ས། ཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་བཞིའི་དབང་ཐོབ་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད་ཅིག །དྲིལ་བུ་ལག་གཡོན་དུ་བྱིན་ལ། ཕྲིན་ལས་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ། །ཕྲག་དོག་རང་སར་དག་པ་ཡི། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་དབང་། །དེ་རིང་ཁྱོད་ལ་བསྐུར་བར་བྱ། །བྱ་གྲུབ་ཡེ་ཤེས་དབང་འདི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ལོངས། །ཕྲིན་ལས་དྲིལ་བུའི་དབང་འདི་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཤོག །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔ ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ། ཨོཾ་ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ དེ་ལྟར་དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པའི་ངོ་བོ་དྲིལ་བུའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བས་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཕྲག་དོག་དག །འདུ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོ་གནས་གྱུར། བྱ་བ་གྲུབ་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཐོབ་པར་སྒོམས་ཤིག །དེ་ནས་མིང་གི་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་དོན་དུ། མདུན་གྱི་ནམ་མཁར་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གསལ་བ་དང་། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། མཁའ་འགྲོ་མའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མིང་གི་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་མགོ་ཐོག་ཏུ་བཞག་ལ། སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མིང་གི་དབང་། །དེ་རིང་ཁྱོད་ལ་བསྐུར་ བར་བྱ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཉིད་དུ་རབ་བསྒྲུབ་ཕྱིར། །མིང་གི་དབང་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་སྦྱིན། །ཀྱེ་དཔལ་དགྱེས་པའི་པདྨོ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་ནི། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རིགས་དྲུག་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་ངོ་བོ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་བྱིན་པར་མོས་ཤིག །ཅེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལག་ཏུ་གཏད་ལ། འདི་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཕྱག་ན་གནས། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་ནི་རྟག་ཏུ་བཅང་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་བརྟན། །ཨོཾ་ན་མ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ། ཨེ་ཥ་དྷ་ར་ཡཱ་མི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ། དེ་ལྟར་རྡུལ་ཚོན་ནམ། རས་བྲིས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ལུས་ལ་བུམ་པའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བས། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ལྔ་དག །ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ་གནས་གྱུར། ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ཡི་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་སྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ས་གཞི་སྤོས་ཆུས༔ སོགས་མཎྜལ་ཕུལ། གསང་བའི་དབང་གི་དོན་དུ། པདྨ་དབང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ། །མགོན་པོ་གཟི་བརྗིད་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །རྒྱལ་སྲས་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་པ་ལ། །དབང་བསྐུར་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་ལྟར། །དེ་བཞིན་བླ་མ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་། །བདག་ལ་དབང་བསྐུར་མཛད་དུ་ གསོལ། །ཀ་པཱ་ལའི་བདུད་རྩི་དང་བྱང་སེམས་དཀར་དམར་སྦྱར་བ་མགྲིན་པར་གཏུགས་ལ། སློབ་དཔོན་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོ་ཁམས་དང་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ཐམས་ཅད་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རིགས་ལྔའི་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དང་། ཡུམ་བཞི། སེམས

