Having examined each individually, it is for the sake of proceeding to the activities of sentient beings. By its power, it is for the sake of making the activities of the Buddha appear to others. Showing birth and so on is also for the sake of completely ripening sentient beings, in order to make people certain that even as a human being, one can obtain such perfect qualities. Therefore, through the path shown by it, one also cultivates in stages through contemplation and so on, and attains liberation. Others also enter that path. The utterly pure wisdom of the Dharmadhatu should also be understood. khaṇḍa kapāla (Tibetan, Devanagari, khaṇḍa kapāla, Romanized Sanskrit, khaṇḍa kapāla, khaṇḍa kapāla, khaṇḍa kapāla, meaning "severed skull") refers to the nature of fingernails and teeth, etc., as khaṇḍa kapāla (Tibetan, Devanagari, khaṇḍa kapāla, Romanized Sanskrit, khaṇḍa kapāla, khaṇḍa kapāla, khaṇḍa kapāla, meaning "severed skull"), etc. When seeing a lama and a Buddha, etc., one should make prostrations, etc., with the attitude of upholding vows. This is extremely yoga. Now, great yoga is to be spoken of, namely ālikāli (Tibetan, Devanagari, ālikāli, Romanized Sanskrit, ālikāli, ālikāli, Āli Kali) and so on. The two ālikāli (Tibetan, Devanagari, ālikāli, Romanized Sanskrit, ālikāli, ālikāli, Āli Kali) possess five rays of light, from which the assembly of deities of the three wheels arises. It speaks of the breath exhaled from the right nostril, and having transformed it into the nature of the three wheels, the heroes and yoginis accomplished from beginningless time become of one taste. Having fully entered the left nostril, one contemplates the moon mandala with the image of one's own form in the center of the navel wheel. In an instant, one should contemplate the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) on top of the moon mandala. Then, the moon and the seed are completely transformed, and one contemplates the Bhagavan with a white body, holding a vajra and a bell, with two hands holding a vajra and a skull cup, embracing the red sow-faced mother, gazing like a drawing in the sky, and guided by the sound of illusion-like great bliss, one gradually dissolves the three realms and the mandala into oneself. The order is that existence is all containers and essence, namely the charnel grounds. The charnel grounds are also the outer wheel of protection. The wheel of protection is the body wheel, the body wheel is the speech wheel, the speech wheel is the mind wheel, the mind wheel is the great bliss wheel, therefore, the dakinis and so on who reside in the direction of the mind wheel. In the boundary of the powerful ones and so on.

然后,ཨཱུ་字融入于ཧ་字,ཧ་字融入于头上,头融入于半月,半月融入于 bindu(藏文:ཐིག་ལེ,梵文天城体:बिंदु,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:明点),明点融入于 nada(藏文:ནཱ་ད་,梵文天城体:नाद,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,汉语字面意思:纳达),次第观想融入。

Those are for the Rupama and so on. Dakinis and so on are also for the faces of the Bhagavan. Vajravarahi and vows, etc., contemplate dissolving into the Vajravarahi and vows, etc., located in the navel chakra. Those Vajravarahi and vows, etc., also melt with great desire with the great bliss of equal joy, and when the melting is complete, contemplate the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) like a pearl coated with cinnabar, which is the nature of great bliss. Then, the letter AU dissolves into the letter HA, the letter HA dissolves into the head, the head dissolves into the half-moon, the half-moon dissolves into the bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिंदु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: Bindu), the bindu dissolves into the nada (Tibetan: ནཱ་ད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: नाद, Sanskrit Romanization: nāda, Chinese literal meaning: Nada), contemplate dissolving in sequence. The nada remains only like the tip of a hundred thousand hairs. Extremely, that is also invisible. Alternatively, in the manner of supporting the mind on the rays of light like the lotus root born from the seed letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) within the union of the sun and moon located on the lotus of the navel chakra. Abandoning the movement of the life force in the two channels, extremely entering the central channel, from igniting the inner heat, the moon of the crown chakra melts, and in the manner of pervading the chakras in sequence, with the difference of the divisions of joy and so on, the coemergent joy arises, abandoning all conceptual thoughts, at once, do not contemplate the mandala, or gradually gather into emptiness. The sequence is also the same as before. Thus, one should have extreme absorption in each moment. That was said, like breath in a mirror, completely absorbed and gone, likewise yoga in true ultimate, extremely absorbed in each moment. Also, by repeatedly absorbing and rising, etc., yoga manifests the samadhi of inseparable completion of the two truths, called the Great Yoga is complete. Thus, after explaining the method of practice as it is in the instructions, generate only this method of practice, and with the completion stage, distinguish the instructions as they are. Among them, the ultimate of the extremely yogini is the generation stage. Great Yoga is the completion stage, these two, the generation stage and the completion stage, should be meditated only with the order of the six limbs established by reason. Otherwise, one will not obtain true practice.

It is also said that, as stated in the Uttaratantra of the Glorious Guhyasamaja Tantra: "Having achieved the supreme accomplishment through devotion and the six-limbed yoga, one should practice. Otherwise, the supreme accomplishment will not be attained." Thus it is. Individual withdrawal and contemplation, as well as holding the life force, mindfulness, and samadhi, are known as the six-limbed yoga. In this regard, the five consciousnesses, which have explanations related to the eye and so forth, individually withdraw from objects such as form, which means to subdue them by drawing them back and properly taming them. This is individual withdrawal. Alternatively, grasping objects in the form of the deity itself is individual withdrawal. Contemplation: in the order of individual withdrawal, the consciousness of mind is contemplated as the deity itself. This is divided into five aspects: conceptualization, analysis, joy, bliss, and one-pointedness of mind. Among these, the complete establishment of the Blessed One, the Glorious Samvara, along with the mandala of the container and its contents, is conceptualization. Determination solely through the teaching of that is analysis. Through analysis, focusing on the aspect of this and that deity, the mind experiences joy, which is joy. The mind that is associated with tranquility in the deity cultivated through joy is bliss. Because the mind that possesses bliss transforms into samadhi, various appearances subside, those who possess mundane objects cannot know it, and the arising is exhausted. The mind that focuses solely on the desired deity is one-pointedness of mind, which is known as the five-limbed contemplation. Thus, in the morning session, according to the order as stated, having contemplated the mandala wheel, in the midday session, likewise in an instant, focusing on the mandala wheel, through individual withdrawal and contemplation, one should manifestly engage and contemplate as long as one desires. After that, during the session break, either actually or imaginatively, adorned with the five seals and so forth, holding a skull cup, khatvanga, kapala, and damaru, the yogi who practices the conduct of a Buddha skull-bearer should only meditate on the mandala and perform activities such as circumambulation and eating. It is also said that, arising from the meditation blessed in the three sessions, one should abide in the form of the deity. Only this meaning.
