吽！三世一切之寿主，于南方作增长之业，向蓝黑色绳索事业母，南方之门敬礼赞叹！三界一切之寿主，于西方作怀爱之业，向红色铁钩事业母，西方之门敬礼赞叹！吽！身语意之寿主，于北方作猛厉之业，向绿色铃铛事业母，北方之门敬礼赞叹！吽！如是五部之天女，亦能自在掌控虚空界，身色蓝色光芒炽盛，敬礼普贤佛母！金刚部之天女，亦能自在掌控水大，身色白色光芒炽盛，敬礼大母玛吉拉！宝生部之天女，亦能自在掌控地大，身色黄色光芒炽盛，敬礼佛眼佛母！莲花部之天女，亦能自在掌控火大，身色红色光芒炽盛，敬礼白衣天女！事业部之天女，亦能自在掌控风大，身色绿色光芒炽盛，敬礼誓言度母！此后摇动寿命箭幡，焚烧香和古古香，以美妙的乐音伴随，招寿命并作灌顶：吽！薄伽梵怙主无量寿，身如虚空之尘埃无数，具有与虚空等同之身，不变金刚之身，身色红色光芒四射，右手持金刚寿命幡，左手持寿命宝瓶，秘密是伟大的白衣佛母，手持寿命宝瓶，无二无别地拥抱，极秘密从心间的嘎乌盒中，赐予心髓寿命（藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུསྩོལ，梵文天城体：आयुस्चोल，梵文罗马拟音：āyuscola，汉语字面意思：赐予寿命），怙主寿命安住于此地，祈愿我等寿命稳固！修持观想：从诸佛众的心间，放射出光芒照耀十方，十方诸佛无量尊，化现为无量寿佛之体性，显现寂静与忿怒本尊之相，其体性观想为不死智慧甘露，融入自身和前方之大宝瓶中，此外，天神、仙人以及转轮圣王等，寿命福德、权势光彩，以及ཨནཾ（藏文：ཨནཾ，梵文天城体：अनं，梵文罗马拟音：anaṃ，汉语字面意思：无）、ཧཱུྃ（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）三字之光芒，如雨般淅沥淅沥地汇聚，所有威严全部聚集。

The lord of life of body, speech, and mind, performs the fierce activity in the north, I prostrate and praise the green bell activity mother, at the northern gate! Hūṃ! Likewise, the goddesses of the five families, also have power over the space element, their body color is blue and their light blazes, I prostrate to Samantabhadri! The goddess of the Vajra family, also has power over the water element, her body color is white and her light blazes, I prostrate to the great mother Māmakī! The goddess of the Ratna family, also has power over the earth element, her body color is yellow and her light blazes, I prostrate to Buddhalocanā! The goddess of the Padma family, also has power over the fire element, her body color is red and her light blazes, I prostrate to Pandaravasini! Bhagavan protector Amitāyus, his body is like countless dust particles in the sky, possessing a body equal to the sky, the unchanging vajra body, his body color is red and his light radiates, his right hand holds the vajra life banner, his left hand holds the life vase, the secret is the great white-clad mother, holding the life vase, embracing inseparably, the very secret, from the gau box of the heart, grant the essence of the heart's life (藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུསྩོལ，梵文天城体：आयुस्चोल，梵文罗马拟音：āyuscola，汉语字面意思：grant life), protector, life is placed in this place, may we have stable life! From the ground, dissolve into me and the longevity vase. The essence of the five elements is gathered and dissolves in this way, transforming into the nectar of immortal wisdom. By dissolving into me, radiance blazes forth. Inside the vase, there is a 'chi li li' sound. Focusing on samsara and nirvana, recite this mantra: Om Guru Ayu Siddhi Hum Hrih (藏文：ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् गुरु आयु सिद्धि हुम् ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru āyu siddhi hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡 咕噜 长寿 成就 吽 舍) Amaraṇi Jivanti Ye Svaha (藏文：ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝན་ཏི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧྭ，梵文天城体：अमरानि जिवन्ति ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：amarāṇi jivanti ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：不死 生命 赐予 梭哈). Recite this one hundred and eight times. Then, pull the string and perform the gathering and dispersing: All realms of the world transform into the nature of life, into the nature of the three syllables 'Dri,' 'A,' and 'Hum.' Each ray of light dissolves and boils all containers and contents. Gathering and contracting with a 'ub lub' sound, the vase is completely filled with the three syllables and also dissolves into me. All the deities of longevity, all holding longevity arrows and ribbons of the five families in their right hands, and all holding longevity vases in their left hands. With the five seed syllables as the main focus, draw in the essence of the five families and the five elements with the three syllables. In the clarity of samadhi, guide the breath-horse. From the nostrils, the syllable 'Hum' also emanates. The three syllables and especially the syllable 'Tsa' wander. One's own life force rises. All that has been taken by demons and obstacles is involuntarily gathered and summoned. Repeatedly dissolve them into the vase. One's own body and the vase are filled. Especially, contemplate that the life-syllables of the union of one's own sun and moon ga'u box dissolve, radiant and glorious. The string of the vase is a continuous strand. On the continuous strand is a garland of lotuses. From the eastern direction, bring forth life! Hum! From the southern direction, invite the longevity mother. Blue Male is the lord of longevity, holding a longevity vase in her hand. The nature of the vase is a palace. There is no inside or outside to the palace. The ornament of the vase is a wish-fulfilling tree. The wish-fulfilling tree fulfills all desires.
