Now behold the mandala of essence, The samadhi abides in the bindu of the mind. Thus, contemplate the mandala, Or the seed syllable of that hand gesture. The mandala that abides therein. Or subtle, in the space between the eyebrows, The syllable (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: ㄏㄨㄥ) residing within the bindu, View as an image. The mandala is the cause for accomplishing enlightenment. Or else, after joining Āli আলি (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི, Devanagari: आलि, Romanized Sanskrit: āli, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿利) and Kāli কালি (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ལི, Devanagari: कालि, Romanized Sanskrit: kāli, Literal Chinese meaning: 嘎利), Be sure to combine lines there. For the churning and union of the navel chakra, The blazing fire also moves upwards. After burning the five aggregates such as form, Together with the four elements, in the heart. Thrice intensely rotate to the right, Skillfully into the throat chakra. In the crown chakra, facing downwards, The syllable (Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: 哈) is also burned from there. It goes from the pores of the hair, Also in the ten directions for the sake of nectar. Through the central pore of the crown, It thoroughly enters within all the Buddhas. From the place where the hearts of all the Buddhas reside, Having taken the wisdom nectar, They emerge from the pores of the hair, Like a flash of lightning. The great mudra is extremely subtle, Constant great joy and delight. From the gate in the center of the crown, It also enters the practitioner. From the gaps of the teeth and molars, Resting in the throat chakra, Burning the aggregates and elements, It generates joy in the heart. Then it abides in the lotus of the navel, Likewise, it goes and comes again. Separately, gathering and meditating, Likewise, breath control and holding, Remembrance and samadhi, Contemplate each yoga. The signs arising from the teachings, Having seen trembling and throbbing, etc., For the benefit of all sentient beings, Make the deity's wheel joyful. Meditating thus, and quickly, The warmth and other gradual fruits, The grounds such as great joy, Will be attained in this very life. Thereafter, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, And the assemblies of Dakinis, through yoga, Inviting those secret mantras, Contemplate in order to make them manifest. Like some great-hearted ones, Calling out with a loud cry, Just hearing it, they will come. Thus, the Buddhas come in order. Then, by the king of secret mantras, Urging from the vajra of the mind, He bestows the practice that is difficult to distinguish, Profound.

She, the sky-seeing woman, having understood the words of the capable one in this way, recites the secret mantra while in meditative equipoise. The nature of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) arises, the nature of Oṃ (藏文:ོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) enters. The nature of abiding is the syllable Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Āḥ), contemplate the order of all lives. The wind that moves in one day and night is twenty-one thousand six hundred. From the root mantra and other mantras, the mantra practitioner recites as desired. A large conch shell rosary strung with thread, with the ring finger and thumb joined. Thereafter, in order to have manifest attachment to the nature of the deity such as the sow-faced one, and in order to show the attainment of omniscience itself, it should be combined with the dharmas of the path to enlightenment and the ten grounds, etc. Among these, the antidote to the four wrong views of purity, happiness, permanence, and self is the four mindfulnesses. Among these, mindfulness of the body is to be extremely devoted to the complete knowledge of the aggregate of form. Mindfulness of feeling is to be devoted to the complete knowledge of the aggregate of feeling. Mindfulness of dharma is to definitely grasp perception and formations as being like illusions. Mindfulness of the mind is to individually analyze the nature of the aggregate of consciousness. Among these, mindfulness is the mind not being obscured by the object of experience. The distinction of wisdom that causes it to abide closely is mindfulness. The collection of elements is the body. Experiencing happiness, etc., is feeling. The true limit is dharma. Merely appearing separately is the mind. Remembering these as being like illusions is mindfulness. Miraculous power is the perfection of samadhi. Its limbs are the four legs of miraculous power. Among these, the manifest attachment of hearing the holy dharma, etc., is the leg of miraculous power of aspiration. Continuously familiarizing oneself with diligence is the leg of miraculous power of diligence. Thoroughly discriminating is the leg of miraculous power of analysis. The very manifestation of enlightenment itself, which is particularly excellent, is the leg of miraculous power of mind. Or, possessing the intention of abandoning, being solitary, being free from desire, and relying on cessation, and
