綠色速勇母，其外層為蓮花，以及不變金剛的角隅，東方鐵鉤，南方索，西方鐵鏈，北方鈴，與壽命天女速勇母一起。其外層為五瓣蓮花，帶有花朵美妙的微笑，壽命之主勝者種姓之母，東方普賢佛母白色，南方佛眼佛母黃色，西方白衣佛母紅色，北方誓言度母綠色，如是本尊眷屬諸神，以及其他壽命天眾持明眾，如太陽和光芒般，具有壽命光芒的放射和聚集，從三處三字種子中，光芒放射至極樂淨土，與無量壽佛眷屬海眾，以及從銅色吉祥山來的鄔金主，迎請無量眷屬眾，融入我等面前的壽命寶瓶中。嗡 阿玉 薩瓦 達塔嘎達 嘉納 穆札 薩瑪雅 雜雜。然後伴隨壽箭和樂器迎請：吽！西方極樂清淨刹土，從不變的宮殿中，種姓之主壽命怙主，與壽命天女速勇母，以及無量使者化身一起，為了瑜伽士我等修行者，成就壽命之事業，以誓言力而迎請，以慈悲力而降臨。阿玉 薩瓦 達塔嘎達 嘉納 穆札 薩瑪雅 雜雜。扎 吽 榜 霍！於此誓言秘密壇城中，在日月蓮花座上，以喜悅之姿安住後，賜予修行者我等殊勝成就。阿玉 薩瓦 達塔嘎達 嘉納 穆札 薩瑪雅 迪叉 倫！然後是頂禮：吽！於今日此殊勝聖地，對壽命天眾眷屬，我等身語意虔誠，恆常不斷地頂禮。阿底 普 霍！ 札底 雜 霍！然後是外內秘密供養：吽！對壽命之主本尊眷屬，花朵、熏香、燈、香水，食物、美妙音樂等，以及色、聲、香、味、觸、法，交媾、度母、唐卡，稀有殊勝，奇妙無比的甘露（梵文：Amrita），誓言物、大朵瑪、欲妙眾，三毒血的雜革酒，無量供養之差別，由十六位美貌天女，遍布大地而舞蹈，以遍布虛空的印契轉變，以金剛歌聲催促，壽命之壇城

Green Swift Courageous Mother, its outer layer is a lotus, and the corners of the immutable vajra, hook in the east, lasso in the south, iron chain in the west, bell in the north, together with the life goddess Swift Courageous Mother. Its outer layer is five-petaled lotus, with the beautiful smile of flowers, the lord of life, the mother of the victorious lineage, Eastern Samantabhadri white, Southern Buddha Eye Mother yellow, Western White-clad Mother red, Northern Samaya Tara green, thus the main deity and retinue, and other life deities, vidyadhara assemblies, like the sun and rays, possessing the radiance and gathering of life rays, from the three syllables of the three places, rays radiate to the Pure Land of Great Bliss, with Amitayus and the ocean of retinue, and the master of Oddiyana from the Copper-Colored Mountain, inviting immeasurable retinue, dissolving into the life vases in front of us. Om Ayu Sarva Tathagata Jñana Mudra Samaya Jaja. Then, accompanied by the life arrow and music, invite: Hum! Western Pure Land of Great Bliss, from the immutable palace, the lord of the lineage, the protector of life, together with the life goddess Swift Courageous Mother, and immeasurable messenger emanations, for the sake of us yogis, the practitioners, to accomplish the activity of life, invite by the power of samaya, descend by the power of compassion. Ayu Sarva Tathagata Jñana Mudra Samaya Jaja. Dza Hum Bam Ho! In this secret mandala of samaya, on the seat of the sun and moon lotus, having resided in a joyful manner, grant us practitioners supreme accomplishment. Ayu Sarva Tathagata Jñana Mudra Samaya Tishta Lhan! Then, prostration: Hum! In this supreme sacred place today, to the life deities and retinue, we with body, speech, and mind, with great devotion, constantly and continuously prostrate. Ati Puja Ho! Praticcha Ho! Then, the outer, inner, and secret offerings: Hum! To the lord of life, the main deity and retinue, flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, sweet music, and so on, and form, sound, smell, taste, touch, dharma, union, Tara, thangkas, rare and extraordinary, wonderfully supreme nectar (Sanskrit: Amrita), samaya substances, great torma, assemblies of desirable qualities, the three poisons, rakta's jagad chang, immeasurable differences of offerings, by the sixteen beautiful goddesses, dancing covering the earth, transforming with mudras covering the sky, urging with vajra songs, the mandala of life.
