བླ་མ་སྐུ་གསུམ་རྟ་ཕག་ཡབ་ ཡུམ་སོགས་ཡང་སྙིང་འདུས་པའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ལ་རྩ་གསུམ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས་སྤྲིན་གཏིབས་པ་ལྟ་བུས་བསྐོར་ཏེ་བཞུགས་པའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་བདུན་རྣམ་དག་ཚུལ་བཞིན་ཏུ་བགྱི་བའི་འདུན་པས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས། རང་རིག་ལྷ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ༔ མ་འགགས་རང་གསལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ༔ མུ་བཞིར་ལྟུང་བ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས༔ དུས་གསུམ་མཉམ་ཉིད་རྗེས་ཡི་རང་༔ འཁོར་བ་དོང་ནས་སྤྲུག་པར་བསྐུལ༔ ཀ་དག་ཟང་ཐལ་རྗེན་པར་བཞུགས༔ ཀུན་ཀྱང་རང་རིག་རྟོགས་པར་བསྔོ༔ སྐུ་གསུམ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག༔ ལན་གསུམ། ལྔ་པ་ནི། ལམ་ལོག་པ་ལས་སྐྱོབ་ཅིང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཐེག་པ་མཐའ་དག་གི་གཞི་རྟེན་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བའི་རྗེས་ཟློས། ཀྱཻ༔ ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་དང་༔ བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་དགོངས༔ རྐང་གཉིས་གཙོ་བོ་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་༔ ཞི་བ་ཆགས་བྲལ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས༔ ཚོགས་མཆོག་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པ་ལ༔ བདག་ནི་གུས་པས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི༔ དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་བླ་མ་ལ༔ འདི་བཟུང་བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་བར༔ སྒོ་གསུམ་གུས་པས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི༔ དཔའ་བོ་དཔའ་མོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ བཅས༔ བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སློབ་དཔོན་ལ༔ བདག་ནི་གུས་པས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི༔ ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད། དྲུག་པ་ནི། རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཟབ་མོས་སྨིན་པར་བྱེད་པ་ལ་རྒྱུད་ཐ་མལ་ལས་འཕགས་པ་ཞིག་དགོས་པས། གཞན་གནོད་གཞིར་བཅས་ལས་ལོག་པ་སོ་སོར་ཐར་པའི་སྡོམ་པ་བླངས་ནས་བསྲུང་བར་བགྱིའོ་སྙམ་པས་རྗེས་ཟློས། བླ་མ་མཆོག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔ་རུ༔ ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་བ་ལ༔ གནོད་པ་སྤང་ཞིང་དགེ་ཚོགས་བསྒྲུབ༔ དགེ་ཚུལ་དགེ་སློང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས༔ སོ་སོར་ཐར་པའི་སྡོམ་པ་ལ༔ བདག་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་གནས་ཤིང་བསྲུང་༔ ལན་གསུམ། ལམ་དམན་པ་ལས་སྐྱོབ་ཅིང་གཞན་ཕན་གཞིར་བཅས་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོར་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ཐོག་མར་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པའི་རྒྱུ་ལ་དམ་བཅའ་བ་སྨོན་པ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས༔ ཧོ༔ དུས་གསུམ་བླ་མ་མཆོག་དགོངས་ཤིག༔ འདི་བཟུང་བྱང་ཆུབ་མ་ཐོབ་བར༔ འགྲོ་དྲུག་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ༔ ཕ་མའི་འདུ་ཤེས་ཉེར་བཞག་སྟེ༔ མ་བརྒལ་བ་རྣམས་བསྒྲལ་བ་དང་༔ མ་གྲོལ་བ་རྣམས་དགྲོལ་བ་དང་༔ དབུགས་མ་དབྱུང་རྣམས་ དབུགས་དབྱུང་ཕྱིར༔ སྨོན་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ༔ ལན་གསུམ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་བསླབ་པ་བླངས་ནས་འབྲས་བུ་ལ་དམ་བཅའ་བ་འཇུག་པ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས༔ སྔོན་གྱི་བདེ་

