ཧྞ་གྲྀཧྞ།（藏文）班达班达。（藏文）哈纳哈纳。（藏文）达哈达哈。（藏文）巴匝巴匝。（藏文）迪纳米给纳吽吽啪。（藏文）吽巴嘎巴纳。（藏文）嗡比朗巴吽吽啪。（藏文）嗡格萨瓦哈。（藏文）是秘密的咒语。嗡部隆。（藏文，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）是现行的（事业）。嗡札让 梭哈。（藏文）是分别。嗡康 梭哈。（藏文）是驱逐。嗡吽 梭哈。（藏文）是勾招。嗡阿 梭哈。（藏文）是权力的。嗡吽 梭哈。（藏文）是僵硬的。这些咒语全部念诵一亿遍字就能成就。护法的事业是共同的事业。用火供来诛杀是：在三角形黑色的灶中，观想非常猛烈的火神。净化并加持，以及简略、广大、迅速的次第，口诀等非常隐秘。供养祭品的次第是：热的酥油和带刺的，黑芝麻和毒水涂抹。嗡 玛哈嘎拉 名字 此 叫做 啥 札 拿 玛拉 雅 吽 啪。（藏文）这样供养一百零八遍。为了现前成办的事业，抓住凶猛已死之人的尸体，那个再次砍断。在空性中加持文字，观想所要成办的是什么。用铁钩勾出心，用风吹起，将那个识融入。用金刚橛击打那个，杀死后在火中火供。对火神供养一百零八遍，从名字念诵供养那个。对神用根本咒，在供养中放入敌人的名字，用十万乘以八来供养。那个在坟墓中被鬼神们聚集并吞食观想。那个也根据福德的上中下，十二、一半和那个的一半，死亡，那个鬼神不吃。是焚烧诛杀的事业次第。另外用三摩地次第，极力开始诛杀。这个仅仅是意念，连佛陀也必定摧毁。用玛哈嘎拉的瑜伽，以恶毒忿怒的心，在那的肚脐的根本处，瑜伽士砍断手。从名字的第一个字，观想所要诛杀的在前面。将识放入那个后，合口从里面见到住处后，取出那个见到与生命分离后，尸体砍成一千块。吃或者做朵玛。那个马上观想头顶，即使吐血、颤抖、头发生长，口也向下俯卧观想。

Hrih Grihna. Bandha Bandha. Hana Hana. Daha Daha. Paca Paca. Dina Mike Na Hum Hum Phat. Hum Bhaga Pana. Om Bilamba Hum Hum Phat. Om Ghu Svaha. This is the secret mantra. Om Bhrum. (Tibetan, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable) This is for practical application. Om Dram Svaha. This is for separation. Om Kham Svaha. This is for expulsion. Om Hum Svaha. This is for attraction. Om Ah Svaha. This is for power. Om Hum Svaha. This is for stiffening. All these mantras are accomplished by reciting one hundred thousand letters. The work of the protector is a common work. Killing with fire offerings is: In a triangular black stove, visualize a very fierce fire deity. Purify and bless, and the concise, extensive, and rapid sequences, oral instructions, etc., are very secret. The sequence of offering the offering is: hot butter and thorny, black sesame seeds and poison water smeared. Om Mahakala, name this, called Shatru Namara Ya Hum Phat. Offer this one hundred and eight times. To accomplish the fierce work, seize the corpse of a violently deceased person, and then cut it again. Bless the letters in emptiness, and contemplate what is to be accomplished. Hook out the heart with an iron hook, lift it with the wind, and infuse that consciousness into it. Strike it with a vajra phurba, kill it and offer it in the fire. Offer one hundred and eight times to the fire deity, mentioning the name and offering it. For the deity, use the root mantra, and in the offering, insert the enemy's name, and offer it by multiplying one hundred thousand by eight. Think that in the cemetery, the demons gather and devour it. Also, according to the best, medium, and least of merit, twelve, half, and half of that, death, that demon does not eat. This is the sequence of the work of killing by burning. Furthermore, with the sequence of samadhi, strive greatly to kill. This, even with mere thought, will surely destroy even the Buddha himself. With the yoga of Mahakala, with a malicious and wrathful mind, at the root of that navel, the yogi cuts off the hand. From the first letter of the name, contemplate the one to be killed in front. After putting the consciousness into that, closing the mouth, seeing the place from within, after taking that out, seeing the separation from life, cut the corpse into a thousand pieces. Eat or make a torma. Immediately think of the crown of the head, even if vomiting blood, trembling, and hair growing, think of the mouth facing downwards.
