwholesome dharmas. After the essence of the earth disappeared, fat appeared, perfect in color, perfect in smell, and perfect in taste. We ate it and consumed it as food, and thus became long-lived and enduring. Among us, those who ate the least food became beautiful in color, and those who ate the most food
