It will fall on the ground. The dragon's abode and all the palaces, as well as the water, trees, and forests, will all turn into a single blazing flame. All the great, glorious, and powerful dragon kings will suffer from severe brain disease. If the vidyadhara does not quickly save them, all races will be destroyed. Sons, grandsons, retinues, and mounts will all be no more, and become blind. In times of no rain, repeat the mustard seeds a thousand times and scatter them on the houses, and all the dragons will tremble, and the houses and lakes will turn into a single blazing flame, and rain will quickly fall as desired. Again and again, rain will fall. When rain is needed, the vidyadhara will recite water and mustard seeds one hundred and eight times, then go to a high place, face east and sit down, recite the mantra seven times on seven handfuls of water, and then scatter it to the east, and all the dragon kings will immediately gather together and send down rain. At dawn, mix mustard seeds, saffron, and water, recite it seven times, and then scatter it in the four directions, and also scatter it above and below, and all the boundaries of hail, wind, clouds, and hail will be cut off within a yojana all around. All unruly dragons will be bound. All dragons will not transgress. Take the dung of a yellow cow before it falls to the ground, and take its butter, milk, and urine, mix it with sabta bisaka and flour, recite it ninety-two times, and then make a five-headed dragon. Make an image with its head raised, sitting cross-legged, and its body twisted. Wash the body with white sandalwood and saffron. Place it on a clean mat. Crown it with a silk headdress. Put on a garland of flowers. Make a square mandala. Scatter loose flowers. Place four full vases. Insert four arrows, and hang four white silk banners. Place a torma in the center of the mandala. Insert four acacia wood pegs at the four corners of the mandala. Wrap five times with five-colored threads.

Done. Recite twenty-one times for all (steps), then begin the work. Bind the neck of the vase with a cloth strip. Mix nala, white rosin, Chinese frankincense, antique incense, fingernails, Nāgapuṣpa (Sanskrit), white mustard seeds, and sugar, recite one hundred and eight times, then fumigate. Mix these incenses, then, the vidyādhara thoroughly bathes, puts on clean clothes, and performs near-touch, binding rocks, binding boundaries, binding directions, binding mandalas, raising clothes, self-protection, and bathing, etc., with this very mantra. Place the dragon's head facing east, the vidyādhara looks at the dragon and sits in the lotus position, and performs summoning, offering torma, and sending back with incense with this very mantra. Then, the vidyādhara recites one thousand and eight times, striking the dragon's image with mustard seeds with each recitation. Light four lamps. Write the dragon's name. Anyone who is cursed will be released. If one completes the recitation of one thousand and eight times, all the great dragon kings will be controlled. They will reveal everything. They will grant all that is desired. All powers will be reversed. One's own people, retinue, sons, and grandsons will all be controlled. They will accomplish all works. They will completely protect like one's own home. Place the dragon's image in a secluded place and offer flowers and incense. Do not place it carelessly, but in a place where it cannot be seen, and do not show it to anyone. Wrap it in clean clothes. When there is a need, recite one hundred and eight times over mustard seeds, then strike, and they will accomplish all that is needed. They will go wherever they are sent and then return. They will reveal all that is needed in dreams and accomplish all works. This is called the dispatching of the dragon. When untimely clouds, wind, hail, and frost occur, mix the seeds of seedlings and mustard seeds, recite one hundred and one times, then angrily strike the dragon's image, and in an instant the wind, hail, and clouds will disappear, and everything will be bound. When a drought occurs, write it on paper, with a red thread
