调伏诸龙，役使夜叉；盗取寿命者，归还其物；损耗寿元者，令其复原；于四大洲，海洋环绕之中；寿命之悉地，汇集于宝瓶；光辉与福德，于我身增长；征兆与祥瑞，显现于世间；祈请赐予金刚寿命之悉地。如是恳请本尊，于此之际，赐予灌顶。 若行修供，则观想迎请持明之灌顶，而受持自入：一心专注，合掌恭敬。祈请！三世诸佛之本体，引导一切众生之怙主；邬金莲花生，持明无量寿；加持我之身语意三门，赐予无死寿命之悉地。如是祈请三次。 吽！寿命天女之宝瓶中，精华悉数倾入甘露瓶；盈满倾泻，于瑜伽士我等；咒音嗡嗡，自梵穴灌顶；甘露注入，自身盈满；观想宝瓶之口，降下白色甘露。从无量寿佛之等持宝瓶中，降下无死智慧甘露；从父母双运之交合处，降下红白菩提心，于自身梵穴；直至密处，如囊袋般充满；从上而下，身放光彩，光芒万丈；获得无生无死之金刚身。嗡 佛身，灌顶。 嗡 阿 莲花身，灌顶 阿。吽 金刚身，灌顶 吽。舍 宝身，灌顶 舍。 伙 业身，灌顶 伙。此时，即是所谓受持三摩地灌顶之义。如是祈请增上，勾召寿命；融入具缘者之身。现在是勾召寿命：如是赐予寿命灌顶，于身体之内；如甘露乳汁般，精华之精髓；充满之精华，精华之精髓；于心间之日月嘎乌盒开启后；智慧风息，嗡隆隆地收摄；如磁石吸铁粉般；融入嘎乌盒内之三字；光彩夺目，光芒万丈；嘎乌盒闭合，于下方之金刚杵；四角交错安立其上；无量寿智心之勇士，身满量；安住于不变寿命之所依。嗡 扎扎 夏木扎 梭哈。

If performing sadhana and offering, then visualize receiving the empowerment of the vidyadharas, and taking self-entry: With one-pointed devotion, join palms together. O! Essence of all Buddhas of the three times, Supreme leader who guides all beings; Orgyen Padmasambhava, Vidyadhara Amitayus; Bless my body, speech, and mind, Grant the accomplishment of immortal life. Thus, pray three times. HUM! From the vase of the life goddesses, The essences are poured sip by sip into the nectar vase; Filling and overflowing, for us yogis; Mantra sounds tirtir, empowering from the Brahma aperture; Nectar is poured, filling one's own body to the brim; Visualize white nectar flowing from the mouth of the vase. From the samadhi vase of Amitayus, Immortal wisdom nectar descends; From the union of father and mother, White and red bodhicitta descend into one's own Brahma aperture; Filling like a bag up to the secret place; From above, the body shines with radiance and splendor; May I obtain the indestructible vajra body without birth and death.
