Offerings are also like that; accomplishing equality with the Brahma world is to be devoted to nirvana. Abbot, if you allow us to be ordained, we will practice brahmacharya in front of the abbot. He then ordained the two of them. When the teacher Yangdag Gyalwa Chen ordained the two Brahmin boys, Nyergyal and Pangnas Kye, everywhere the sound resounded that the teacher Yangdag Gyalwa Chen had ordained the two Brahmin boys, Nyergyal and Pangnas Kye, and he received much wealth and respect because of it. He thought: "Before, I was also of the Shandila caste, and now I am also of the Shandila caste, so what is the reason that I am now receiving so much wealth and respect?" He thought: "This is not my power, but the power of these two Brahmin boys." So he had about five hundred Brahmin boys recite the secret mantras of the Brahmins, giving two hundred and fifty to one and two hundred and fifty to the other. At another time, the teacher Yangdag Gyalwa Chen became ill, and Nyergyal said to Pangnas Kye: "Pangnas Kye, are you going to be the abbot's attendant or are you going to search for medicine?" He thought: "This one is wise, so he should be made the attendant, and I will search for medicine." So he said: "You be the abbot's attendant, and I will search for medicine." Nyergyal began to be the attendant, and Pangnas Kye went to search for medicine. He served with medicinal formulas of roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and fruits, but the illness did not subside and instead worsened, so he smiled. The Brahmin boy Nyergyal said: "Abbot, such principal beings as you do not smile without cause or condition. Abbot, what is the cause of your smiling? What is the condition?" He said: "Nyergyal, it is so. It is so, such principal beings as I do not show a smile without cause or condition. For example, in Golden Island, there is a king named Golden Lord, and when he is about to die, his wife is like a pile of fire."

Therefore, I think like this: these sentient beings suffer so much because of the cause of desire, the basis of desire, and the place of desire. Abbot, at what time? A very, very long time ago. In which month? In a certain month a very, very long time ago. On which day? On a certain day a very, very long time ago. What he asked was written on a book and kept. He said: Abbot, all of us who are slightly ordained are seeking nectar and searching for nectar. If you, Abbot, have found a little nectar, please share some nectar with us as well. Child, all of us who are slightly ordained are seeking nectar and searching for nectar, but I have not found even a little nectar. Like this, on the fifteenth fasting day of this month, having heard the sound of the gods walking in the sky above, near the snowy mountains, not far from the hermitage of the sage Serkya by the Ganges River, a young man of the Shakya clan appeared. Those Brahmin diviners and astrologers said that if this young man were to reside in the palace, he would become a Chakravartin king ruling over the four continents, a Dharma king of righteousness, possessing the seven treasures. His seven treasures would become like this: the wheel jewel, the elephant jewel, the horse jewel, the gem jewel, the lady jewel, the householder jewel, and the general jewel is the seventh. This person will have a thousand sons who are brave, resilient, have perfect limbs, and can completely destroy the enemy forces. He will effortlessly and harmlessly conquer all the vast land up to the ocean, without punishment or pursuit by weapons, and he will rule and abide in a way that is in accordance with Dharma and justice. 2B If one shaves his hair and beard, puts on monastic robes, and, with complete faith in the truth, goes forth from home into homelessness, then the fame of the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha will spread throughout the world.

Having heard the sound of prophecy saying, "It will be endowed," you two should renounce in that doctrine, not speak of lineage, not speak of clan, not speak of being a Brahmin's son, but with those who have certainly destroyed arrogance and pride, practice celibacy before him, and from that, you two will obtain great nectar." Having said this, all accumulations will eventually be exhausted, all high things will eventually fall, the end of meeting is separation, and the end of living is death. Because it is said thus, it has become in accordance with the law of time. The blue, yellow, red, and white clothes of those people were adorned with various ornaments, carried to the cemetery, and burned. After that, they performed rituals to dispel sorrow and sat down. From Golden Island came a Brahmin boy named Golden Hair, who eventually went to the royal palace and entered the residence of those people. The close minister said, "Brahmin boy, where did you come from?" He said, "From Golden Island." "Brahmin boy, what rare and wonderful things have you seen in Golden Island?" He said, "I have not seen any great rare and wonderful things, but listen to what rare and wonderful things I have seen in Golden Island. In Golden Island, there was a king named Golden Lord, and when he passed away, his wife jumped into the fire." "At what time?" "At some 'Mangemo' time." "In which month?" "In some 'Mangemo' month." "On which day?" "On some 'Mangemo' day." He asked, "If one looks at what is written in books, how long will it take to see everything as it was before?" The close minister said to the one born from the bosom, "The Khenpo has hidden the example of the scholar. If he has found very good nectar, but has not shared the nectar with us, just as with the divine eye one sees the forms dwelling in other lands, and with the divine ear one hears pleasing sounds, it is unreasonable to say that he has not found the nectar." The one born from the bosom thought, "This close minister is wise. If he has also found the nectar but does not tell me, then there will be such a situation occurring."
