Having dissolved into the lotus, by dissolving the outer elements into the inner body, through concealing, dissolving, increasing, and covering life, contemplate yourself as possessing splendor, radiance, and glory. Afterwards, recite one hundred or twenty-one times the essence that makes life stable. Hūṃ tra tra śag mu tra ha tiṣṭha lhan. Thus it is said. Then, with these vajra words, increase and cover life immutably: Hūṃ! The essence cannot be shown, the life of Vajradhara is also life, when expanded, the three realms are full of splendor, when condensed, the body blazes with radiance, when bound, it is the continuous vajra chain, when stable, it is like the immutable vajra. We are those who hold the vajra commitment, please grant the supreme life of body, speech, and mind, may we realize the meaning of the supreme vajra life! Thus it is said. Urging from the depths of the heart commitment: Hūṃ! In this maṇḍala of secret assembly life, the victorious ones, the lord of life, the main retinue, and Garab Dorje, Śrī Siṃha, the great Orgyen, Vimalamitra, Hūṃkāra, Khyungpo, and gods, ṛṣis, and so forth, all the vidyādharas who have power over life, to all the maṇḍalas of the victorious ones, with body, speech, and mind, we praise with reverence. You who possess compassion and power, we fortunate practitioners, through the power of praise and supplication, please grant the blessings of body to the body, please grant the blessings of speech to the speech, please grant the blessings of mind to the mind, please grant the supreme life of body, speech, and mind, bless body, speech, and mind, grant the accomplishment of vajra life, bestow the supreme empowerment of no birth and no death, bestow the great blessing of immutability, gather the essence of the outer elements, dissolve it into the inner body of the yogi, please generate radiance in the body, please generate power in the speech, please generate bliss in the mind, the time for your commitment has come, grant the accomplishment of immortal life! Thus, praise and urge from the essential points of activity. In short, if performing a great life accomplishment, then this great life accomplishment practice manual of the great accomplishment, should be expanded with coverings and so forth. Should the yogi regularly perform this life accomplishment, or if one likes elaboration, then it is very profound to practice as used in the great accomplishment.
