Although there are many elaborations and summaries of the Gongpa Düpa's chapter on the profound Prajnaparamita, the practice of Chöd in the realm of demons, and other very extensive teachings, here, this condensed practice of offering the body, which originates from the Namchö Thukkyi Terkha itself and is closely related to this instruction, was actually spoken by the Bhagavati herself when the reincarnation Migyur Dorje, at the age of thirteen, on the tenth day of the waxing month of the Bird year, directly beheld the two-faced Vajravarahi. Therefore, it is of immense blessing. For this, one should perform the visualization in this way, either in the evening or when going to bed. In the center of one's body, visualize the central channel, like a medium-sized arrow shaft, with its lower end plugged and sealed below the navel, and its upper end wide open at the crown of the head. It is white on the outside and red on the inside, empty within, like a reed with the pith removed, completely hollow. In one's heart, visualize one's own consciousness, the essence of all life force, longevity, merit, wind, and mind, as a white drop the size of a pea. By uttering Phat(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), it shoots upwards to the crown of the head. By uttering Phat(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), it transforms into the form of Vajravarahi, the size of a mustard seed. She is red in color, with two faces, the main face wrathful, and above that, a black sow's face. She is naked, adorned with bone ornaments and dry and moist skulls. Her right hand holds a curved knife, and her left holds a skull cup filled with blood. She places a Khat(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) in her elbow and stands in a dancing posture on a lotus, sun, and corpse seat, blazing with the fire of wisdom. By uttering Phat(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), she grows larger, and the body of Varahi becomes the size of a finger. By uttering Phat(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), she grows larger, becoming the size of an elbow. By uttering Phat(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), visualize the body of Varahi becoming extremely large, filling the sky and the earth. Then, with her right hand, the curved knife, she makes a cutting motion, and the skull of the copper corpse is shaved off with a razor. Placing it on the right side, she peels off the scalp with the curved knife, just enough to cover the top. The skull of wisdom is white on the outside and red on the inside, in one piece, with the forehead facing oneself, and its expanse is about three thousand worlds. Inside it, place one's own corpse. With the right hand, the curved knife, just by making a cutting motion, the essence of the five meats and five nectars transforms into the nectar of wisdom, milky white in color, tasting like honey, possessing a hundred flavors and a thousand powers. Just by eating or drinking it,

Meditate that the earth is transformed into an inconceivable ocean of nectar that eliminates all sins, obscurations, and sufferings, and satisfies body and mind with immaculate bliss. Then, by uttering "PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸)" once, light radiates from your heart, inviting all the gurus, yidams, dakinis, and dharma protectors to fill the sky, gathering like clouds. Invite all the seventy glorious protectors who guard the world, etc., to fill the space, gathering like mist. Invite all non-humans, local deities, and earth lords, as well as eighty thousand kinds of harmful demons, and summon all sentient beings of the six realms, visualizing them gathering on the earth like a crowded marketplace. By uttering PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸), countless emanations identical to Vajravarahi radiate from your heart, holding a precious vessel in the right hand and a kapala in the left. With the vessels and kapalas, they scoop up the ocean of nectar. Some offer it to the root and lineage gurus, the eighty great accomplished ones, the twenty-five disciples of the king, etc., thereby purifying all breaches of samaya. Some utter PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸), offering it to all the yidam deities of the six tantras, greatly delighting their hearts and completing the accumulation of merit. Utter PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸), offering it to the heroes and dakinis of the place and region, hundreds of thousands of myriads, and the wisdom dharma protectors and guardians. By uttering PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸), offer it to all the seventy-two glorious protectors, etc., thereby fulfilling their heart commitments and pacifying all outer and inner obstacles. By uttering PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸), offer it to the non-humans, local deities, earth lords, nagas, and earth spirits in general, and especially to the local spirits and demons of that area (the area where the practitioner is), causing them to rejoice and become helpful companions who do not cause harm. Again, by uttering PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸), give the nectar to all the sentient beings of the six realms who have gathered there and to those who have not gathered in their respective places, so that they are liberated from their respective sufferings and endowed with happiness. By uttering PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸), give it to all the demons and obstacles who have debts of body, life, food, and wealth from beginningless lifetimes, thereby repaying debts and settling karmic accounts. Also, fulfill the wishes of all harmful demons, causing them to rejoice and generate the mind of enlightenment. Then, at the end, by uttering PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸) three times, with the first, visualize that all the guests are extremely pleased and satisfied, and are laughing. With the second PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:呸), visualize that all the invited guests have gone to their respective places.
