呼气者，白衣笑女贪欲喜，歌女贪欲僵尸女，金刚奇妙石女，度母幻化舞自在，娇女金刚喜女。此乃名之灌顶。此五灌顶乃无明之对治，故为明之灌顶，即身体之清净。以此等灌顶，则能听闻、讲述事业与行续，且能修持明咒。如是说：水乃极清净，顶髻变为平等性，金刚恒常个别觉，名之明镜乃智慧，铃铛事业极精勤。如是。念诵自身心咒等一百零八遍，说：“世尊，我已布施，请您亲近此。”从心间经由口门而出，观想从右耳进入心间，并给予明咒。弟子亦说：“世尊，我已受持，请您亲近我。”如是说三遍。此乃明咒之灌顶。观想从吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字所生之金刚萨埵之自性，说：“此即一切佛，住于嘿汝嘎之手，嘿汝嘎具德苦行坚，汝亦恒常持。嗡 萨瓦 达他嘎达 悉地 班杂 萨玛雅，迪叉 诶夏 吞 达拉雅 弥 嘿 嘿 嘿 嘿 嘿。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ། ཏིཥྛ་ཨེ་ཥ་ཏྭཾ་དྷ་ར་ཡཱ་མི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत सिद्धि वज्र समय तिष्ठ एष त्वं धारयामि हि हि हि हि हीः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata siddhi vajra samaya tiṣṭha eṣa tvaṃ dhārayāmi hi hi hi hi hīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，成就，金刚，誓言，安住，此，你，执持，hi hi hi hi hīḥ）”如是说，并令其受持，此乃金刚之苦行。以吉祥胜乐金刚之心咒，于卡杖嘎、鼗鼓与莲花器皿等念诵三遍，说：“嘿汝嘎吉祥手印，内外皆真实安住，其后卡杖嘎、鼗鼓、器皿，布施勇士请受持。”以此令其执持，此乃行之苦行。如来行仪之方式，以持着法衣边之左拳置于心间，右手结无畏印，说：“于此我三轮自在，乃诸佛之真实自性，嘿汝嘎吉祥名者，如来您请授记。”乃吉祥嘿汝嘎之如来成就，乃花落之种姓之名之如来之仪轨，弟子奇哉。

The exhaler, the white-clad smiling woman who delights in desire, the singing woman who desires the zombie woman, the Vajra wondrous stone woman, Tara the illusory dance自在, the coquettish Vajra joyful woman. This is the empowerment of names. These five empowerments are the antidote to ignorance, therefore they are the empowerment of knowledge, which is the purity of the body. By these empowerments, one will be empowered to listen to and explain the Tantras of Action and Performance, and to practice mantras. As it is said: Water is extremely pure, the crest jewel becomes equality, the Vajra always individually discerns, the mirror of names is wisdom, the bell's activity is extremely diligent. Thus it is. Reciting one's own heart mantra and so on one hundred and eight times, say: "O Blessed One, I have given, please draw near to this." Coming forth from the heart through the mouth, visualize it entering the heart from the right ear, and bestow the mantra. The disciple also says: "O Blessed One, I have received, please draw near to me." Say this three times. This is the empowerment of mantras. Visualizing the nature of Vajrasattva born from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), say: "This is all the Buddhas, dwelling in the hand of Heruka, Heruka glorious ascetic firm, you also always hold. Oṃ sarva tathāgata siddhi vajra samaya tiṣṭha eṣa tvaṃ dhārayāmi hi hi hi hi hīḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ། ཏིཥྛ་ཨེ་ཥ་ཏྭཾ་དྷ་ར་ཡཱ་མི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत सिद्धि वज्र समय तिष्ठ एष त्वं धारयामि हि हि हि हि हीः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata siddhi vajra samaya tiṣṭha eṣa tvaṃ dhārayāmi hi hi hi hi hīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，成就，金刚，誓言，安住，此，你，执持，hi hi hi hi hīḥ)." Thus saying, and causing him to hold it, this is the asceticism of the Vajra. With the heart mantra of glorious Chakrasamvara, recite three times over the khaṭvāṅga, the ḍamaru, and the lotus vessel, saying: "Heruka glorious mudra, truly abiding both internally and externally, thereafter khaṭvāṅga, ḍamaru, vessel, bestowal hero please hold." By this, cause him to hold it, this is the asceticism of conduct. In the manner of the Tathagata's conduct, with the left fist holding the hem of the Dharma robe placed at the heart, and the right hand in the gesture of fearlessness, say: "Here I am the自在 of the three wheels, the actual nature of all the Buddhas, Heruka glorious by name, Tathagata you please prophesy." This is the accomplishment of the Tathagata called glorious Heruka, the ritual of the Tathagata of the name of the lineage of the fallen flower, disciple wondrous.
