ས་དཀྲིས་ལ་སྐུད་པ་ལ་མདུད་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བོར་ཏེ། ཀླུའི་མགུལ་དུ་བཏགས་ལ་ཀླུའི་སྤྱི་བོར་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་ པ་བྱས་ན་སྐད་ཅིག་དེ་ལ་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་འབེབས་ཏེ་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་ཇི་ལྟར་འདོད་པ་བཞིན་ཆར་འབེབས་སོ།།ཧ་ཅང་ཆར་ཆེན་སྐུད་པ་སྔོན་པོ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ཏེ་མདུད་པ་བདུན་བོར་ན་ཆར་ཆེན་པོ་འཆད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཆོ་ག་དང་རིག་པ་སྒྲུབ་པ་གཞན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཡང་སྔགས་འདི་ ཐོག་མ་ཁོ་ནར་ལན་བདུན་བདུན་བརྗོད་དོ།།འདི་ཀུན་དུ་སྦྱོར་བ་སྟེ་བརྗོད་པ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་འགྲུབ་བོ། །ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་ཆེན་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཤུགས་འབར་བ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་གི་སྙིང་པོ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།དེ་ནས་དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་རྩ་བའི་སྙིང་པོའི་ཆོ་ག་ བསྟན་ཏོ།།གཟུངས་བཏོན་མ་ཐག་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་འདར་ཡེད་ཡེད་དོ། །བལ་པོ་སེའུ་ཤིང་གི་ལྕུག་མ་དང་། ཤིང་ཀ་ར་བཱི་རའི་ལྕུག་མས་རླུང་དང་སྤྲིན་བཟློག་པར་བྱའོ། །བའི་ལྕི་བ་ས་ལ་མ་ལྷུང་བས་ཁང་སྟེང་དུ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྲཝ་བཞི་པ་ ཤིན་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་ཕྱེ་བ་རེའུ་ཆ་ལེགས་པར་བྱས་པ་བྱ་སྟེ།སེང་ལྡེང་གི་ཕུར་བུ་སོར་བརྒྱད་པ་བརྒྱད་ཕྱོགས་མཚམས་སུ་གཟུགས་སོ། །མདའ་ལྔ་གཟུགས་སོ། །རྩེ་གསུམ་པ་གཟུགས་སོ། །མདའ་བཞི་ལ་ཚོན་སྣ་ལྔའི་སྐུད་པ་བཞི་འཁོར་བར་བསྐོར་རོ། །བུམ་པ་གང་བ་ བཞི་དང་།པོག་ཕོར་དང་། གཏོར་མའི་བུམ་པ་བཞི་གཞག་གོ། །གཏོར་མ་དཀར་པོས་བཀང་བ་བཞི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་གཞག་།མེ་ཏོག་སིལ་མས་གང་བར་གཏོར། བྲ་ཡོས་དང་ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱིས་གཏོར་རོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བདུན་གྱིས་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ ཏེ་གཟུགས་སོ།།ཡུངས་ཀར་དང་ཆུ་བསྲེས་ལ་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་པས་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་མཚམས་གཅད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་དཔག་ཚད་ཚུན་ཆད་ཀུན་དུ་མཚམས་ཆེན་པོ་བཅད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ཀླུ་མི་སྲུན་པ་རྣམས་འཕྲོག་མི་ནུས་སོ། །ཀླུ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་རྟག་ཏུ་དུས་མ་ཡིན་པའི་རླུང་ དང་།སྤྲིན་དང་སེར་བ་འབེབས་མི་ནུས་སོ། །མེ་ཏོག་དང་འབྲས་བུ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཚེ་ཡང་མི་ནུས། ལན་འགའ་ཡང་རྩཝའི་ལོ་མ་ཡང་འཚེ་མི་ནུས། བཅིང་བ་ལྔས་བསྡམས་ཏེ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅིངས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདི་ཟླ་བ་བརྒྱད་དུ་མཚམས་བཅིངས་པར་འགྱུར། གནོད་སྦྱིན་ དང་།འབྱུང་པོ་དང་། སྲིན་པོ་དང་། དང་། གྲུལ་བུམ་དང་། གསང་བ་པ་དེ་རྣམས་གནས་འདི་ལས་མི་འདའོ། །དེ་ནས་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་འདུག་སྟེ། བལ་པོ་སེའུ་ཡི་ཤིང་གི་ལྕུག་མ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་པས་ཀླུ་བཟློག་པར་བྱའོ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་ཁྲོ་བས་ བཟློག་པར་བྱ་བ་ནི་མ་ཡིན་ནོ།།ཀླུའི་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཅིང་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། མཛུབ་མོ་གཉིས་མགོ་བོ་གདེངས་ཀ་ལྟར་བྱས་ལ་མཐེའུ་ཆུང་གཉིས་བརྐྱང་ངོ་། །འདི་ནི་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །བརྗོད་མ་ཐག་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་དག་ལ་གནོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། ། གལ་ཏེ་ཀླུ་དག་ཕྱོགས་དེ་མ་རུང་བར་བྱ་བར་འདོད་ན། དེའི་ཚེ་བྱེ་ཚན་མགོ་ལ་འབབ་བོ། །མགོ་དང་། མཇུག་མ་དང་། ཁོག་པ་ཇི་ཙམ་བར་དེ་ཙམ་དུ་ལུས་ལ་རལ་གྲིའི་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་འབབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་དངངས་སྐྲག་པར་གནས་པར་འགྱུར ཏེ།དེའི་ཚེ་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་དུ་དུས་དུས་སུ་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་འབེབས་སོ། །ཀླུ་མི་བགྲུངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཁང་སྟེང་དུ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྲུ་བཞི་པ་བྱས་ཏེ། མེ་ཏོག་སིལ་མས་གང་བར་གཏོར་ལ་བདུག་པས་བདུགས་ཏེ། བུམ་པ་ཆུས་བཀང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ ལ་ལན་བདུན་དུ་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ།།གཏོར་མ་གཞག་གོ། །སེང་ལྡེང་གི་ཕུར་བུ་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་ཏེ། སེང་ལྡེང་གི་ཕུར་བུ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་བཙུགས་ན་རླུང་དང་། སྤྲིན་དང་སེར་བ་དང་སད་ཀྱི་ཉེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅིངས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཕུར་བུ་མ་ ཕྱུང་གི་བར་དུ་ཐུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།ཡུངས་ཀར་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ལ་སྤྲིན་ལ་བལྟས་ཏེ་གཏོར་ན་སེར་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཆད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཤིང་ཀ་ར་བཱི་རའི་ལྕུག་མ་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་ཏེ་གདུ་བུར་བྱས་ན་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་སེར་བ་ཆོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཤིང་ཀ་ར་ བཱ་ར་དམར་པོའི་མེ་ཏོག་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་ཏེ་གློག་འབྱུང་བའི་ཚེ་ན་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་འཕངས་ན་ནམ་མཁའ་ཉིད་དུ་འདུག་སྟེ་བཅིངས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།ཆུ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ཏེ་གཏོར་ན་གྲོལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འབྲུག་ཟེར་བའི་ཚེ་རྩེ་གསུམ་པ་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་ ཏེ།དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཀྱི་དབུས་སུ་བཙུགས་ན་རྩེ་གསུམ་པ་མ་ཕྱུང་གི་བར་དུ་འབྲུག་ཟེར་ཏེ་སྤྲིན་བཅིངས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཕྱུང་ནས་གྲོལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རལ་གྲི་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ཏེ་ཀླུའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་གིས་བཟུང་ལ་སྤྲིན་ལ་བལྟས་ཏེ་འདུག་ན་བཟུང་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་མཐའ་དག་ འབར་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྐུགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།རལ་གྲི་ཐོགས་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་ཏེ། གུར་གུམ་གྱིས་དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་བྲིས་ནས་ཇི་ལྟ་ཇི་ལྟ་བུར་བསྐོར་བ་དེ་ལྟ་བུར་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་གི་འདབ་གཤོག་ཀླུའི་ལུས་ལ་འབབས་པར་འགྱུ

