Then (the Buddha) admonished the monks, saying: You should sew the Dharma robes in this way. When the monks cut the Dharma robes and began to sew them, because the fabrics all faced one direction, they were not beautiful, so the Venerable Ananda thought: Although the Blessed One did not say it explicitly, but only because of this reason, there will be a situation where permission will be granted, so he let the fabrics face two directions, but because there was no edging, it was still not beautiful, so he edged it. After that, it was made and offered to the Blessed One. The Blessed One said: Ananda, good! Good! You know why I allow it. Therefore, the monks should cut and sew the Dharma robes in this way. The monks cut and sewed the Dharma robes, each holding one, and the rest were cut. After that, the Blessed One traveled in the country of Magadha, came to a forest, and lived in the forest in the forest. The forest is close to the river, cold and windy. The Blessed One wore the lower skirt in the first night, the Sanghati in the middle night, and said to the Venerable Ananda in the last night: Ananda, cover me with felt. Then, the Venerable Ananda washed his hands and covered the Blessed One with felt. The Blessed One spent that night wearing the three Dharma robes. After dawn, (the Blessed One) thought: Whoever is the happiest and wants happiness in the world, I am the most supreme among them, and I still live with the three robes, let alone my Shravaka disciples? So (the Blessed One) thought and admonished the monks, saying: Monks, therefore the monks should hold the three cut and sewn robes. After the Blessed One said that the three cut and sewn robes should be held, a monk did not have a third Dharma robe, so he found a piece of felt and began to cut it. The Blessed One also went in that direction and said: Monk, what is this? Venerable, the Blessed One said that the monks should hold the three cut and sewn Dharma robes.

Having been commanded not to wear it. I didn't have a third Dharma garment, so I searched, and I found this felt and cut it to make a Dharma garment. This bhikshu is not suitable for sewing. However, it is suitable to be patched with patches, so he commanded to patch it with patches and wear it, and then departed. Having gathered the sangha of bhikshus, he sat down on the seat that was laid out in the middle of the sangha of bhikshus. Having sat down, the Blessed One said to the bhikshus: Bhikshus, a certain bhikshu, because he doesn't have a Dharma garment, imitates felt. Bhikshus, therefore there are five things that cannot be sewn: all felt, all woolen cloth, all cotton cloth, all fine cloth, all coarse cloth. Having patched it with patches, wear it. The origin of the story is in Shravasti. The chief minister of King Prasenajit of Kosala, named Mrigadhara, took a wife from the same caste, and he played with her, rejoiced, and enjoyed pleasure. He played, rejoiced, and enjoyed pleasure, and a boy was born, and in this way seven boys were born. The names of six of them were given arbitrarily. The name of the youngest one was Saga. Soon, the wife of Mrigadhara died. He divided the family for the six sons, and they all devoted themselves to household affairs with their respective wives, without considering the livelihood of the family. The householder Mrigadhara rested his hand on his cheek and was lost in thought. A brahmin friend of his came, and seeing him lost in thought, said: Householder, why are you lost in thought? These sons of mine are all devoted to household affairs with their respective wives, without considering the livelihood of the family, so the family is going to be ruined. He said: Why not divide the family for Saga? Even if he divides the family, who knows if he will be even more wasteful? Even if he doesn't divide the family, who knows if he will do better? If you trust me, go find a girl. Do it like that. He searched and gradually went to the city of Champa. In Champa, there was a householder named Strength's Friend.

At that time, his daughter, named Sagama, was beautiful, of age, possessed of etiquette and composure, intelligent, and lively. She and those charming women she admired frolicked together at the base of the garden, and that Brahmin also went in that direction. When he saw those women, he thought: I should observe only them for the time being. So he devoted himself to observing, approached slowly, and followed them. Since women are mostly frivolous by nature, some of them raced, some jumped, some walked, some laughed, some twisted their bodies, some sang, and did other bad behaviors. But that woman with perfect composure walked slowly with them. When they arrived at the garden, those women left their clothes by the pond and then entered the water to frolic. She, however, the more she sank into the water, the more her clothes became wet and drooped; the more she floated to the surface, the more her clothes lifted and fluttered. Her behavior was so peaceful. Afterward, they diligently bathed and rested in one place. Those women first ate their own food and then began to give to the attendants. But she first gave to the attendants and then began to eat herself. After they had eaten and drunk, they experienced the pleasure of the garden and then left. When they crossed the river on the road, those women took off their shoes to cross, but she crossed with her shoes on. Leaving again, when they entered the delightful grove, she came out of the mango grove holding an umbrella, while the others threw away their umbrellas. Then, when the wind and rain came, those women entered the temple to take shelter, but she was without shelter. That Brahmin also followed behind her, and when he saw her character and behavior like that, he was amazed and began to ask the girl: Girl, whose daughter are you, the friend of power? Girl, don't be angry if I ask you a little something. She smiled first and then said:
