ར་ཏེ། ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ སྐྲག་ཅིང་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འབྲོས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་ཕྱིས་རླུང་དང་སེར་བ་འབེབས་མི་ནུས་སོ།།ཤིང་ཀ་ར་བཱི་རའི་མེ་ཏོག་དང་ཡུངས་ཀར་བསྲེས་ཏེ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་ལན་དྲུག་ཅུ་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱས་ན་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་གྲང་བའི་སྟོབས་བྱེད་པ་དང་། སེར་བ་དང་ཁ་བའི་བར་ལ་ སོགས་པ་ཐུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།གང་གི་ཚེ་ཆར་དགོས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཆར་འབེབས་སོ། །སྤྲ་ཚིལ་ལ་ཀླུའི་གཟུགས་ཚད་སོར་བཞི་པ་མགོ་ལྔ་པ་བྱས་ཏེ། གསེར་གྱིས་གཡོགས་ལ་སྟེང་གོས་དཀར་པོས་གཡོགས་ཏེ། རྩ་བའི་སྔགས་ལན་སྟོང་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ལ། བུམ་ པ་སར་བ་མ་སྤྱད་པའི་ནང་དུ་བཅུག་སྟེ་ལུས་གོས་ཀྱིས་དཀྲིའོ།།རྒྱས་གདབ་བོ། །བའི་ལྕི་བས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྲུ་བཞི་པ་བྱས་ལ་བྲ་ཡོས་དང་ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱིས་གཏོར་ལ་བདུག་པས་བདུགས་ཏེ་སྔགས་འདི་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །བལ་པོ་སེའུ་ཤིང་གི་ལྕུག་མ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ཏེ། བུམ་པ་ ལ་དལ་བུ་དལ་བུས་གཞུས་ན་སེར་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་བུམ་པའི་ནང་དུ་འཕོའོ།།ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་གཟུགས་སྤྲ་ཆིལ་ལ་བྱས་པ་ལ་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མིང་བྲིས་ན་གང་གི་མིང་གིས་རིགས་བརྗོད་པས་ཀླུ་དེ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་བྲམ་ཟེའི་གཟུགས་ཀྱིས་ མདུན་ན་འདུག་ཅིང་ཅི་བསྒོ་བ་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱེད་དོ།།ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆོས་ཅན་མ་ཡིན་པ་ཡུལ་ཡོངས་སུ་མི་སྐྱོང་བ་ལོ་ཏོག་དང་འབྲས་བུ་ཆུད་གཟོན་པའི་ཀླུའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་སོང་སྟེ། ཤིན་ཏུ་ཁྲུས་བྱས་ལ་གོས་དཀར་པོ་གཙང་མ་བགོས་ཏེ་རིག་པ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བརྗོད་ན་ཀླུའི་ཁྱིམ་དེ་ནས་བུད་མེད་ རྒན་མོ་དག་འབྱུང་ཞིང་།རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་ཅི་ཚོལ་ཞེས་ཟེར་བ་དང་། ལན་མི་གདབ་པར་རྡོ་རྗེ་ས་ལ་བརྡབ་པར་བྱའོ། །ཕཊ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཀླུ་རྒན་མོ་དེ་ངུས་ནས་ཤིའོ་ཤིའོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་ཞིང་ཁྱིམ་དུ་འཇུག་གོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུ་རྣམས་འདུས་ཏེ་དངངས་སྐྲག་སྟེ། ཁྱེའུ་ཡི་གཟུགས་ སུ་བསྐྱུར་ནས་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པའི་མདུན་དུ་འདུག་སྟེ།ཀྱེ་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་ཅི་ཞིག་ཚོལ། རིག་པ་འཛིན་པས་སྔར་སྔགས་བརྗོད་ལ། ཁྲོས་པས་བལ་པོ་སེའུ་ཤིང་གི་ལྕུག་མ་ས་ལ་བརྡབས་པ་དང་། ཁྱེའུ་ཡི་གཟུགས་ཅན་དེ་ས་ལ་འགྲེ་ལྡོག་ཅིང་། ཀྱེ་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་ཅི་ཞིག་ཚོལ་ ཞེས་སྨྲའོ།།རིག་པ་འཛིན་པས་སྙིང་རྗེ་མེད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། བསྒྱེལ་བའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་བསྒྱེལ་བ་དང་། འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་ཀྱེ་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་བསྒོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་བགྱིད་དོ་ཞེས་སྨྲའོ། །དེ་ནས་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པས་འདི་སྐ

如是。 所有的龙都会恐惧，逃向十方，之后便不能降下风和冰雹了。将糖和毗罗树的花朵与芥子混合，在坛城中焚烧六十次，所有的龙都会产生寒冷的力量，能够抵挡冰雹和雪等。当需要下雨的时候，就会降雨。用蜂蜡制作四指高、五个头的龙的形象，用黄金覆盖，再用白色布料覆盖，念诵根本咒语一千遍，放入未用过的新瓶中，用布包裹身体，封印。用牛粪制作四方形的坛城，用荞麦和芥子撒在上面，用香熏，念诵这个咒语。对尼泊尔苹果树的嫩枝念诵七遍，轻轻地敲击瓶子，所有的冰雹都会进入瓶中。所有的龙都会被控制。用蜂蜡制作龙王形象，写上所有龙的名字，念诵哪个名字的种姓，那个龙就会被控制，连同眷属以婆罗门形象坐在面前，做所有吩咐的事情。对于不守法的龙王，不去守护整个地方，偷吃庄稼和果实的龙的家中，去那里，彻底沐浴，穿上干净的白色衣服，念诵明咒二十一遍，从龙的家中会出现老妇人，说“持明者，你寻找什么？”，不要回答，将金刚杵敲击在地上，念诵“啪(藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)”。那个老龙妇哭着说“死哦，死哦”，然后进入家中。之后，龙们聚集起来，惊慌失措，变成小男孩的形象，坐在持明者的面前，说“持明者，你寻找什么？”。持明者先念诵咒语，愤怒地将尼泊尔苹果树的嫩枝敲击在地上，那个小男孩形象的人在地上翻滚，说“持明者，你寻找什么？”。持明者不要有怜悯之心，用摔倒的姿势摔倒，这样说“持明者，所有吩咐的事情都会做”。之后，持明者这样说

