Then, instantly generate the form of Amoghasiddhi as the belt, infuse wisdom, and thinking that it is the nature of Amoghasiddhi, recite the mantra "Om Phu Phu Hi Hi Hi Prajñā Dhṛka" three times, and give the belt with these words: This mudra of Vajrasattva, truly exists both internally and externally, accomplishment is infused into the belt, may the hero who gives accept it. Give it to the waist with these words. For women, change the word "hero" in the verse to "goddess" to address them. This is the ritual of giving the vows of conduct. After that, following the conduct of the Tathagata, hold the fist grasping the edge of the Dharma robe at the heart with the left hand, and make the gesture of fearlessness with the right hand, and give the prophecy as follows: You have been prophesied by me, to be the Tathagata Vajrasattva, in order to achieve supreme peace in samsara, to liberate from the evil destinies of samsara. Recite the mantra "Kye Tathagata Vajra Chege Mo, etc. Siddhi Samaya Tvam Bhur Bhuva Svāhā," and in accordance with the falling of flowers, prophesy to the disciple in the form of the Tathagata. Whoever prophesies in this way will be prophesied by all the Tathagatas to attain perfect and complete enlightenment. The ritual of prophecy ends here. Wisdom, the vows of Vajra conduct, and prophecy are referred to as empowerment in some tantras. After that, in front of the disciple's seat, or in some places, also on the seat, recite "Om Vajra Hetu Mam," and place the Dharma wheel generated from Bhrūṃ. On the right hand, recite "Om Vajra Bhāṣa Ram," and place the conch shell generated from A. On the left hand, place the scripture generated from the first vowel, reciting the vowels and A.
