The tamed elephant is excellent, it runs when urged. Like a lustful woman desiring pleasure, this Brahmin of mine also rejoices in pleasure. This Brahmin's benefactor of mine is an extremely tamed and excellent wealth. My seven branches of enlightenment, with all the jewels that transcend the world, Awaken these blind and sleeping beings. Having conquered pride from all directions, I have no enemies to hate. Destroying all the hosts of afflictions, these four assemblies are my sons. With miraculous powers, full of joy and excellence, I manifested emanations at the crossroads of the path. Proclaiming the stories of the Jataka tales, relied upon by the great beings. Possessing the three doors of liberation, guarded by the protectors of mindfulness. Covered with shame and embarrassment, the city of the Buddhas of the past, The Thus-Gone Ones abide in the places of reliance, I, the king, also abide here. I engage in the Dharma battle, beating the Dharma drum, Having destroyed all the demons, I am crowned for the sake of enlightenment. Having thoroughly meditated on the immeasurable, it is the adornment I possess. With the four abodes of Brahma, completely reversing the afflictions. Completely conquering the adversaries, utterly destroying and annihilating them. In this world, bestowing light upon beings, practicing correctly. I abide in bliss, cutting with the sword of wisdom. The feet of miraculous power are the place, quiescence is the way of holding. With the chariot of discipline as the instrument, my superior seeing is the driver. Having donned the armor of patience and faith, because of practicing the path, on the battlefield, With what does one destroy the obscurations? With the arrows of the five faculties, And with what does one cut the bonds of afflictions? With the four right abandonments. I, the hero, engage in battle, beating the Dharma drum, Having destroyed all the hosts of demons, I am crowned for the sake of enlightenment. Having destroyed ignorance with wisdom, the aggregates arise and perish, Surpassing the peak of the battlefield, I become a Buddha for the sake of the enlightenment of beings. Whatever harms beings, the three great thieves of the world, Desire, hatred, and ignorance, because I have destroyed all of them, Therefore, the power of all clairvoyance arises, I am an Arhat worthy of offerings, a field of merit.
