Like a stream flowing with doubt, those obscured by it are veiled by the obscurations of evil destinies, unable to know the path to attain Brahma. Anger, falsehood, resentment, various harms, miserliness, manifest pride, impatience, desire, hatred, and likewise ignorance, jealousy, stinginess, and rage—these are the impurities among Brahmin people. In all the world, it is like a stream flowing with doubt; those obscured by it are veiled by the obscurations of evil destinies, unable to know the path to attain Brahma. Then, the great Brahmin Kṛṣṇaloma thought to himself: "As I understand the meaning spoken by Brahma, for a householder dwelling in a home, to practice pure Brahmacharya purely, without mixture, completely perfected, completely pure, manifesting practice, until the end of life, is not easy. I shall shave my hair and beard, don the ochre robes, and with true faith alone, renounce the household and go forth." Then, the lord of the Sahā world, Brahma, knowing the thought of the great Brahmin Kṛṣṇaloma, spoke in verse: "For the sake of being born in Brahma, make your effort firm in this. This Dharma is pure and eternal." Having spoken thus, the lord of the Sahā world vanished immediately. Then, after the four months of summer had passed, King Aṇureṇu went to where the great Brahmin Kṛṣṇaloma was, bowed his head at the feet of the great Brahmin Kṛṣṇaloma, and sat to one side. As he sat to one side, the great Brahmin Kṛṣṇaloma spoke thus to King Aṇureṇu: "Lord of the earth, great King Aṇureṇu, please listen to my words. I, Kṛṣṇaloma, am not pleased; please govern the kingdom yourself." Then, King Aṇureṇu spoke in verse: "Whatever you do not desire, I will fulfill for you. Whoever harms you, I will slay. Kṛṣṇaloma, please do not abandon me." "O King, it is not that I do not desire, nor is there anyone who harms me, but having heard the words of a non-human, I am not pleased with the household. From where did you hear it, O Brahmin, that you renounce me and desire here? What is that non-human like? Please tell me."

Ish said to me. With the abode of compassion. When meditating in a very secluded place. Then Brahma came before me. Manifesting various different directions. After I heard his words. I do not rejoice in the foundation of the house. Wherever the Brahmin goes. I too shall go there. Become your Shravaka. Black Heaven's son, please teach. For those ordinary people. Abandon those desires of attachment. Do not look at desires. Please abide in the true Dharma. In order to be born in Brahma. The pure jewel, Vaiḍūrya. Like uncut, immaculate. Practice Brahmacharya. Khenpo, please know that now is the time. Then, the great Brahmin Black Heaven's son said to the king's entourage, the six castes: Wise ones, if I shave my hair and beard, put on the kasaya robes, and with only pure faith go forth from home to homelessness, what do you do, wise ones? Khenpo, please stay for seven years. After seven years, we will place our sons, brothers, and others in the power of the throne, and then follow Khenpo to go forth. Wise ones, seven years is too long, too delaying. Furthermore, desires will become greedy, enjoyment will become intoxicated, and ending life is difficult to know, so even if seven years have passed, wise ones, it is uncertain whether you will go forth, so for now I will go forth. Khenpo, six years? Five years? Four years? Three years? Two years? One year? Seven months? Six months? Five months? Four months? Three months? Two months? One month? Please stay for seven days. After seven days, we will place our sons, brothers, and others in the power of the throne, and then follow Khenpo to go forth. Wise ones, seven days is not long either. However, desires will become greedy, enjoyment will become fat, and ending life is difficult to know, so even if seven days have passed, wise ones, it is uncertain whether you will go forth, so for now I will go forth. Khenpo, please know that now is the time. Then, the great Brahmin Black Heaven's son
