In looking, closely looking, contracting, stretching, wearing the monastic skirt, the Dharma robe, carrying the bowl, walking, standing, sitting, lying down, not lying down, speaking, not speaking, and removing sleepiness, he dwells in mindfulness. He possesses such a noble aggregate of morality, as well as guarding the gates of the senses, and that supreme mindfulness and awareness, experiencing the inner blameless bliss. He dwells in a solitary, secluded place.
