Offerings, incinerations, and the like are also complete in meaning. Discipline, vows, and the three of hearing, thinking, and meditating, the six perfections, and so on, will all be complete. From the Hevajra Tantra: Without meditation, there is no meditator; without a deity, there is no mantra. In the nature without elaboration, deities and mantras truly abide. Vairochana, Akshobhya, Amoghasiddhi, and Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and other bodhisattvas are also like that. From the Buddha Samyoga Tantra: Yoga does not arise from casting images and molds, etc. If one diligently strives for bodhichitta, then yoga will become a deity. Also, from the Secret Nectar Ocean Tantra: Because incineration bestows supreme accomplishment, and incineration is for destroying conceptual thoughts, incinerating wood and the like is not incineration. Also, from the Vajra Samadhi Sutra: If one does not waver from emptiness, then the six perfections are gathered. Also, from the Sutra of the Question of the Distinguished Mind: Not being stingy with the mind is generosity; not abiding in difference is discipline; not distinguishing difference is patience; having no acceptance or rejection is diligence; not being attached is meditation; not discriminating is wisdom. Also, from the Earth-Essence Sutra: The wise who meditate on the Dharma of emptiness do not rely on any place in the world; not abiding in all conditioned phenomena, they guard pure discipline. Thus it is said. From the Sutra of the Question of the Son of the Gods: For whom there is no pride in holding or not holding vows, that is the discipline of nirvana, it is completely pure discipline. Also, from the Tantra of Non-Abiding: If one eats genuine, uncreated food, all doctrines will be satisfied. Children do not understand, they rely on nominal terms, everything is the nature of one's own mind. Saraha said: Reading is remembering, practice is remembering, holding scriptures in the heart is also that. Also, from the Secret Nectar Ocean Tantra: Offerings and tormas, etc., activities and various actions, once the very nature of mind is found, all of these are definitely gathered by this. Also, from the Noble Collection Sutra: Buddha's sons, shravakas, pratyekabuddhas, gods, etc., and however much happiness and Dharma there is for all beings, all of that arises from the supreme Prajnaparamita.

Thus it was said. Regarding the way to ascertain such wisdom of emptiness, there are two types: the analytical meditation of learned paṇḍitas, which cuts off elaboration from the outside, and the abiding meditation of yogi kusālis, which cuts off elaboration from the inside. The paṇḍita system is that, through scripture and reasoning, with the wisdom that individually discerns, one first ascertains that the external appearing objects are empty. Then, meditating on the selflessness of the inner person, one also relies on scripture and reasoning, examines through reasoning and ascertains, and then one should meditate on its meaning. In this, there is also the reasoning that refutes the four extremes of eternalism and nihilism of outsiders, and the reasoning that refutes the views of the Vaibhāṣikas and Sautrāntikas of the inner schools, and the way the Madhyamikas refute the Mind-Only school and establish their own Madhyamika system, and the Madhyamika-Prāsaṅgikas refute the Svātantrikas, asserting that their own system's view is free from acceptance. Such a view of the Madhyamika-Prāsaṅgikas believes that there is no view higher than it. Sapaṇ said: If there is a view superior to the view of the Perfection of Wisdom, that view would become tainted. Thus it was said. Although most virtuous friends agree that there is no difference between the views of mantra and characteristics, without the profound methods of unsurpassed secret mantra, one must accumulate merit for countless eons to realize the view of one's own system. Because of the profound methods of secret mantra, one can realize the wisdom of emptiness directly in this very life, so it has a profound difference that it does not just remain as a wish. In this, this secret mantra system is cutting off elaboration from within. If the nature of the inner grasping mind is ascertained, the external grasped objects will naturally collapse, because appearance is the light of the mind. Therefore, the root of all dharmas of the mantra system is one's own mind. As it says in the Laṅkāvatāra Sūtra: The mind disturbed by habitual tendencies, appears as objects, but in reality it is not real, it is just the mind. Seeing external objects as real is inverted. Also, as it says in the Saṃbhuṭī Tantra: All dharmas are selfless, one should truly follow and contemplate. These, possessing inner and outer nature, all of these should be regarded as mind. Other than mind itself, there is nothing else that exists. Also, as it says in the Laṅkāvatāra Sūtra: The mind is naturally luminous, it is the essence of the Tathāgatas. And
