When reciting verses about the earth and so on, as well as the sounds of mantras, praises, and curses, these sounds can be clearly expressed even from caves. Just as one does not cling to inherent existence, when the sound one utters arises, one should also regard it as empty of inherent existence. The self-sound of emptiness, such as Āli and Kāli, arises equally in non-existence and appearance. Similarly, in a place without water, wild animals may mistake a mirage for water and chase after it, but they will never find water and will instead suffer harm. If one recognizes it as a mirage, one will not generate the afflictions and harm that come from relying on it. Likewise, the continuous flow of the mind, which appears like a mirage, is perceived by ordinary beings as pleasure and pain, samsara and nirvana, and they cling to characteristics such as acceptance and rejection, thus incurring suffering. However, this appearance of one's own mind as a mirage is definitely without inherent existence. One should not cling to the characteristics of delusion and liberation in any way, and one should regard it as the realm of great equality, free from extremes such as existence and non-existence, being and non-being, as the mind of the Sugata (Buddha), as the utterly pure and indestructible wisdom. Thus, relying on the mandala of the Great Seal of phenomena and existence, by bestowing the four empowerments on the three doors, the obscurations of the three doors are purified equally, and one gains the authority to practice the path of the Great Seal. The meaning of these empowerments is also stated in the Profound Lotus Tantra: The vase empowerment is the first, the secret empowerment is the second, wisdom-wisdom is the third, and generating certainty is the fourth. Deities, mantras, and emptiness, meditating on the union of bliss and emptiness is empowerment. The ordinary conceptual thoughts of the body are severed by the first vase empowerment, and one meditates on the form of the deity as one's own nature. The ordinary conceptual thoughts of speech are severed by the second secret empowerment, and one continuously recites mantras. The ordinary conceptual thoughts of mind are severed by the third wisdom empowerment, and one remembers the meaning of bliss and emptiness. The collection of all fruits is the fourth wisdom empowerment. Thus it is said. Sprinkling the ground with scented water and offering a mandala. For the meaning of the Vajra Master empowerment: Whose master is your kindness, able to accomplish the benefit of self and others, is the empowerment of the Vajra Master.

Grant to the master of the treasure of compassion! From the emptiness of the vajra, born from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), transformed into the form of Vajrasattva. The bodhisattva without beginning or end, Vajrasattva is greatly joyful, Samantabhadra is the master of all, the master of Vajrapramathini, is the first born of the supreme Bhagavan. Place this (vajra) in the right hand of the disciple, this is the vajra vow. The bell arises from emptiness. The bell born from Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ). This is said to follow the wisdom sound of all Buddhas, it is considered by the victorious ones as the supreme enlightenment, you should also always hold it. Place it in the left hand. The disciple should also say: The lord of existence itself, existence itself can also contradict, the supreme pure nature bodhisattva, will perform the sacred existence. Thus saying and ringing the bell. This is the bell vow. You all appear as the Bhagavan Avalokiteśvara, and are blessed by the order of the union of wisdom mudras, in an embracing manner. The asceticism based on the mind's body, is the supreme vow of the mudra. Whose body is the basis of all, therefore the mudra is proclaimed as the most supreme. Thus saying. This is the mudra vow. The disciple enters into his own mouth, transmitting the form of the body, abiding in the lotus. From emptiness, from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), the Vajrasattva born from the vajra, inseparable from the wisdom being, to the Tathagatas residing in the ten directions, and to the vidyādharīs, offer with clouds of offerings arising from the light of the seed syllable of one's own heart. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Arghaṃ Pratīccha Svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व तथागत अर्घं प्रतीच्छ स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata arghaṃ pratīccha svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, all Tathagatas, offering, accept, Svāhā!). Similarly, water (Tibetan: པཱ་ཏྱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पाद्यं, Sanskrit Romanization: pādyaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: water offering). Incense (Tibetan: དྷཱུ་པེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: धूपे, Sanskrit Romanization: dhūpe, Chinese literal meaning: incense offering). Flowers (Tibetan: པུཥྤེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पुष्पे, Sanskrit Romanization: puṣpe, Chinese literal meaning: flower offering). Light (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आलोके, Sanskrit Romanization: āloke, Chinese literal meaning: light offering). Perfume (Tibetan: གནྡྷེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: गंधे, Sanskrit Romanization: gandhe, Chinese literal meaning: perfume offering). Sanskrit Romanization: naivedya, Chinese literal meaning: food offering). To the Buddha who holds the vajra, grant empowerment for the sake of saving beings, as you grant the source of merit, please grant this to this person as well. After praying thus, the Tathagata enters equally with wisdom, they melt with great desire, enter internally through the gate of Vairocana, empower with the semen arising from the vajra path, take it out again from the lotus, and abide in the row, the Tathagata mothers filling the sky, etc.
