It is also said that one will obtain the color of the body. In the Sutra of Avalokiteshvara, it is said: If one circumambulates a stupa, diligence will be firm, power will be firm, firm and able to completely suppress, that person will quickly become wise. It is also said in the Sutra Requested by King of Clarity: Whoever circumambulates the stupa or image of the Buddha with faith, in the future will be revered by great enemies, become a vessel of goodness, and possess all kinds of virtues. Therefore, the benefits of circumambulation are very great. The benefits of prostration are also like this. The Sutra of Avalokiteshvara says: If one were to serve hundreds of thousands of millions of Buddhas for hundreds of thousands of millions of kalpas, it would not compare to prostrating to a stupa in this degenerate age. The merit of that person is even more supreme. By prostrating to a Buddha's stupa with palms joined, one will reside in the heavenly realms and become the king of gods. Even if reborn as a human, one will become the king of humans, and that person will never decline. By prostrating to a Buddha's stupa with palms joined, that person will never fall into the lower realms. In this world, he will always abandon desires, become wealthy among the rich, and possess many treasures. It is also said in the Sutra Requested by King of Clarity: If people bow their heads and prostrate with reverence to the stupa or image of the Buddha, those people will be revered by gods and humans as a place of respect forever. It is also said in the Sutra of Avalokiteshvara: Whoever, with the mind of enlightenment, prostrates to the stupa of the teacher, that person will never be deaf, mute, or confused for hundreds of thousands of millions of kalpas. The benefits of building a stupa or image are also like this. In the verses of the Sutra of King of Clarity, it is said: How many dust particles are on the stupas and images of the Bhagavan, the builders will surely obtain that many, and will surely obtain kingship in the heavenly realms and on earth. Experiencing the samadhi of the form and formless realms, fully experiencing all supreme places, and finally attaining the Buddhahood free from the suffering of birth, old age, and so on. Whoever makes an image of the Victorious One here, that person's body will be without defilement, soft and vast like the heart of a lotus, and liberated from disease, sorrow, suffering, and death. It is also said, whoever is the protector of the world

Making images, etc., one will not be born as a servant, will not be reborn as someone who is assigned tasks, will not be poor, will not be born into a low caste, and one's faculties will not completely deteriorate. Also, as stated in the White Lotus Sutra: Whether it be a man or a youth, whoever enjoys playing and acting secretly, drawing images of the Buddha on walls with fingernails or sticks, all of these will attain enlightenment. Also, as stated in the Sutra of the White Lotus of the Good Dharma: Building stupas of the Victorious Ones with joy, piling them up with earth and bricks, children in their play, building stupas for any Buddha, or making mounds of sand, these too will attain enlightenment. Also: Making images of the Sugatas with copper, iron, or earth, and employing artisans to make beautiful clay sculptures, all of these will attain enlightenment. Also, as stated in the Questions of Good Arm: To purify sins, one should always erect stupas of the Sugatas that possess the heart of dependent origination. Therefore, if one is wealthy, one should strive to build images and stupas; if one is poor, one should also make many tsatsas and printed images, as the benefits are vast. Building boats and bridges, and helping with the construction of boats with a virtuous mind, is of great benefit. As stated in the Sutra on Good and Bad Deeds: Whoever takes great joy in building bridges and boats in this life, thereby enabling many people to cross over, will in all lifetimes be endowed with the seven precious things, be honored and praised by many people, be gazed upon, and be served and revered by many people when they go back and forth. Thus it is said. Previously, a poor and lowly slave, with a good intention, removed and threw away a stone that was obstructing the road, and through this merit, Yama sent him back, and after being reborn as a human, he recited many six-syllable mantras, and it is said that he was reborn in the Buddha's pure land. Therefore, repairing bridges, roads, etc., also has such great merit. Even scattering a single flower into the sky while focusing on the Buddha will ultimately lead to Buddhahood, as stated in the Karuna White Lotus Sutra. A child offering a handful of earth to the Buddha was reborn as a Dharma King named Ashoka, becoming the king who ruled half of Jambudvipa, as well as mustard seeds.

The merit of a beggar offering four grains to the Buddha named Flying Vijja caused him to become a universal monarch named Boundless Fame, possessing half the dominion of the four continents and the thirty-three heavens; a village chief guarded the vow of abstaining from killing for one day, and in the end, he became enlightened as the Buddha named Benefiting Beings; a pig whose body was covered in mud rubbed against a stupa, repairing the cracks, and with that merit, it was born as a god; a slave offered a bowl full of warm rice to a renunciate, and with that merit, he was born as a king; an old woman offered A mouthful of water to the venerable Katyayana, and was born as a god; a Brahmin girl named Mo offered a needle to a Bhikshuni, and she became the venerable Shariputra; offering a squirrel, she was born with possessions like a universal monarch; a poor man had nothing else, so with a faithful heart, he regarded a handful of rubble as jewels and offered it to the Sangha, and as soon as he was born, a rain of seven precious things fell and filled the house; formerly, a merchant offered many guests he found to his mother, and it is said that the merchant himself obtained the enjoyment of the gods in this life, so even if one does good for one's parents, it is of great benefit to oneself, and one will become rich in this life. A shepherd poured a little of the leftover sour milk residue into an ant nest, and became the king of a great country; a person ate food roasted with ghee, and the oil dripped into the fire, and he said, "Offering to the fire god," and in the next life, when he was born as a human, the fire god granted him accomplishments, and he became possessed of immeasurable enjoyment; A beetle carried away by the water turned around the stupa as if circumambulating it, and in the end, he became a householder named Auspicious Glory, and attained the Arhatship. Like that, if one does it with a pure intention, even a small cause will have great benefits, which is widely explained in the sutras and tantras, so it is important not to despise small virtues, but to strive to do them. In order for such benefits to arise, a pure intention is very important, as Arya Deva said in "Cleansing the Stains of the Mind": With a good intention, a shoe, placed on the head of the Buddha, and another person removing the shoe, both obtained the kingdom.
