Infusing life into our bodies, planting the vajra life is: Hūṃ! The time for the great samaya has come. Thus, summon life and bestow empowerment again. Now plant the vajra life, may it flourish and grow without birth and death. The time for your commitment has come. In the beginning of the kalpa in the past, in the southwest of Mount Potala, in the palace of the three protectors (Avalokiteśvara, Mañjuśrī, Vajrapāṇi), when Guru Padmasambhava and the goddess Mandarava were practicing the supreme vajra life, Amitāyus Buddha himself appeared. He bestowed the empowerment of vajra life again, sealing it without birth and death. The time for your commitment has come. Now, we yogis also plant this vajra life on the earth. If it cannot be planted on the earth, because the essence of the earth is gold, plant this life in the middle of gold. Plant this vajra life in water. If it cannot be planted in water, because the essence of water is salt, plant this life in the middle of salt. Plant this vajra life in fire. If it cannot be planted in fire, because the essence of fire is heat, plant this life in the middle of heat. Plant this vajra life in wind. If it cannot be planted in wind, because the essence of wind is breath, plant this life in the middle of breath. Plant this vajra life in space. If it cannot be planted in space, because the essence of space is mind, plant this life in the middle of mind. Plant this vajra life in humans. If it cannot be planted in humans, because the essence of humans is Ni, plant this life in the middle of Ni. 融入殊胜的脉轮，吽字心髓融入于心，自生智慧融入于心。白天吉祥，夜晚吉祥，日夜恒常吉祥，祝愿有缘者吉祥！愿心髓如日月般明亮！嗡啊吽阿瑜伽那吽吽！以此作不退转的印封。灌顶前的会供和残食，以及灌顶后的断法仪轨，稳固之法，吉祥祈愿等，应按照上师的仪轨，或任何大悲仪轨进行。享用灌顶的大型朵玛，饮用长寿酒，将长寿之物分别交付给男女施主。在坛城收摄圆满后，众道友手持鲜花，合掌念诵：嗡！愿成就！金刚身无生无死，梵天之语无生恒常，是金刚语，离戏之心，三时不变，是金刚心。与无死身语意圆满相合，擂鼓之王，引导众生的胜者无量光佛。愿身语意功德事业皆得成就，我等寿命与修持圆满，行持广大利益众生之事！如是念诵三遍，是金刚誓言。从《长寿成就秘密总集》中，取出仪轨次第，按照邬金仁波切的教言，由我卡钦匝编纂完毕。未来末法时期，若与具缘者相遇，愿弘扬佛法，利益众生！封印！保密！交付！萨玛卡汤！夏木卡冈！印印印！由洛扎南喀坚（不确定，或指南喀宗）的取藏师热那林巴（1326）于狗年马月一日取出。黄纸高三指，宽四指，抄写于门确寺，由名为Ra Ga的僧人书写。 第七世，康区上部囊谦邦冈工艺文化显密佛法兴盛洲古籍修复室整理出版。

Dissolving into the supreme chakra. Hūṃ, the essence of the mind, dissolves into the heart. Self-arisen wisdom dissolves into the heart. Auspicious day, auspicious night, constantly auspicious day and night. May auspiciousness be upon the fortunate ones! May the heart essence become clear like the sun and moon! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ āyujñāna hūṃ hūṃ! Thus, the immutable seal is applied. The tsok and leftovers before the empowerment, and the subsequent severance practice, stabilizing practices, auspicious prayers, etc., should be performed according to the lama's practice manual or any Mahākaruṇā practice. Consume the large torma of the empowerment, drink the longevity wine, and hand over the longevity objects separately to the male and female patrons. After the mandala is gathered and completed, the Dharma siblings hold flowers and join their palms, reciting: Oṃ! May it be accomplished! The vajra body is free from birth and death. The voice of Brahmā is unborn and eternal, it is the vajra speech. The mind free from elaboration is unchanging in the three times, it is the vajra mind. Perfectly endowed with the immortal body, speech, and mind, the king of drums, the victorious guide of beings, Amitābha. May body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities be accomplished, and may we perfect our life and practice, engaging in vast deeds for the benefit of beings! Recite this three times, it is the vajra commitment.
