་བཅུའི་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་སློབ་མར་བཅས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་འབུལ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཕུལ་བས་མཆོད་པའི་སྤྲིན་བྱང་ ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་རྣམ་པར་ཐར་པ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ལྟ་བུ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱུན་ཆད་མེད་པར་འབྱུང་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཆོད་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཐོབ། དེ་ལྟར་བྱུང་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཕྱོགས་དུས་ཀུན་ཏུ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་ལ་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །བསྟན་འཛིན་གྱི་སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཚེ་དང་མཛད་ཕྲིན་ཆེས་ཆེར་འཕེལ་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་ལ་བྱ་བ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་པའི་ཕན་ཡོན་ཐོབ། དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དེ་མ་གྱུར་ནམ་མཁའི་མཐའ་དང་མཉམ་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བསྔོས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཐོབ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བ་དང་ལྡན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་བྲལ་ནས། མྱུར་དུ་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེས་འགྲོ་དོན་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་བྱས་པའི་ཕན་ཡོན་ཐོབ་བོ། །འདི་ཡན་ཆད་མཆོད་བསྔོ་ཤི་བསྔོ་གསོན་བསྔོ་གང་བྱེད་ཀྱང་། ཁྱད་མེད་ཐུན་མོང་གི་ཆོ་ག་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་མཆོད་བསྔོ་ལ། དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དེ་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ་སྐུ་ཞི་བར་གཤེགས་པ་རྨི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་དེ་ ཉིད་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་འབུལ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཕུལ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་འདི་ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་ཞི་བར་གཤེགས་པ་རྒེ་ཞེས་བགྱི་བའི་ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྨིན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག ། དེ་ལྟར་སྨིན་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བཅས་པ་དང་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བའི་སྒྲིབ་པའི་ཆ་མཆིས་ན་ཡང་ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་བྱང་ཞིང་དག་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཆག་ཉམས་འགལ་འཁྲུལ་གྱི་ཆ་མཆིས་ན་ཡང་ཡོངས་སུ་བཀང་ཞིང་སོར་ཆུད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །འཆི་བ་འོད་གསལ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་མངོན་དུ་མཛད་ནས། དུས་གསུམ་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་པར་ཆོས་སྐུ་རོ་གཅིག་ཏུ་སངས་རྒྱས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེའི་ངང་ནས་བར་དོ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་པའི་སྐུར་བཞེངས་ཏེ། འོག་མིན་འཐུག་པོ་བཀོད་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ་ལོངས་སྐུ་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སླར་ཡང་སྐྱེ་བ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་དང་སྨོན་ལམ་གྱི་དབང་གིས་འཛམ་གླིང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱར་མཛད་པ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་བྱེད་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུ

十方一切诸佛菩萨及弟子众尊前敬献供养。如是供养，愿供养云如普贤菩萨行愿品中所说，不可思议，于过去、现在、未来三时，连绵不断生起。以此获得供养一切诸佛之福德。依此，愿珍贵佛法于一切方所、一切时中，兴盛、广大、长久住世。愿所有持教大德之寿命与事业，皆得增长广大。以此获得为佛教广作饶益之功德。如是善根，回向于无边无际、如虚空般之所有众生。愿如所回向一般获得，所有众生皆得安乐，远离痛苦，迅速获得一切种智之珍贵佛陀果位。以此获得成办不可思议利他事业之功德。以上，无论作供养回向、亡者回向、生者回向，皆是无差别之共同仪轨。之后，于供养回向时，将如是善根，完全供养于已示寂之尊贵上师仁波切。如是供养，愿此善根于当下已示寂之仁波切之心相续中完全成熟。如是成熟之故，若有违犯所制及自性罪之垢染，愿当下得以清净。若有破损、衰损、违越、错谬之处，愿得以圆满、恢复。愿于临终时现证光明法身，与过去、现在、未来一切诸佛无别，于法身一味中成佛。愿于此境界中，复起中阴报身，于密严刹土中，与报身遍照如来无别而证悟成佛。复次，愿以悲愿力，转生为化身，于百俱胝世界中，如释迦牟尼佛一般，以十二行相利益有情。
English
I offer this to all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and disciples of the ten directions. By offering in this way, may the clouds of offerings, like those arising from the conduct of the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, be inconceivable and arise continuously in the three times. May this obtain the merit of offering to all the Buddhas. Based on this, may the precious teachings of the Buddha flourish and spread in all directions and times, and may they remain for a long time. May the lives and activities of all the holy individuals who uphold the teachings greatly increase and expand. May this obtain the benefit of performing vast deeds for the Buddha's teachings. May such a root of virtue be dedicated entirely to all sentient beings who are equal to the limit of the sky. May all sentient beings, having obtained as dedicated, be endowed with happiness and free from suffering, and quickly attain the precious state of enlightenment, the all-knowing Buddha. May this obtain the benefit of accomplishing inconceivable benefit for others. Up to this point, whether making offerings and dedications, dedications for the deceased, or dedications for the living, it is a common ritual without difference. Then, in the offering and dedication, may such a root of virtue be entirely offered to the glorious and holy Lama who has passed away, known as Rmi. As it is offered, may this root of virtue be completely ripened in the mind-stream of the one who has just passed away, known as Rge. As it ripens, if there are any stains of transgressions of vows or natural faults, may they be purified and cleansed immediately. If there are any parts that are broken, diminished, contradictory, or mistaken, may they be completely filled and restored. May death manifest as the clear light Dharmakaya, and may he become enlightened in the oneness of Dharmakaya, inseparable from all the Buddhas of the three times. From that state, may he arise in the Sambhogakaya of the Bardo, and may he become enlightened in the Akaniṣṭha pure land, inseparable from the Sambhogakaya Vairochana. Again, may he be reborn as a Nirmanakaya through the power of compassion and aspiration, and may he benefit beings in hundreds of billions of worlds with the twelve deeds, like the Bhagavan Shakyamuni.
