Perfect Treasure. All phenomena are like reflections, clear and pure, without turbidity, ungraspable and unspeakable, arising from causes and actions, and certainly arising from Suchness. By this truth, may the reflections in the mandala be clear, and may all disciples see them without obstruction. This is called the Teacher's Introduction. Then, the disciples who are outside the curtain, having purified themselves with bathing and fragrant scents, and sprinkled with water of all actions on the right hand, visualize the form of Vairochana, and visualize the black Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ), the red Āḥ (ཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ), and the white Oṃ (ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ) residing on the sun and moon in the heart, throat, and crown respectively. Then, wearing red clothes while reciting the mantra of all actions, and making the lower garment with "Oṃ Sarva Tatāgatā Anuttara Bodhya Laṅkāra Bsta Pūja Megha Samudra Spharaṇa Samaya Hūṃ (ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་ནུཏྟ་ར་བོ་དྷྱ་ལངྐཱ་ར་བསྟ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་)". Similarly, making the upper garment with "Oṃ Vajra Rakṣa Haṃ (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་ ཧཾ་)", and making the crown with "Oṃ Vajroṣṇīṣa Hūṃ Phaṭ (ཨོཾ་བཛྲོ་ཥྞཱི་ཥ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་)", and tying the red blindfold with "Oṃ Cakṣu Rbandha Baramanaya Hūṃ (ོཾ་ཙཀྵུ་རྦནྡྷ་བ་ར་མ་ན་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་)", and holding the flower garland with "Āḥ Khaṃ Bīra Hūṃ (ཨཱཿ་ཁཾ་བཱི་ར་ཧཱུཾ་)", and saying "Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ)", then the Karma Vajra holder places him at the east gate, and in order to make him enter, asks, "You, joy of joy, who are you?" Then he should say, "I am great bliss, a fortunate one." Reciting "Oṃ Sarva Yoga Citta Sudāya Mi (ོཾ་སརྦ་ཡོ་ག་ཙིཏྟ་སུ་ད་ཡཱ་མི་)", and for the one who has generated the mind of enlightenment, holding the vajra with flowers in his heart, and blessing him with "Oṃ Surate Samaya Sthaṃ Hoḥ Siddha Vajra Yathā Sukhaṃ (ཨོཾ་སུ་ར་ཏེ་སམ་ ཡ་སྠཾ་ཧོཿ་སིདྡྷ་བཛྲ་ཡ་ཐཱ་སུ་ཁཾ་)". Then say, "Now you will be blessed by all the Tathāgatas, and you should not speak to those who have not entered the great secret mandala of all the Tathāgatas, nor to those who do not have faith." Reciting "Oṃ Khaṇḍa Rohe Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā (ོཾ་ཁཎྜ་རོ་ཧེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།)", and guiding him, reciting "Āḥ Khaṃ Bīra Hūṃ (ཨཱཿ་ཁཾ་བཱི་ར་ཧཱུཾ་)", and placing him inside the curtain, reciting "Mahā Rata Sudṛḍha Sutoṣya Susukho Vajra Sattva Adya Siddhyi Maṃ (མ་ཧཱ་ར་ཏ་སུ་དྲྀ་ཌྷ་སུ་ཏོ་ཥྱ་སུ་སུ་ཁོ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ཨ་དྱ་སིདྡྷྱི་མཾ་)", then circumambulating, joining palms, and sitting at the east gate of the mandala, reciting "Oṃ Sarva"

In the east, (recite): "Om Sarva Bira Dakini Pujo Pasthana Yatmanam Niryata Yami Sarva Bira Birini Dakinyadhitista Mam." In the north, (recite): "Om Sarva Bira Dakini Puja Karmane Yatmaman Niryata Yami Sarva Bira Dakini Lama Vajra Karma Kuru Mam." In the west, (recite): "Om Sarva Bira Dakini Dakini Puja Pravartanayatmaman Niryata Yami Sarva Bira Dakini Khanda Rohsa Vajra Dharma Pravartaya Mam." In the south, (recite): "Om Sarva Bira Dakini Puja Bhisikayatmaman Niryata Yami Sarva Bira Dakini Rupini Vajra Ratnabhi Sinca Mam." Om Guru Charanopasthanayatmaman Niryata Yami. You should not speak this in front of those who have not seen the mandala, lest you break your vows. Saying "Reh," hold the vajra on the crown of the head and ring the bell. "This is your vow-vajra. If you speak this to someone, your head will be smashed." Having proclaimed this, hold the vajra with a flower at the heart, (recite): "Om, today Vajrasattva himself dwells perfectly in your heart. If you speak this truth, you will immediately be cut off and depart." Having given this command, bless the five nectars in the lotus vessel on top of the activity vase with the three syllables.