萨。作获得四种事业灌顶之想。将铃给予左手。于事业圆满之坛城中，嫉妒于自性清净，诸佛之事业灌顶，今日赐予汝。享用此事业成就之智慧灌顶。愿事业铃之灌顶圆满。嗡啊吽啥（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔），嗡嘛呢呗美吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།），嗡噶玛阿毗钦扎阿（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ）。如是，以具实义成就之自性铃之灌顶，令烦恼嫉妒消除。识蕴转依。修持获得事业成就之智慧。其后，为名之灌顶之义，于前方虚空中，明观智慧之坛城，十方诸佛一切，及空行母之众，作受金刚名灌顶之想。将金刚铃置于头顶上。诸佛之名灌顶，今日赐予汝。为速疾成就佛陀之故，赐予最胜大名灌顶。名汝为吉祥喜悦莲花。金刚誓句者：作受持十方诸佛之六部中，金刚萨埵自性之金刚誓句之想。如是，将金刚杵置于手中。此乃诸佛一切之，金刚萨埵之手所持。汝亦恒常执持之，金刚萨埵之誓句坚固。嗡 纳嘛 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 悉地 班匝 萨玛雅 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ན་མ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ नमः सर्व तथागताय सिद्धि वज्र समय हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ namaḥ sarva tathāgatāya siddhi vajra samaya hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，顶礼，一切，如来，成就，金刚，誓言，吽），诶啥 达ra 雅 米 嘿 嘿 嘿 嘿 吽（藏文：ཨེ་ཥ་དྷ་ར་ཡཱ་མི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：एष धर यामि हि हि हि हि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：eṣa dhara yāmi hi hi hi hi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：此，持有，我，嘿嘿嘿嘿，吽）。如是，依于粉末彩绘或布绘之坛城，于身灌注宝瓶之灌顶，令五毒烦恼消除。五蕴转依。能观修五智之观世音。地基香水等，献曼扎。为秘密灌顶之义，于莲花灌顶之坛城中，怙主威严无量光，与诸佛子众眷属，如灌顶圆满般，如是上师您亦，祈请赐予我灌顶。以嘎巴拉之甘露与红白菩提心混合物触及喉间。观想上师自身之蕴、界、处一切皆为如来五部之观世音，及四母，心。

Sa. Generate the aspiration to receive the empowerment of the four activities. Give the bell to the left hand. In the mandala of complete activities, jealousy is purified in its own place. The empowerment of the activities of all Buddhas, today I bestow upon you. Enjoy this wisdom empowerment of accomplished activity. May this empowerment of the activity bell be complete. Om Ah Hum Hrih (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔), Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།), Om Karma Abhisinca Ah (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ). Thus, by bestowing the empowerment of the bell, which is the nature of meaningful accomplishment, may the affliction of jealousy be eliminated. May the aggregate of consciousness be transformed. Meditate on attaining the wisdom of accomplished activity. Then, for the purpose of the name empowerment, in the sky in front, visualize the mandala of wisdom, all the Buddhas of the ten directions, and the assembly of dakinis, and aspire to receive the vajra name empowerment. Place the vajra and bell on your head. The name empowerment of all Buddhas, today I bestow upon you. In order to quickly attain Buddhahood, I bestow the supreme great name empowerment. May you be called "Glorious Joyful Lotus." The vajra vow is: Aspire to receive the vajra vow, which is the nature of Vajrasattva, the sixth lineage of all the Buddhas of the ten directions. Thus, place the vajra in your hand. This is held in the hand of Vajrasattva, of all Buddhas. May you also always hold it, may the vajra vow of Vajrasattva be firm. Om Nama Sarva Tathagataya Siddhi Vajra Samaya Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ན་མ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ नमः सर्व तथागताय सिद्धि वज्र समय हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ namaḥ sarva tathāgatāya siddhi vajra samaya hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Homage, All, Thus Gone, Accomplishment, Vajra, Samaya, Hum), Esha Dhara Yami Hi Hi Hi Hi Hum (藏文：ཨེ་ཥ་དྷ་ར་ཡཱ་མི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：एष धर यामि हि हि हि हि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：eṣa dhara yāmi hi hi hi hi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：This, Holding, I, Hi Hi Hi Hi, Hum). Thus, relying on the mandala of powdered colors or painted cloth, by bestowing the vase empowerment on the body, may the five poisons be eliminated. May the five aggregates be transformed. You are empowered to meditate on Avalokiteshvara of the five wisdoms. Offer the mandala with the ground, scented water, etc. For the meaning of the secret empowerment, in the mandala of the lotus empowerment, Protector Glorious Amitabha, with the assembly of bodhisattva sons, just as the empowerment is complete, likewise, Lama, may you also, please bestow the empowerment upon me. Touch the throat with the mixture of kapala nectar and white and red bodhicitta. Visualize that all the aggregates, elements, and sources of the master's own being are Avalokiteshvara of the five Tathagata families, and the four mothers, mind.