On a mound of earth, tie twenty-one knots in a rope, tie it around the neck of a Naga, and recite twenty-one times over the crown of the Naga's head. In that instant, a stream of rain will fall, and the practitioner can make it rain as they wish. If the rain is too heavy, recite seven times over a blue rope and tie seven knots, and the heavy rain will stop. For all other rituals and mantra practices, this mantra should also be recited seven times at the very beginning. This is a universal application; recitation and practice will be successful. The great Garuda, blazing with vajra power, the dharani called the essence mandala of the Garuda is complete. Then, after that, the ritual of the root essence is taught. As soon as the dharani is recited, all the Nagas tremble. Use the shoots of the Nepalese apple tree and the sugar cane tree to ward off wind and clouds. 应当遮遣之。不应当以极忿怒遮遣。应当结龙之跏趺坐手印，二指如头颈般，二小指伸展。此乃一切龙之手印。才说出，便会损害一切龙之心。若欲使龙等彼方不悦，彼时沙砾便会落于头上。头与尾及身体，其间有多长，利剑之雨的流注便会落于身上。其后一切龙便会处于惊恐之中。彼时于赡部洲便会时时降下雨的流注。一切未被杀害之龙皆会臣服。于屋顶上作四方形坛城，遍撒鲜花，以香熏之，以充满水之瓶，全部念诵七遍。放置食子。于旃檀木橛念诵二十一遍，若将旃檀木橛立于坛城中央，则风、云、冰雹与霜之诸般过患皆会被束缚，直至木橛未被拔出之前皆能镇压。于芥子念诵七遍，观视云朵而抛撒，则一切冰雹皆会止息。于木咖啰尾啰之嫩枝念诵二十一遍，作成指环，则一切时处冰雹皆会断绝。于红色木咖啰哇啰花念诵二十一遍，于闪电出现之时抛向空中，便会停留在空中而被束缚。于水中念诵七遍而抛撒，则会解脱。于雷鸣之时，于三尖戟念诵二十一遍，立于坛城中央，则直至三尖戟未被拔出之前，雷鸣亦会停止，云亦会被束缚。拔出后便会解脱。于剑上念诵七遍，结龙之跏趺坐手印，观视云朵而坐，则才一结印，一切便会燃烧，一切龙皆会变哑。手持剑，念诵一百零八遍，以藏红花于其上书写空行母，如是如何如何般旋转，空行母之翅膀便会落于龙之身上。

If the sandalwood peg is placed in the center of the mandala, all the dangers of wind, clouds, hail, and frost will be bound. It will be able to suppress it until the peg is not pulled out. Recite mustard seeds seven times, look at the clouds and scatter them, and all the hail will stop. Recite the young branches of the wooden kara vira twenty-one times, make them into rings, and hail will be cut off at all times and places. Recite the red wooden kara vara flower twenty-one times, and when lightning appears, throw it into the sky, and it will stay in the sky and be bound. Recite the water seven times and scatter it, and it will be liberated. At the time of thunder, recite the trident twenty-one times, and place it in the center of the mandala. Until the trident is not pulled out, the thunder will stop and the clouds will be bound. It will be liberated after being pulled out. Recite the sword seven times, make the dragon's lotus posture hand gesture, look at the clouds and sit down, and as soon as the mudra is made, everything will burn and all the dragons will become mute. Hold the sword and recite it one hundred and eight times. Write the Dakini in saffron on it, and as it rotates, the wings of the Dakini will fall on the body of the dragon.
