།བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་ནི། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་ཀུན་དང་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རིན་ཆེན་པདྨ་ལས། །རིགས་བཞུགས་ཀུན་གྱི སྤྱན་སྔར་དང་།།སྙིང་པོ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྔགས་རྣམས་དང་། །རེག་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་སྤྱན་སྔ་རུ། །བླ་མེད་སེམས་ཀྱིས་སྡིག་པ་བཤགས། །ཇི་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་མཁྱེན། །ཆོས་དབྱིངས་ཡང་དག་ངེས་བགྱིས་པའི། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀུན། ། རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་ནི་རང་བར་བགྱི། །གང་ཡང་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས། །རྒྱས་པར་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར། །བླ་མེད་ཐེག་ཆེན་འཁོར་ལོ་ནི། །བསྐོར་ཕྱིར་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པར་བྱ། །གང་ཡང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར། །ཇི་སྲིད་སེམས་ཅན་ཁམས་གནས་པ། །དེ སྲིད་མྱ་ངན་མི་འདའ་བར།།གསོལ་བ་དག་ནི་གདབ་པར་བྱ། །བདག་གི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་འདི་ཡིས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་མ་ལུས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤོག་།འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་ཆོས་བསྟན་པ། །སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་སྒྲོལ་བར་ཤོག་།ཅེས་ནི་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། ། དེ་ནས་སྙིང་པོ་སྔགས་བཟླས་པའི། །དྲི་ཡི་ཆུ་ཡིས་གང་བྱས་པའི། །རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཕྱག་གིས་ནི། །སྔགས་ཤེས་པས་ནི་སྙིང་གར་གཏུགས། །དེ་ཡི་རྗེས་སུ་བྱིན་བརླབས་ནས། །སྔར་བཞིན་དུ་ནི་ཆོ་ག་བྱ། །ཇི་ལྟར་མཆོད་པ་རྣམ་ལྔ་ཡིས། །དེ་ལ་སོ་སོར མཆོད་པར་བྱ།།ཁཎྜ་རོ་ཧས་མངོན་བསྔགས་པའི། །དྲི་ཞིམ་ཆུ་ཡིས་ལུས་ལ་བྱུག་།མེ་ཏོག་དཀར་པོ་སྤྱི་བོར་སྦྱིན། །འོ་མ་དང་བཅས་ཨུ་དུམ་སོགས། །མངར་བ་དག་གི་སོ་ཤིང་ནི། །སོར་དུ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཚད་བྱས་ནས། །དེ་རྣམས་ལག་པར་བྱིན་ནས་སུ། །ཤར་ དུ་ཕྱོགས་པས་དོར་བའོ།།ཁཎྜ་རོ་ཧས་མངོན་བསྔགས་པའི། །ཆུ་ཡི་ཁ་བཤལ་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱ། །སོ་ཤིང་གང་དུ་ལྷུང་བ་ཡིས། །དངོས་གྲུབ་རྒྱུར་ནི་ཤེས་པར་བྱ། །སྔར་བསྟན་སྟན་ལ་བཞག་ནས་སུ། །དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནི་ལག་མཐིལ་དུ། །ཡི་གེ་གསུམ་ གྱིས་མངོན་བསྔགས་པའི།།ཡང་དག་མཆོད་རྟེན་ཀུ་ཤ་སྦྱིན། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་ནི་སྔགས་འདི་ཡིས། །བསྔགས་པ་ཡིས་ནི་དྲི་ཞིམ་པའི། །བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ་ཡི་ཆུ་སྦྱིན་བྱ། །འཐུངས་པས་སྡིག་པ་ཉམས་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་ལ་འདི་ཡི་གསང་སྔགས་ནི། །ོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ་བི་ཤུདྡྷ་དྷརྨཱ་ སརྦ་པཱ་པ་ནི་ཙཱ་སཾ་ཤོ་དྷ་ཡ་སརྦ་བི་ཀལྤ་ཨ་པ་ན་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ།།དེ་རྣམས་བསྲུང་བའི་ཆེད་དུ་ནི། །ཡི་གེ་གསུམ་གྱིས་བསྔགས་པ་ཡི། །མདུད་པ་གསུམ་བྱས་སྐུད་པ་ནི། །དཔུང་པ་གཡོན་པར་བཅིང་བར་བྱ། །དཔའ་བོ་དྲུག་གི་གོ་ཆ་བྱ། །གནས་གསུམ་ཡང་ ནི་དེ་བཞིན་ནོ།།དེ་རྣམས་སྲུང་བ་བྱས་ནས་ནི། །ཆོས་འདི་འདི་

