十、将生于畜生中，如是说。说有畜生种类不一，有三千四百万种。之后，金刚句中说：地狱寒热。其释文是大悲尊所说：地狱是寒热之苦。若广说其义，在《念住经》中说：有情地狱为地狱火所损。以及在《器世界示现》中说：此下二万，无间地狱亦如是。其上有七地狱，八者胜过一切，十六者在其四方，有不焚之火和腐尸泥，有剃刀路等河流，有水泡等地狱八寒狱，复生等地狱六者依次。与欲天昼夜相同，因此彼等之寿，与欲天相同。若八十一卡尔的芝麻，百年取出一粒，芝麻尽则为水泡地狱之寿，下下递增二十倍。以及在《安立世间》中说：复生和黑线，众合摧坏和叫唤二者，热和极热，显示难以解脱，日夜哀嚎，如鱼被弃于旱地，如象被矛所刺。此乃地狱之世间，众多有情无依怙，于火生之海中燃烧。以及在经中说：身体极大，感受粗重。有些自身如火聚般燃烧，有些进入燃烧的铁室中，有些四处逃窜并驱赶邪魔，有些在铁制的大器皿中，如煮饭般烹煮，有些被画上黑线后用锯子锯开，用无与伦比的利斧劈开。以及在《亲友书》中说：有情所造诸恶业，复生黑线极热等，众合叫唤无间等，于诸地狱受剧苦。此如一人被五百短矛，猛烈刺击所生之痛苦，此乃地狱之小苦，非为幻觉亦不能忍受。 书写地狱，见闻忆念或读诵，或造其形象，若亦生痛苦，何况难忍之

Ten, will be born in the animal realm, so it is said. It is said that there are thirty-four million different kinds of animals. Then, in the Vajra verse it says: Hell is hot and cold. And its commentary is spoken by the Great Compassionate One himself: Hell is the suffering of heat and cold. If the meaning is explained in detail, it says in the Sutra of Mindfulness: Sentient beings in hell are harmed by the fire of hell. And in the Teaching of the Vessel World it says: Twenty thousand below this, the Avici hell is also the same. Above it are seven hells, the eighth is more than all, sixteen are on its four sides, there are unburning fire and rotten corpse mud, there are rivers such as razor paths, there are blister-like and other eight cold hells, rebirth and other six in order. The days and nights are the same as the desire gods, so their lives are the same as the desire gods. If eighty-one khals of sesame seeds, one seed is taken out every hundred years, when the sesame seeds are exhausted, it is the life of the blister hell, the lower ones increase twenty times. And in the Establishment of the World it says: Rebirth and black line, aggregation and crying, hot and very hot, showing that it is difficult to be liberated, wailing day and night, like a fish abandoned on dry land, like an elephant pierced by a spear. This is the world of hell, many sentient beings are without refuge, burning in the ocean of fire. And in the Sutra it says: The body is very large and the feelings are coarse. Some burn themselves like a fire, some enter a burning iron house, some run around and drive away demons, some are in a large iron vessel, cooked like rice in a pot, some are marked with a black line and sawn open with a saw, split with unbearable sharp axes. And in the Letter to a Friend it says: Sentient beings who commit evil deeds, rebirth, black line, extreme heat, aggregation, crying, Avici, etc., suffer greatly in all the hells. This is like the pain of one person being violently stabbed by five hundred short spears, this is a small suffering of hell, it is not an illusion and cannot be endured. Writing hell, seeing, hearing, remembering or reading, or making its image, if suffering also arises, what about unbearable

