So, he instructed the man: Go and build a leaf hut, cover it with blue cloth, put a drum under it, and warm the ground. The man did everything as he was instructed. After that, Jivaka had the man lie on the ground, wet the ground, and then beat the drum, and the worm eggs thought that summer had come and came out. After that, Jivaka placed a piece of meat next to the ear, and the worm eggs went back in, brought the larvae out, and clung to the piece of meat together with the larvae. After that, Jivaka immediately threw away the piece of meat, and the man was healed. He gave five hundred Karshapanas, and he gave these to the Fearless Mother. After that, he gradually went to Rajgir, and King Bimbisara heard that Jivaka had come, and he instructed Ajatasattu: Son, your brother is coming.

The wound healed, became like skin, and the hair also became the same. As soon as the king had bathed, he said: Jivaka, please examine it. He said: Your Majesty, please have a meal first.