我名被称作此， 十方如来一切和， 金刚珍宝莲花中， 安住诸族之眼前， 心要手印咒语等， 触及诸神之眼前， 以无上心忏悔罪。 如佛薄伽梵所知， 法界如实已决定， 无上所有之福德， 我皆随喜而自乐。 无论何方十方界， 广弘法轮常运转， 无上大乘之法轮， 为转法轮而祈请。 无论何方法轮转， 乃至有情界存在， 乃至不入于涅槃， 祈请常住于世间。 我此善业之威力， 愿诸世间皆成佛， 为利有情而说法， 愿度众生诸痛苦。 如是行事等等。 之后心要咒语诵， 以香水充满之后， 金刚萨埵之手印， 以知咒者触心间。 彼之随后作加持， 如前一般行仪轨。 如是五种之供养， 于彼各自作供养。 以卡达若哈所赞叹， 以香气之水涂身上， 白色鲜花献顶上， 牛奶以及乌昙等， 甜蜜诸物之木枝， 以十二指作尺度， 彼等赐予于手中， 面向东方而抛弃。 以卡达若哈所赞叹， 布施漱口之净水。 木枝落于何处时， 当知是为成就缘。 置于先前所示垫， 彼等所有之掌心， 以三字所赞叹之， 真实佛塔吉祥草献。 之后又以此咒语， 以赞叹之香气味， 五甘露之水布施， 饮用能令罪业消。 于此彼之秘密咒： 嗡(藏文：ོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) 舍(藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：大) 毗(藏文：བི་，梵文天城体：वि，梵文罗马拟音：vi，汉语字面意思：离) 殊(藏文：ཤུདྡྷ，梵文天城体：शुद्ध，梵文罗马拟音：śuddha，汉语字面意思：清净) 达(藏文：དྷརྨཱ，梵文天城体：धर्मा，梵文罗马拟音：dharmā，汉语字面意思：法) 萨(藏文：སརྦ，梵文天城体：सर्व，梵文罗马拟音：sarva，汉语字面意思：一切) 尔(藏文：པཱ་པ，梵文天城体：पाप，梵文罗马拟音：pāpa，汉语字面意思：罪) 瓦(藏文：ནི་ཙཱ，梵文天城体：निच，梵文罗马拟音：nica，汉语字面意思：确定) 尼(藏文：སཾ་ཤོ་དྷ་ཡ，梵文天城体：संशोधय，梵文罗马拟音：saṃśodhaya，汉语字面意思：完全清净) 杂(藏文：སརྦ，梵文天城体：सर्व，梵文罗马拟音：sarva，汉语字面意思：一切) 萨(藏文：བི་ཀལྤ，梵文天城体：विकल्प，梵文罗马拟音：vikalpa，汉语字面意思：分别) 桑(藏文：ཨ་པ་ན་ཡ，梵文天城体：अपनय，梵文罗马拟音：apanaya，汉语字面意思：去除) 梭(藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！ 为彼等作守护故， 以三字所赞叹之， 结成三结之丝线， 系于左臂之上方。 作六勇士之盔甲， 三处亦如是而行。 彼等守护已作后， 此法此法
English
I am called by this name, Before all the Tathagatas of the ten directions, From Vajra, Ratna, and Padma, Before all the families residing, Essence, mudras, mantras, and Before the deities of touch, I confess sins with the supreme mind. As the Buddha, the Bhagavan, knows, The Dharmadhatu is truly determined, All the supreme merits, I rejoice and delight in them. Wherever in the ten directions of the world, The Dharma wheel is extensively turned, The supreme Mahayana wheel, I pray for the turning of the wheel. Wherever the Dharma wheel is turned, As long as sentient beings exist, Until they do not pass into Nirvana, I pray that they remain in the world. By the power of my virtuous deeds, May all beings in the world attain Buddhahood, To teach the Dharma for the benefit of beings, May they liberate sentient beings from suffering. Thus, doing things and so on. Then, reciting the essence mantra, After filling with fragrant water, With the hand of Vajrasattva, Touching the heart with the mantra knower. After blessing it accordingly, Perform the ritual as before. Like the five offerings, Make offerings to each of them. Praised by Khandaroha, Anoint the body with fragrant water, Offer white flowers on the crown of the head, Milk and Udumbara, etc., The sweet wood branch, Measure twelve fingers, Give them into the hands, Facing east and discard. Praised by Khandaroha, Give rinsing water for mouth washing. Wherever the wood branch falls, Know it as the cause of accomplishment. Place it on the previously shown mat, In the palms of their hands, Praised by the three syllables, Offer the true stupa of Kusha grass. Then again with this mantra, With the praised fragrance, Give the water of five amritas, Drinking it will diminish sins. Here is the secret mantra for this: Oṃ hrīḥ viśuddha dharmā sarva pāpa nica saṃśodhaya sarva vikalpa apanaya hūṃ. For the sake of protecting them, Praised by the three syllables, Tie the thread with three knots, Tie it on the left arm. Make the armor of the six heroes, The three places are also the same.
