Others. Live in the vast Sravasti (Jetavana, name of an ancient Indian city), where is your activity area and your father's land, you should live by begging. That householder felt regret, and he thought: If he always gives me things and interest, why should I grab him? He thought: If I see him now, I will ask for forgiveness, so he stayed at the gate of Sravasti. That monk also put on his lower skirt in the morning, took his bowl and kasaya, and entered Sravasti to beg for alms. That householder saw him and said: Good man, if you become a monk, who will always give me things and interest? Come here, come here, he stretched out his hand, and as he was about to grab his two hands, he said: The king has allowed us to completely abandon youth, if you touch, your hand will be cut off from the elbow. The behavior of these Sakya's son monks is shameful. The behavior of Brahmins is shameful, because they will even collect debts, they will scold, they will mock, they will insult. When this happened, the monks reported to the Blessed One, and the Blessed One thought: Whatever fault occurs, it is because the monks collect debts, so he said: Therefore, monks should not collect debts. If someone wants to become a monk and comes to someone, he should ask him if he owes debt. If he lets him become a monk without asking, he will commit a serious offense. The Buddha, the Blessed One, was staying in Jetavana-anāthapiṇḍada-ārāma in Sravasti. In Sravasti lived a householder, he married a young woman of equal status, and he played with her, felt happy, and enjoyed joy. Playing, feeling happy, and enjoying joy, they had a son, raised him, and he grew strong. At another time, he played with that son, and that son thought: This father has become difficult to please, I cannot guard his heart, I should run away. He thought

Masa (name of a person). Abandoning one's home is a difficult thing, because these sons of Shakya have attained liberation by abandoning the youth of a king, so I thought I would like to be ordained among them. Thinking, he went to the Victory Grove (Jeta Grove), went to the monks and said: Venerable ones, I wish to be ordained. They gave refuge and the basis of precepts, and requested the monk in charge of ordination. He also requested the monk in charge of shaving his hair and beard. He also requested the monk in charge of bathing him. He also requested the monk in charge of making him a novice. After he was ordained, he also requested the monk in charge of his affairs. He also requested the monk who secretly taught him. He also requested the monks who would place him in his work position, and when he was receiving full ordination. That patron came and asked: Venerable ones, have you seen a boy like this? They said: He is requesting ordination. He is shaving his hair and beard. He is bathing and making him a novice. He is receiving full ordination, they made him receive full ordination, and then measured the shadows, told the parts of day and night and the seasons.

It should be practiced together with the explanation of the method. Those monks got up, and that householder came and said: Venerable ones, do you just stay here holding razors? If I don't have faith in you, it will become an obstacle to celibacy. Alas, what's wrong with you delaying for seven or eight days? When they said this, the monks reported this matter to the Blessed One. The Blessed One thought: The reason for this fault is that some monks wanted to be ordained, but their parents did not allow it because they did not delay for seven days. So the Blessed One said: Therefore, if someone wants to be ordained, but their parents are alive and do not allow it, they should delay for seven or eight days. After the Blessed One said, "If someone wants to be ordained, they should delay for seven or eight days," some people whose parents allowed them to be ordained came, and some people from far away whose parents could not hear the news also came. The monks also made them delay for seven or eight days, and as a result, they left without getting the opportunity to be ordained. Therefore, those venerable ones thought that in the well-spoken Dharma-Vinaya, ordination and full ordination became obstacles to the things of monks. The monks reported this matter to the Blessed One. The Blessed One said: Those who came with their parents' permission, and those who came from afar whose parents could not hear the news, should be ordained, and do not regret it. The Buddha Bhagavan was staying in Jeta Grove, Anathapindika's Garden in Shravasti. In Shravasti, there lived a householder who took a wife from the same caste and played with her, rejoiced, and enjoyed happiness. While playing, rejoicing, and enjoying happiness, they had a son, and he said to his wife: Good wife, you have given birth to a son who will repay our debts and use property. I am going to go to another country with goods. Queen, do so. Then he went to another country with goods, and she herself...
