It is said, and in other sutras as well, "I was formerly Prince Susadeva. At that time, to my parents who were suffering from extreme hunger, I gave my own flesh without hesitation. When I became the power of loving-kindness, in order to completely nourish the five flesh-eating brothers, I even gave my flesh with my own blood, and generated the thought of attaining supreme Bodhi. When I became King Namaka, I gave away all the perfect enjoyments and my own body. I firmly resolved to attain unsurpassed Bodhi. When I became King Norjen, at that time I did many things to benefit beings, and for the sake of Bodhi I gave away my body." It is said, "Flesh and skin, as well as bones and blood, were given away from my own body." And so on, it is widely proclaimed. As it appears in the sutras and Jataka tales, in the past the Bhagavan also gave away body, flesh, and blood, and there are countless stories. This is the conduct of those who have attained the Bodhisattva grounds, but for ordinary individuals, giving away the entire body to serve sentient beings is permissible, but cutting and chopping the body to give away flesh and blood is not allowed. Because one cannot endure the pain and regret arises, and it is difficult to go on the path of Dharma. As it is said in the Bodhicharyavatara, "Before the mind of compassion is purified, one should not give away this body." So it is said. However, the meaning of the way the Bhagavan gave away his body in the Jataka tales is widely proclaimed, and the practice of the profound oral instructions is called accumulating the Kusali's accumulation, which is to meditate on the visualization of offering and giving with the mind-created body. For this, there are also the four great rivers of cutting, and in particular, the instructions of the branch of the Guru's Mind Accomplishment composed by Orgyen Rinpoche, the profound Prajnaparamita cutting through the demon's realm, which are very extensive, etc., with many elaborations and summaries. Here, arising from the Mind Treasure of the Namcho, and closely related to this instruction, is the condensed Body Offering Visualization Sequence. This was personally spoken by the Bhagavan herself when the incarnate Mingyur Dorje was thirteen years old, on the tenth day of the auspicious month of the Bird year, when he directly saw the two-faced Vajravarahi.

Therefore, the blessings are extremely great. For this, at dusk or bedtime, one should visualize in the following order: In the center of one's body, there is a central channel, like a medium-sized arrow shaft, with its lower end blocked below the navel and its upper end open at the crown of the head; visualize it as white on the outside and red on the inside, empty inside, like blowing into a hollow bamboo tube, empty and clear. In one's heart, visualize one's consciousness, life force, merit, wind, and mind, all gathered into a white drop the size of a bean. By uttering Phat (ཕཊ, phaṭ, to shatter), it shoots up to the crown of the head. By uttering Phat (ཕཊ, phaṭ, to shatter), it transforms into the form of Vajravarahi the size of a large bean. Her body is red, with two wrathful faces, and above them is a black pig face. She is naked, adorned with bone ornaments and dry and wet skull cups. Her right hand holds a curved knife, and her left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood. A khatvanga (ཁཊྭཱཾ་, khaṭvāṃga, a ritual staff) rests in the crook of her elbow, and she stands in a dancing posture on a lotus, sun disc, and corpse seat, with the fire of wisdom blazing around her. By uttering Phat (ཕཊ, phaṭ, to shatter), her body grows larger, and the form of Varahi becomes the size of a finger. By uttering Phat (ཕཊ, phaṭ, to shatter), her body grows larger, becoming the size of an elbow. By uttering Phat (ཕཊ, phaṭ, to shatter), visualize the form of Varahi becoming extremely large, filling the sky and the earth. Then, with the curved knife in her right hand, she measures and cuts off the skull from the head of the coarse corpse with a curved knife. Placing it on the right side, she peels off the skin of the head, the size of the top, with the curved knife, transforming it into a skull cup of wisdom, white on the outside and red on the inside, a single piece, with the forehead facing oneself, its size becoming like a three-thousandfold world system. Placing one's own corpse inside it, and merely measuring with the curved knife in the right hand, it transforms into the nature of the five meats and five amritas, its essence being the amrita of wisdom, the color of milk, the taste of honey, possessing a hundred flavors and a thousand abilities. Visualize that merely by eating or drinking it, all sins, obscurations, and sufferings are eliminated, and with uncontaminated bliss, body and mind are satisfied, transforming into an inconceivable ocean of amrita. Then, uttering a Phat (ཕཊ, phaṭ, to shatter), light radiates from one's heart, and all the gurus, yidams, dakinis, and dharma protectors are invited, filling the sky, gathering like clouds. All the worldly guardians, such as the seventy lords of protection, are invited, gathering like mist in the sky. All the non-human beings, local deities, and earth spirits are invited.