Thus. All the nagas will be terrified and flee in ten directions, and afterwards they will not be able to send down wind and hail. Mix sugar and the flowers of the Bīra tree with mustard seeds, and burn them sixty times in the mandala, all the nagas will generate the power of cold, and be able to withstand hail and snow, etc. When rain is needed, it will rain. Make a four-finger-high, five-headed image of a naga out of beeswax, cover it with gold, and then cover it with white cloth. Recite the root mantra a thousand times, put it in a new, unused vase, wrap the body with cloth, and seal it. Make a square mandala with cow dung, scatter buckwheat and mustard seeds on it, fumigate it with incense, and recite this mantra. Recite seven times over a twig of a Nepalese apple tree, and gently tap the vase, all the hail will move into the vase. All the nagas will be controlled. Make an image of the naga king out of beeswax, write the names of all the nagas on it, and by reciting the lineage of whichever name, that naga will be controlled, and together with its retinue, it will sit in front of you in the form of a Brahmin, and do everything that is commanded. For a naga king who is not righteous, who does not protect the entire area, go to the home of a naga who steals crops and fruits, take a thorough bath, put on clean white clothes, and recite the vidya twenty-one times. From that naga's home, old women will appear, saying, "Vidyadhara, what are you looking for?" Do not answer, but strike the vajra on the ground, and recite "phaṭ(藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)". That old naga woman will cry and say, "Die, die," and then enter the house. Afterwards, the nagas will gather, terrified, and transform into the form of young boys, and sit in front of the vidyadhara, saying, "Vidyadhara, what are you looking for?" The vidyadhara will first recite the mantra, and angrily strike the twig of the Nepalese apple tree on the ground, and that person in the form of a young boy will roll around on the ground, saying, "Vidyadhara, what are you looking for?" The vidyadhara should be without compassion, and knock him down in a falling posture, and say, "Vidyadhara, I will do everything that is commanded." After that, the vidyadhara says like this

现在这样说。 守护如来的誓言！守护。 明咒师又这样说。 守护十善！守护。 明咒师又给予皈依三宝。 随顺。 明咒师祈请拔橛，不拔。 这样说： 复诵如来的誓言，随顺守护！首先要拔橛。 然而龙及其眷属以双足触地。 应当皈依三宝，并给予十善业道的道路。 让其随顺守护誓言。 然后首先拔出橛，并立即给予食物，所有龙都将臣服。 如同进入自己的家一样进入吧！所有应做之事都将如你所愿，所有事情都将如教导般完成。 送到哪里就去哪里。 所有事情都将完成。 在龙的家中，以后不会出现不驯服的龙。 时时降下雨水。 时时收获庄稼。 在那里，花朵、果实和树叶都将收获。 以后不会造成损害。 从读诵就能成就的大陀罗尼中，应用于一切。 所有事业都将成就。 最胜成就。 无上。 根本咒的事业仪轨圆满了。 之后，那伽陵伽王。 世尊嘎拉瓦处合掌恭敬，向世尊这样祈请。 世尊，我们为了燃烧所有龙的心，为了遣除非时之风、云和冰雹，为了成就所有花朵、果实和庄稼，为了增加土地的尘土、精华和加持，如果念诵名为金刚喙电光闪耀的陀罗尼，为了圆满所有众生的所有希望。 世尊，请您加持。 之后，世尊对那伽陵伽的自在主这样说道。 那伽陵伽的主人，加持名为金刚喙的陀罗尼，如来应供正等觉的

Now it is said. Keep the Tathagata's vows! Keep it. The Vidyadhara also says this. Keep the ten virtues! Keep it. The Vidyadhara also gives refuge to the Three Jewels. Follow. The Vidyadhara asks to pull out the peg, but does not pull it out. It is said like this: Recite the Tathagata's vows, follow and keep them! First, the peg must be pulled out. However, the Naga and its retinue touched the ground with both feet. One should take refuge in the Three Jewels and give the path of the ten virtuous deeds. Let them follow and keep the vows. Then first pull out the peg and immediately give food, and all the Nagas will be subdued. Enter as if entering your own home! All the tasks to be done will be as you wish, and all things will be done as instructed. Wherever it is sent, it will go. All things will be done. In the Naga's house, no unruly Nagas will appear later. Rain will fall from time to time. Crops will be harvested from time to time. There, flowers, fruits, and leaves will be harvested. It will not cause harm later. From the great Dharani that is accomplished by reading, it should be applied to everything. All actions will be accomplished. Supreme accomplishment. Unsurpassed. The ritual of the root mantra's action is complete. Then, the king of Namakalinga. The Blessed One, bowing with folded hands at Galava, prayed to the Blessed One like this. Blessed One, we, in order to burn the hearts of all Nagas, to avert untimely winds, clouds, and hail, to accomplish all flowers, fruits, and crops, to increase the dust, essence, and blessings of the earth, if we recite the Dharani called Vajra Beak Lightning Flashing, in order to fulfill all the hopes of all sentient beings. Blessed One, please bless it. Then, the Blessed One said this to the lord of Namakalinga. Master of Namakalinga, bless the Dharani called Vajra Beak, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened one
