After uttering the sound "Ah" and bestowing blessings, let the bell be rung. Everything is of the nature of emptiness, and emptiness itself has no nature. Actions, being equally united with emptiness, manifest in the state of emptiness. From this day forward, in the world, may all, with the arising of Bodhicitta, thoroughly turn the wheel of Dharma. The Dharma conch is supreme; please blow it all around. Thus it should be said. Therefore, from individual faith, please turn the wheel of Dharma. Thus, hand over the bell and ring it. Having thus bestowed the અનુજ્ઞા (anujñā, permission), desiring to bestow an even greater അനുજ્ઞા (anujñā, permission), to the disciple who has been visualized in the form of Vairocana and others in sequence, for the benefit of all sentient beings, in all realms of the world, to the various beings to be tamed, please turn the wheel of Dharma. For the benefit of all sentient beings, in all realms of the world, to the various beings to be tamed, please thoroughly turn the Vajra wheel. For the benefit of all sentient beings, in all realms of the world, to the various beings to be tamed, please thoroughly turn the Jewel wheel. For the benefit of all sentient beings, in all realms of the world, to the various beings to be tamed, please thoroughly turn the Lotus wheel. The nature of wisdom and means, like a great wish-fulfilling jewel, a woman free from desire, benefits sentient beings in a supreme way. She also makes prostrations to this one and says: As the Lord has commanded, so shall I act. This is the ritual of അനുજ્ઞા (anujñā, permission). Then, holding an umbrella over the head, having caused them to circumambulate, at the mandala's gate, with palms joined, lower the umbrella and say: This disciple has been offered; may they uphold all the Tantric lineages. Having thus supplicated the Lord of the Wheel, placing the umbrella elsewhere, say this to the pleasing disciple: Here, the teacher will also uphold the mandala, mantras, and tantras. 以及，諸神都將領會。為了慈愛一切眾生，您應如儀式般，精勤地繪製壇城。使修行者與傳承相連。這殊勝秘密的壇城，僅僅見到和進入，就能 निश्चित 從一切罪業中解脫。你們應好好安住於此。在這大樂的乘法中，沒有死後的來生。因為不可動搖且不可能，無論如何都要無懼歡喜。為了淨化一切存在，你已超越存在的痛苦。所有佛陀金剛持，今天都為有福者灌頂，成為三界之王。你將永遠是主人。像遠離貪欲般的罪惡，在三界中沒有其他的了。因此，你絕不應遠離貪欲。透過享用一切慾望，對任何事物都要無畏地享用。應食用五肉五甘露。除此之外，還要守護誓言。不得殺害眾生，不得捨棄珍貴的女性。不得捨棄上師，因為誓言極難違越。以智慧作為方便，菩薩沒有什麼不能做的。如來所說的，沒有罪惡，所以不要害怕。因此，要使心完全變成金剛。要展示百倍於自己難以忍受的誓言。今天與輕鬆自在的金剛薩埵，完全平等且恆常不變地證悟。此外，從那些法中，如實地將法，為了從灌頂中獲得利益，如同慈母般對待珍愛的孩子。所有佛陀和菩薩，都以法性的心意完全領會，這就是呼吸的儀式。如此獲得灌頂的弟子，應呼吸並歡喜地這樣說：今日我之生有果，我之活命亦有果，今日生於佛陀族，今日我為佛子矣。如此說。然後是大象、馬、珍寶、薩雷布拉姆、銀、金、裝飾品、牛、水牛、男僕、女僕、奴隸等等。

And, may all the gods understand. For the sake of loving all sentient beings, you should diligently draw the mandala as in the ritual. Connect the practitioners to the lineage. This supreme secret mandala, just by seeing and entering, will definitely be liberated from all sins. You should abide well in this. In this vehicle of great bliss, there is no afterlife after death. Because it is unshakable and impossible, be fearless and joyful in any case. In order to purify all existence, you have transcended the suffering of existence. All Buddhas, Vajradhara, today empower the blessed one, becoming the king of the three realms. You will always be the master. Like the sin of being free from desire, there is no other in the three realms. Therefore, you should never be free from desire. By enjoying all desires, you should fearlessly enjoy anything. One should eat the five meats and the five ambrosias. Apart from this, one must also protect the vows. One must not kill living beings, one must not abandon precious women. One must not abandon the teacher, because the vows are extremely difficult to transgress. With wisdom as a means, there is nothing that a Bodhisattva cannot do. As the Tathagata said, there is no sin, so do not be afraid. Therefore, make the mind completely into a vajra. Show a hundred times more than your own unbearable vows. Today, with the relaxed and comfortable Vajrasattva, one will be completely equal and constantly realize enlightenment. Furthermore, from those dharmas, the dharma is as it is, for the sake of benefiting from the empowerment, like a loving mother treats her beloved child. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, with the mind of the nature of dharma, completely understand, this is the ritual of breathing. Thus, the disciple who has received the empowerment should breathe and joyfully say: Today my birth has fruit, my life also has fruit, today I am born into the Buddha family, today I have become a Buddha's son. Thus say. Then there are elephants, horses, jewels, salabram, silver, gold, ornaments, cows, buffaloes, male servants, female servants, slaves, and so on.
