(藏文：ཨོཾ་པད་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओ पद स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ pad svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Pad, Svaha!) The lord of the hungry ghost realm is red, one face, four arms, hands in prayer, box and lotus on the moon, contemplate sitting in the lotus position. Om Me Svaha! (藏文：ཨོཾ་མེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओ मे स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ me svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Me, Svaha!) The lord of the hell realm is black, one face, four arms, hands in prayer, holding fire and water lotus in hands, Om Hum Svaha! (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओ हुं स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hūṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Hum, Svaha!) Thus, on the moon seat in the heart of the chief of the seven great compassionate ones, surrounded by the six syllables. In the hearts of the six attendants, each syllable, such as Om, is surrounded by six syllables. On the foreheads of all, meditate on a white Om, on the throat a red Ah, and on the heart a blue Hum. Then, from the three empowerments of body, speech, and mind, first, for the sake of the body empowerment, repeat this supplication: Lama, great compassionate one, grant the body empowerment. Repeat three times. Having thus supplicated, from the seed syllables in the hearts of the lama, the front generation, the one residing on the crown of the head, and you all, and the four parts of the mandala of the great compassionate one, rays of light emanate. From the dense Akanishta, the western Sukhavati, the southern Potala, and all the Buddha fields, the Bhagavan, the great compassionate one, the assembly of deities who tame beings, bodies large and small as perceived, forms distinct, hand implements clear, like rain falling from the sky, like mist swirling from the sky, like vapor rising from the earth, coming in droves and merging into you, contemplate as great rain falls into the ocean, as snow falls on a pile of stones. With melody, contemplate yourself as Avalokiteshvara, invite Jowo Thukje Chenpo to merge into yourself, the great compassionate one on the crown of the head merges into yourself. Play all musical instruments, scatter flowers, and recite: Om Mani Padme Hum Vajra Aveshaya A A! Abiding in the emptiness of space, may the auspiciousness of Samantabhadra's equanimity be fulfilled! A little is scattered. Oh, this is called the subsequent permission of the blessing-bestowing body. May the two hundred obscurations of the body be completely purified, and may the empowerment of the body be obtained. From now on, you have the authority to meditate on the body of the yidam Great Compassionate One. Because the seed of the vajra body has been planted in the body, in the future, you will have the fortune to accomplish the manifested body. Secondly, in order to request the subsequent permission of speech, please repeat this prayer. To the Lama Great Compassionate One, I pray, grant the empowerment of speech. Three times. Oh, having prayed in this way, visualize the Great Compassionate One abiding in the sky in front, and from the heart of the teacher, clear as the Great Compassionate One, a HUM (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, 吽，种子字) is emitted, entering your mouths and dissolving into your hearts. Visualize in your hearts, on top of the moon, around the white HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, 舍，种子字), the six-syllable mantra rotating clockwise. With melody. From the heart of the Great Compassionate One in front and the Great Compassionate One of your own nature, one HUM (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, 吽，种子字) is emitted, entering from the mouth and dissolving. Om Mani Padme Hum. Play music for a long time. Now contemplate that object and repeat this mantra. Om Mani Padme Hum. Then, you transform in an instant, you become the body of the Great Compassionate One of the gods, contemplate cutting off the birth gate of the downfall of the gods, and repeat this mantra. Om Om Svaha. Three times. You become the body of the Great Compassionate One of the Asuras, contemplate cutting off the birth gate of the Asura's fighting, and repeat this mantra. Om Ma Svaha. Three times. Again, you become the body of the Great Compassionate One of humans, contemplate cutting off the birth gate of human birth, old age, sickness, and death, and repeat this mantra.