未熟体验有何说？如是说。另有经中说：热地狱极其难以忍受，此世之火仅为一次火星，然地狱之火炽热九倍。坚固铁锤击打，顷刻间如黄油般融化。寒冷地狱极其难以忍受，此世之风仅为一次微风，然地狱之风寒冷九倍。坚固金球击打，顷刻间如乌 উৎপལ་（藏文：ཨུཏྤལ་，梵文天城体：उत्पल，梵文罗马拟音：utpala，汉语字面意思：乌 উৎপལ་）般裂开。如是说。持明那伽ार्जुन说：如是痛苦极其难忍啊！经历百千俱胝，然若不善未尽，则彼时不会与生命分离。如是说。邬金仁波切言：地狱之处乃赡部洲地之下，从冈底斯山（Mount Kailash）起二万由旬处，有众生大地狱之处。铁室长宽皆为二万由旬，其上有八热地狱之地基。极热地狱与热地狱，大叫唤地狱与小叫唤地狱，众合地狱、黑绳地狱、复活地狱、无间地狱等，依次间隔四千由旬。极热地狱中有害之苦有三，燃木有害之牛王陶罐。热地狱中有害之苦有四，坑洞与铁与灌注与烹煮。大叫唤地狱中有害之苦有三， শাল্মলী（藏文：ཤལ་མ་རི་，梵文天城体：शाल्मली，梵文罗马拟音：śālmalī，汉语字面意思： শাল্মলী）树与远距离之阿 چو（藏文：ཨ་ཆུ་，梵文天城体：अचु，梵文罗马拟音：acu，汉语字面意思：阿 چو）。小叫唤地狱中有害之苦有五，桩与远距离之车与铠甲与铠甲山。众合地狱中有害之苦有八，地基高耸之粪尿森林与，山谷权势与执持与山。黑绳地狱中有害之苦有九，刀剑与长矛与剃刀与指甲与，短矛与木槌与斧头与锯子之吸吮。复活地狱中有害之苦有四，压迫与再次死亡再次复活与。无间地狱中有害之苦有三，剥皮与鼻涕与野兽啃噬与，肺心等处大火燃烧。八寒地狱乃从复活地狱起，向北测量二万由旬处，有疱疮地狱与疱疮破裂地狱与，号寒地狱与 кы হুৎ（藏文：ཀྱི་ཧུད་，梵文天城体：कि हुत्，梵文罗马拟音：ki hut，汉语字面意思： кы হুৎ）地狱与，阿 چو（藏文：ཨ་ཆུ་，梵文天城体：अचु，梵文罗马拟音：acu，汉语字面意思：阿 چو）地狱与如乌 উৎপལ་（藏文：ཨུཏྤལ་，梵文天城体：उत्पल，梵文罗马拟音：utpala，汉语字面意思：乌 उत्पལ་）般裂开地狱与。

What need is there to speak of experiencing the unripe? Thus it is said. In another sutra it says: The hot hells are extremely unbearable. The fire of this world is only a single spark, but the fire of hell is nine times hotter. Even a solid iron hammer, when struck, melts like butter in an instant. The cold hells are extremely unbearable. The wind of this world is only a single breeze, but the wind of hell is nine times colder. Even a solid gold ball, when struck, cracks like an utpala (藏文：ཨུཏྤལ་，梵文天城体：उत्पल，梵文罗马拟音：utpala，汉语字面意思：blue lotus) in an instant. Thus it is said. The Vidyadhara Nagarjuna said: Such suffering is extremely unbearable! Even if one experiences hundreds of millions of kotis, as long as the non-virtue is not exhausted, one will not be separated from life. Thus it is said. Orgyen Rinpoche said: The place of hell is beneath the earth of Jambudvipa, twenty thousand yojanas from Mount Kailash, there is the place of the great hells of sentient beings. The iron house is twenty thousand yojanas in length and breadth, and above it is the foundation of the eight hot hells. The extremely hot hell and the hot hell, the great crying hell and the small crying hell, the crushing hell, the black line hell, the reviving hell, and the uninterrupted hell, are each separated by four thousand yojanas. In the extremely hot hell, there are three sufferings of harm: the burning wood, the harmful bull king, and the clay pot. In the hot hell, there are four sufferings of harm: the pit, the iron, the pouring, and the cooking. In the great crying hell, there are three sufferings of harm: the shalmali (藏文：ཤལ་མ་རི་，梵文天城体：शाल्मली，梵文罗马拟音：śālmalī，汉语字面意思：shalmali) tree and the distant A Chu (藏文：ཨ་ཆུ་，梵文天城体：अचु，梵文罗马拟音：acu，汉语字面意思：A Chu). In the small crying hell, there are five sufferings of harm: the stake, the distant chariot, the armor, and the armor mountain. In the crushing hell, there are eight sufferings of harm: the high ground, the forest of excrement and urine, the power of the valley, the holding, and the mountain. In the black line hell, there are nine sufferings of harm: the sword, the spear, the razor, the fingernail, the short spear, the mallet, the axe, and the sucking of the saw. In the reviving hell, there are four sufferings of harm: the pressing, the dying again, and the reviving again. In the uninterrupted hell, there are three sufferings of harm: the skinning, the snot, the devouring by wild beasts, and the great fire burning in the lungs and heart. The eight cold hells are from the reviving hell, measuring twenty yojanas to the north, there are the blister hell, the blister bursting hell, the chattering teeth hell, the kyihut (藏文：ཀྱི་ཧུད་，梵文天城体：कि हुत्，梵文罗马拟音：ki hut，汉语字面意思：kyihut) hell, the A Chu (藏文：ཨ་ཆུ་，梵文天城体：अचु，梵文罗马拟音：acu，汉语字面意思：A Chu) hell, and the hell that cracks like an utpala (藏文：ཨུཏྤལ་，梵文天城体：उत्पल，梵文罗马拟音：utpala，汉语字面意思：blue lotus).
