It should be done in this way, so the youngest monks went to Shravasti to invite (the Buddha). The behavior of the Six Groups is that the Six Groups take turns guarding the gate of Prince Jeta's Garden, not letting it be empty, so Nyeda was at the gate of Prince Jeta's Garden, and from afar he saw someone with gray hair and drooping eyebrows like a flower on his head, and thought: This elder monk is probably coming, I should go to meet him, thinking: Elder, it's good that you've come, it's good that you've come! Teacher, I prostrate to you! He thought: This person doesn't know the teacher, nor does he know the preceptor, thinking: This person is an old man, so he said: Old man, where do you come from? From a certain valley. Is there a temple there? There is a temple. Is that a temple? Or a poor place? He explained the situation in detail, what is your purpose in coming here? To share things with the monks. If that's the case, I should personally go for your sake. Teacher, that's great! Nyeda thought: If this person goes from my territory to another place, many people will know, I should protect him well, so he let him rest, gave him untimely drinks, and in any case, he spent the time with jokes until dark, prepared a good bed, washed his feet, massaged his feet, and snored until he fell asleep. Then, Nyeda spent that night worrying that the secret would be revealed. Then, The next morning, he got up early, took the old man, and left in a hurry, gradually reaching the valley, and then, another old man living in the temple said welcome words, expressing joy, and after the two of them rested, the three of them also gathered in one place. Nyeda said: Divide the gains. Elder, divide it. Nyeda said to an old man: Old man, you divide it. Elder, I won't divide it, why? If I make a mistake, that would be bad. He also said to another person: Old man

You divide it. He also said the same. Nye-ga said: Are you afraid because you have made a mistake? Does Nye-ga want you to immediately go to the animal hell? Nye-ga thought: I should use a divisive plan to split these two old men. Then he saw two servants who could work for them for a long time, and went to one of them and asked: Old man, what are you doing here? Venerable, I always sweep, wipe, and smear with soft cow dung in the temple. Old man, if only sweeping and wiping can gain benefits, then I, Nye-ga, should sweep and wipe all the temples clean. However, the benefit gained here is actually due to the merit of the other old man. Because he often gives alms for reciting scriptures in the temple, making the gods who seek the meaning of reciting scriptures happy. Therefore, benefits can be obtained. One should accept what he gives and not complain. Because he hit the nail on the head, the man felt ashamed and sat there without saying a word. Then he went to the other person and said: Old man, what are you doing here? Venerable, I often give alms for preaching the Dharma here. Old man, if preaching the Dharma can gain benefits, then I, Nye-ga, will constantly preach the Dharma while standing, walking, sitting, and lying down. All the meager benefits gained are actually due to the merit of the other old man. Because he sweeps, wipes, and smears with soft cow dung in this temple. The Blessed One said that there are five merits in wiping. What are the five? It makes one's own mind calm, makes others' minds calm, makes the gods happy, becomes a wonderful root of virtue, etc., and after the body is destroyed, one will be reborn among the gods of the desire realm in the good realm of higher realms. Therefore, wiping the temple can make the patrons generate faith and make the gods happy, so that benefits can be obtained there. Therefore, because of his merit, benefits can be obtained here, so one should accept what he gives.

They should not quarrel. Moreover, they were ashamed of being hit on the point and sat without saying a word. The two of them, without fear, said, 'Elders, please divide the other method that the Blessed One spoke of, which does not violate the work.' The two of them, having been refuted earlier, said, 'Do as the Venerable One pleases.' Then, Nears Delight divided it into three parts, and he himself sat in the middle of two parts. He placed one part between the two of them and began to divide it. 'Elders, listen. You two and this one part, these two and I are the same part, so there are three parts. This is the thing to be divided.' Then, he took two parts for himself. He gave one part to the two of them, and the two of them said, 'Venerable One, we two will quarrel because of this, please divide it for us.' He began to divide, and then he took a piece of cloth that was in his pocket, tied the cloths into a bundle, and left. Then, gradually reaching Shravasti, the monks saw him and said, 'Venerable Nears Delight, whom did you see die?' He explained the details of what had happened, and they said, 'Did you consider doing this? You are stepping on the throats of those who are not friendly.' At that time, the monks reported to the Blessed One. The Blessed One thought, 'These faults occurred because the monks are greedy for the gains of others.' Therefore, a monk should not be greedy for the gains of others. If one is greedy for gains, one will commit a serious offense.' The monks were in doubt and asked the Blessed One, who cuts off all doubts, 'Venerable One, the venerable Nears Delight deceived those two old men with the Dharma.' The Blessed One said, 'Monks, not only now, but in the past he also deceived two old men in this way, listen. 'Monks, in the past, there were two otters living on the bank of a river, and whenever either of them went into the water, the fish would run to the shore, and whenever either of them went ashore, they would run into the water, not even a little.