上师三身马头明王父母等，于精要汇聚之坛城本尊众眷属，三根本护法眷众如云般围绕而住之尊前，以行七支供之清净意乐，请随我复诵： 自明本尊我顶礼， 无断自显献供养， 四边罪堕皆忏悔， 三时平等作随喜， 祈请摧毁轮回城， 原始清净赤裸住， 愿皆证悟自明智， 愿速获得圆满三身。 三遍。 第五，从歧途救护，以及作为一切佛陀乘之基础，皈依之随诵： 奇！ 十方诸佛菩萨众， 上师本尊空行母， 祈请垂念！ 二足尊胜佛陀与， 寂静离贪之妙法， 以及不退转之圣众， 我皆以恭敬而皈依。 于三时诸佛上师前， 从今乃至菩提间， 身语意三恭敬皈依。 勇父勇母护法众， 菩萨上师善知识， 我皆以恭敬而皈依。 念诵三遍。 第六，为以甚深金刚智慧成熟，需有超越凡俗之相续，故而生起从断除以害他为基础之行径，受持别解脱戒并守护之想，随我复诵： 上师尊者之跟前， 身语意三所作诸， 损恼皆断善聚积， 别解脱戒沙弥僧， 菩萨律仪别解脱， 我恒常安住且守护。 三遍。 从下劣道救护，以及以利他为基础，为修持大乘发起菩提心之初，为一切有情众生之利益而立誓获得佛果之愿菩提心，随我复诵： 吽！ 三时上师祈垂念！ 从今乃至未菩提间， 于六道一切有情众， 视为父母之心而安住， 未度者我愿度脱之， 未解脱者我愿解脱之， 未得安息

Before the assembly of deities in the mandala where the essence is gathered, such as the Lama, the three bodies, Hayagriva, and his consort, surrounded by a gathering of the Three Roots and Dharma protectors like dense clouds, with the intention to perfectly perform the seven-branch offering, please repeat after me: I prostrate to the self-aware deity! I offer unobstructed, self-illuminating offerings! I confess all downfalls in the four directions! I rejoice in the equality of the three times! I urge you to shake the wheel of existence from its foundation! Abide naked in primordial purity and penetrating clarity! May all realize self-awareness! May I attain the complete three bodies! Three times. Fifth: The recitation for taking refuge, which protects from wrong paths and is the foundation of all Buddha's vehicles: Kye! Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, Lamas, Yidams, and Dakinis, heed me! Buddha, the chief of bipeds, the peaceful, desireless, and holy Dharma, and the supreme Sangha, the irreversible ones, I respectfully take refuge in them! To the Buddhas and Lamas of the three times, from now until enlightenment, I respectfully take refuge with body, speech, and mind! Heroes, heroines, and Dharma protectors, Bodhisattvas and teachers, I respectfully take refuge in them! Say three times. Sixth: In order to ripen with profound Vajra wisdom, one needs a continuum that transcends the ordinary. Therefore, with the thought of turning away from actions based on harming others, taking the Pratimoksha vows, and guarding them, please repeat after me: In the presence of the supreme Lama, all actions of body, speech, and mind, abandon harm and accumulate virtue. Novice monks, fully ordained monks, Bodhisattvas, Pratimoksha vows, I will constantly abide in and protect them! Three times. Protecting from inferior paths, and with the basis of benefiting others, at the beginning of generating Bodhicitta in the Great Vehicle, with the vow to attain Buddhahood for the sake of all sentient beings, the aspiration Bodhicitta, please repeat after me: Ho! Lamas of the three times, please heed me! From now until I attain enlightenment, towards all sentient beings of the six realms, holding them with the perception of parents, may I liberate those who have not been liberated, may I free those who have not been freed, may I give rest to those who have not found rest.
