The Napas, the pretas, the flesh-eaters, 5B the Krulbums, the rotten ones, the ones with rotten bodies, and the flesh-eaters in the dust speak with me, saying, "Come!" They each rejoice, and they always dwell together. Before attaining them, I have attained the perception of impermanence, the perception of suffering in impermanence, the perception of selflessness in suffering, the perception of disagreeableness towards food, the perception of displeasure towards all the world, the perception of fault, the perception of abandonment, the perception of detachment from desire, the perception of cessation, the perception of death, the perception of ugliness, the perception of discoloration, the perception of putrefaction, the perception of bloating, the perception of being eaten by worms, the perception of dismemberment, the perception of being smeared with blood, the perception of scattering, the perception of a skeleton, and the perception of individually discerning emptiness. Before attaining them, I have attained the first dhyana, the second, the third, and the fourth, loving-kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity, the sphere of infinite space, the sphere of infinite consciousness, the sphere of nothingness, the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception, the fruit of stream-entry, the fruit of once-returning, the fruit of non-returning, the fruit of being an arhat, the realm of miracles, the divine ear, the varieties of mind, former abodes, death, birth, and the exhaustion of defilements. I am an arhat, one who meditates on the eight liberations, and one who is liberated from both parts. If a bhikshu creates such a state, as soon as he does so, he becomes unfit to be a bhikshu, unfit to be a shramana, unfit to be a son of the Shakyas, he falls away from the reality of a bhikshu, his conduct as a shramana is destroyed, he falls, is destroyed, falls, and is defeated, and his conduct as a shramana becomes irreversible.

If the head is cut off, it cannot turn blue, just as it cannot grow, expand, and widen. From now on, for what you have not done, what is not an action, and abandoning what has not been done, strive to guard your mind very diligently with mindfulness and vigilance. How does one not practice in such a place? It should be said that he does not practice. This is the explanation of the laws that lead to downfall.\\ \\ After that, the laws of practice should be explained. Venerable one, listen. These four are what the Blessed One, the Thus-gone One, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One, the Knower, the Seer, has said to be the laws of practice for a monk who has thus gone forth and taken full ordination. What are the four? Venerable one, from now on, even if you are scolded, do not scold back; even if you are angry, do not be angry back; even if you are beaten, do not beat back; even if you are exposed, do not expose back. How does one practice in such a place? It should be said that he practices. This is the explanation of the laws of practice.\\ \\ After that, the perfection with the supreme desire should be explained. Venerable one, listen. You previously went forth and took full ordination in the Dharma and Discipline that I have well spoken, desiring to obtain the possessions of a monk, hoping for whatever is possible. Now you are not suitable as an abbot, nor suitable as an instructor, the Sangha is not in harmony, and it is not suitable to establish the request and the four karmas, so you have gone forth and taken full ordination. This is the explanation of the perfection with the supreme desire.\\ \\ After that, to accomplish equality through discipline, it must be determined to combine. Venerable one, listen. A monk who has been fully ordained for a hundred years should also learn the precepts that should be learned by one who is fully ordained today. A monk who is fully ordained today should also learn the precepts that should be learned by one who has been fully ordained for a hundred years. Thus, equal in discipline, equal in precepts.
