When he began to look, he saw that among humans, animals, and hungry ghosts, when he began to appear, he saw beings born in the great Naraka hell, and he thought: The Khenpo is one who possesses discipline, is learned, and gathers the wheel of Dharma, what karma did he do? He thought that he caused beings to be born in the great Naraka hell, and he saw that (the Khenpo) had killed his father. He was struck by the rays of the Naraka hell and said: Alas, this warm room is so hot! The guards of the hell of beings picked up a hammer and struck his head, saying: You unlucky wretch, where did you get a warm room? Thus he said, this is the great Naraka hell of beings! He died with a virtuous mind and was born among the gods of the Four Great Kings. The nature of a son or daughter of the gods is that, not long after birth, three thoughts arise: from where did he die, where was he born, and by what karma was he born. He saw that he had died from among the hells of beings, was born among the gods of the Four Great Kings, and was born because he had performed a warm room bath for the Sangha. Then, the former son of the hell of beings thought this: Why should I stay for a long time to look at the Blessed One and, to approach for service, is not in accordance with my rules, I will not stay long, only to look at the Blessed One and, to approach for service! Then, the former son of the hell of beings, carrying swaying, stainless earrings and rings, with a body adorned with necklaces and bracelets, filled with celestial উৎপala flowers, lotuses, water lilies, and white lotuses, his color exceedingly surpassing, when night fell, he went to where the Blessed One was, and after arriving, he offered flowers to the Blessed One, bowed his head to the Blessed One's feet, and sat down on one side, like this, the power of the color of the former son of the hell of beings caused the entire Victory Garden to be illuminated by vast light. Then, the Blessed One knew the thoughts of the former son of the hell of beings.

And having understood the habits, realms, and nature, after hearing, the son of the god of the hell of sentient beings, while sitting on that very seat, destroyed the twenty high peaks of the mountain of viewing the aggregates with the vajra of wisdom, and realized the fruit of entering the stream, Like a tent, he taught the Dharma that perfectly distinguishes the four noble truths. Having seen the truth, he said: "What the Blessed One has done for me, my father has not done for me, my mother has not done for me, the king has not done for me, the gods have not done for me, my ancestors have not done for me, the ascetics and Brahmins have not done for me, nor have the loving ones, friends, and retinues. He dried up the ocean of blood and tears, delivered me from the mountain of bones, closed the gates of the lower realms, opened the gates of heaven and liberation, pulled my feet out of the hell of sentient beings, animals, and hungry ghosts, and placed me among gods and men." He said this three times. He also said: "By your power, you have blocked the path of the evil realms, which are full of sins, and opened the path of the heavenly realms, which are full of merit, and I have obtained the path of Nirvana. Relying on you, I have today obtained the stainless and pure eye, obtained the peaceful state, the joy of the noble ones, and crossed the ocean of suffering. In samsara, gods, demigods, men, and gods worship you, you are free from birth, old age, sickness, and death, and it is very rare to see samsara as empty. Today, seeing you, Buddha, I have obtained the fruit." Then, wearing a drooping necklace, he prostrated at the feet of the Buddha, generated joy, circumambulated from the right, and went to the sky, facing the world of the gods. After that, the son of the god of the hell of sentient beings was like a merchant who had obtained a huge profit, a farmer who had obtained a rich harvest, a hero who had won a victory in battle, and a sick person who had been completely freed from all diseases. He returned to his own abode in the same attire in which he had come before the Blessed One. The elder Arhats of the Sangha who lived with him were in the row for food.
