་དང་། སྦལ་ པ་དང་།ཏྲཻ་མ་བུ་ཀ་དང་། མཀྵི་ཀ་དང་། ཏྲཻ་ལ་ཏ་དང་། ཤ་ཏ་པ་ད་དང་། བུང་བ་དང་། ནེ་ཙོ་དང་། རི་སྐེགས་ཀྱིས་འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མེད་པར་བགྱི། རྣམ་པར་འཇིག་པར་བགྱི། ཡམས་ཀྱི་ནད་དང་འགོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བཟློག་པར་བགྱིའོ། ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སླན་ཆད་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་ཀུན་དུ་སྤྱོད་པའི་ཚུལ་མི་སྤྱོད་པར་བགྱི། ཆར་གནོད་པར་འབབ་པ་དང་། དུས་མ་ལགས་པའི་ཆར་ཐམས་ཅད་མ་མཆིས་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རང་གི་མནའི་ཡི་དམ་གྱིས་གནས་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཀོན མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་དགོངས་པ་བསླབ་པའི་སྡོམ་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐྱང་བར་བགྱིའོ།།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སླན་ཆད་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་གི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་འཚེ་བར་མི་བགྱིད། བུ་གཅིག་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐྱང་བར་བགྱིད་དོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་ བཀའ་ལུང་བཞིན་དུ་སླད་མའི་ཚེ་སླད་མའི་དུས་ན་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐྱང་བར་བགྱིའོ།།ཀུན་དུ་འཛིན་པར་བགྱིའོ། །དགེ་བ་དང་། བདེ་བ་དང་། ལོ་ལེགས་པ་ཀུན་དུ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བགྱིའོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་དབུགས་ཕྱུང་ ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ།།ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དག་དེ་ལྟར་གྱིས་ཤིག་།ཡལ་བར་མ་གཏང་ཤིག་།དེ་ནས་དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་ཆོ་ག་བྱ་བ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། སྔགས་འདི་དཔའ་བ་གཅིག་པུ་ནི། །ལས་ཀུན་བྱེད་པ་དགེ་བ་སྟེ། །ཤེས་རབ་ཅན་གྱིས་ལན་ཅིག་དྲན། །དགོས་པ་ ཐམས་ཅད་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར།།མཐོན་པོའི་གནས་སུ་མཁས་པ་ཡིས། །སྒྲ་སྐད་ཆེན་པོ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །གནས་གང་དང་གང་དུ་སྒྲ་བསྒྲགས་པ་དེ་དང་དེར་དུས་མ་ཡིན་པའི་རླུང་དང་། སད་དང་། སྤྲིན་དང་། སེར་བ་དང་། གློག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཚུགས་སོ། །སུས་ཀྱང་བྱིན་ འཕྲོག་པར་མི་ནུས་སོ།།གཙེ་བར་མི་ནུས་སོ། །གནས་མཐོན་པོའི་རིའམ། དགོན་པའི་གནས་སམ། གྲོང་ངམ། གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་ངམ་གནས་ཁང་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཐོ་བ་དེར་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་གཙང་མར་བྱས་ཏེ། གོས་གཙང་མ་དཀར་པོ་བགོས་ལ་ཁ་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བལྟས་ཏེ། བའི་ལྕི་བ་དང་ འཇིམ་པ་བསྲེས་པས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཁྲུ་གང་གྲུ་བཞི་བ་བྱས་ལ།དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་མདའ་གང་ཙམ་པ་ཅིག་བཙུགས་ཏེ། སྔགས་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་སོ། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་གྲཝ་བཞིར་སེང་ལྡེང་གི་ཕུར་བུ་སོར་བརྒྱད་པ་བཙུགས་ཏེ། སྔགས་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་པ་ བྱས་ལ།ཚོན་སྣ་ལྔ་པའི་སྐུད་པས་ལན་གསུམ་འཁྲིས་པར་བསྐོར་རོ། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་བོག་བོར་བཞག་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་པའི་བདུག་པས་བདུག་གོ། །ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ལ་ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱིས་གཏོར་རོ། །མེ་ཏོག་སིལ་མས་གང་བར་གཏོར་རོ། །ཕྱོགས་ བཞིར་གཏོར་མའི་བུམ་པ་བཞི་གཞག་གོ།།དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་གཏོར་མ་གཞག་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཞོ་དང་། འོ་མ་དང་། འབྲས་བཙོས་པ་དང་། བུ་རམ་དང་། ཤ་ཀ་རས་གདབ་བོ། །ཆུ་དང་ཡུངས་ཀར་ལ་སྔགས་ལན་ལྔ་བརྗོད་དེ། ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་མཚམས་གཅད་པར་བགྱི་ཟླ་བ་ཉ་ལ་སྦྱོར་ བ་བྱའོ།།སྐད་ཆེར་བཀླགས་ལ་ཕྱོགས་བཞི་དང་། སྟེང་དང་འོག་ཏུ་ཡུངས་ཀར་གཏོར་ཞིང་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སོ་སོའི་མིང་ནས་བརྗོད་ན། ཆོ་ག་འདི་བྱས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་དུས་མ་ཡིན་པའི་རླུང་དང་། སྤྲིན་དང་སེར་བ་དང་ཀླུ་མི་སྲུན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅིངས་པར་འགྱུར་ཐུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལྟས་ངན་པ་དང་ ཡམས་ཀྱི་ནད་དང་གནོད་པ་དང་ནད་འགོ་བ་དང་གདོན་འབྱུང་པོ་དང་།ཤ་ཟ་དང་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་སྲིན་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྒྱང་རིང་དུ་སྤངས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དཔག་ཚད་གཅིག་ཁོ་ར་ཁོ་ར་ཡུག་ཏུ་མཚམས་བཅད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ན་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་གནོད་པར་ སེམས་པ་དང་རབ་ཏུ་གནོད་པར་སེམས་པ་དང་ཕྱིར་རྒོལ་བ་དང་ཕྱིར་གནོད་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཚུགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།མེ་ཏོག་དང་འབྲས་བུ་དང་ལོ་ཏོག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལེགས་པར་ཡོངས་སུ་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར། ལེགས་པར་ཡོངས་སུ་སྨིན་པ་དང་རོ་ཞིམ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ས་བོན་ ལེགས་པར་བཏབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལེགས་པར་འཁྲུངས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།གཤེད་བྱེད་དང་ལས་དང་བྱད་སྟེམས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྣམ་པར་འཇིག་པར་འགྱུར་མི་ཚུགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་ཕུར་བུ་མ་ཕྱུང་བ་དེ་སྲིད་དུ་མཚམས་ཆེན་པོ་བཅད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་སྲིད་དུ་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་ འབེབས་སོ།།མེ་ཏོག་དང་འབྲས་བུ་དང་ལོ་ཏོག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལེགས་པར་ཡོངས་སུ་རྒྱས་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་དང་གང་དུ་དགོས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལན་ཅིག་དྲན་པར་བྱས་ན་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར། སྤྲ་ཚིལ་ལས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་གི་གཟུགས་སོར་བརྒྱད་པ་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་བཅས་པ། འདབ་མ་བརྐྱང་བ། ཀླུ་རྒྱལ་གདན་དུ་བཏིང་བ། མགོ་དགུ་བ་མགོ་རྒྱན་དུ་ཐོགས་པ། ཀླུ་མགོ་གསུམ་པ་ལག་པ་གཡས་ན་ཐོགས་པ། ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འབར་བ་ལག་པ་གཡོན་ན་ཐོགས་པ། གསེར་གྱི་གཡོགས་པ་བྱས་ཏེ་ཆོ་ག་བཞིན་དུ་ཚོན་གྱིས་རི་མོ་བྲིས་ལ། སྟན་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སྟེང་དུ་བཞག་ལ། ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་ལ་སྔགས་སྟོང་བརྗོད་དོ། །ནམ་ལུས་ཀྱིས་མི་ཐུབ་པའི་ཚེ་ཁ་ཟས་དཀར་པོ་

May all epidemic diseases and infections be completely pacified. Avert. O Bhagavan, henceforth, I will not engage in the practice of all sinful deeds. May harmful rain and all untimely rain not appear. O Bhagavan, may I abide in my own vow deity. O Bhagavan, may I fully uphold the precepts of learning, the intention of the Three Jewels. O Bhagavan, henceforth, I will not harm the beings of Jambudvipa. I will completely protect them like an only child. O Bhagavan, as the Tathagata has taught, in future lives and future times, I will completely protect all beings. Completely hold. May all goodness, happiness, and prosperity be accomplished. Then, the Bhagavan sighed to the Dragon King and spoke these words. O Dragon Kings, do so! Do not forget. Then, after that, the procedure to be performed should be spoken. This mantra is the only brave one. Doing all deeds is good. A wise person remembers it once. All needs will be accomplished. In a high place, a learned person. A loud voice should be spoken. Wherever the sound is made, in that place, all untimely winds, frost, clouds, hail, and lightning cannot be stopped. No one can take away the blessing. Cannot harm. In a high mountain place, or a monastery place, or a village, or a temple, or a very high dwelling, there, the vidyadhara should be pure. Wearing clean white clothes, facing east. Mix cow dung and mud to make a square mandala one cubit long. In the center of the mandala, erect something one arrow long. Recite the mantra twenty-one times. Burn the ubo wood completely, and fumigate with incense that has been recited seven times. After reciting twenty-one times, scatter mustard seeds. Scatter with various flowers. Place four torma vases in the four directions. In the center of the mandala, place the torma, decorated with yogurt, milk, cooked rice, brown sugar, and rock candy. Recite the mantra five times over water and mustard seeds, and set up boundaries in the four directions, which should be done on the new moon. Read aloud and scatter mustard seeds in the four directions, as well as above and below, and recite the names of all the nagas individually. As soon as this ritual is completed, all untimely winds, clouds, hail, and unruly nagas will be bound. All bad omens, epidemic diseases, harm, infectious diseases, ghosts, flesh-eaters, yakshas, and rakshasas will be banished far away. A boundary will be set within a one-krosa radius. All diseases, all suffering, all harmful thoughts, all extremely harmful thoughts, all retaliators, and all who cause harm will not be able to penetrate. All flowers, fruits, and crops will be perfectly accomplished. They will ripen perfectly and become delicious. All good seeds that are sown will grow perfectly. All killing, actions, and curses will be completely destroyed and unable to penetrate. As long as the phurba is not pulled out, a great boundary will be set. As long as that is the case, all the nagas will send down a stream of rain. All flowers, fruits, and crops will flourish and be perfectly accomplished. Whatever is needed, it will be accomplished by remembering it once. Make an eight-finger-high image of Garuda from beeswax, sitting in the vajra posture, wings outstretched, the Naga King spread out as a seat, nine heads worn as a headdress, holding an image of three naga heads in the right hand, holding a burning jewel in the left hand, covered with gold, draw patterns with colors according to the ritual, place it on various cushions, and recite the mantra a thousand times in one day.
