ཁུངས་བཙུན་འདི་ལས་ཟབ་པའི་ཆོས། ། ས་སྟེང་འདི་ན་མི་རྙེད་བདག་གིས་སེམས། །ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ་པོ་སྦྱང་ཕྱིར་ཡབ་ལྔ་དང་། །ཁམས་ལྔ་སྦྱང་ཕྱིར་དེ་ཡི་ཡུམ་ལྔ་པོ། །སྐྱེ་གནས་བཞི་པོ་སྦྱང་ཕྱིར་ཌཱཀི། །དབང་པོ་ལྔ་སྦྱང་མཆོད་པའི་ལྷ་མོ་ལྔ། །འབྱུང་བ་ལྔ་དང་དུག་ལྔ་ཕུང་པོ་ལྔ། །སྦྱང་ཕྱིར་ལྷ་ལྔ་ལྷ་དགུ་ཤེས་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ཡང་མིན་ལ་ཡིན་པར་བསྒོམ་པ་མིན། །དངུལ་རྡོ་དངུལ་ཡིན་བཞུས་ན་དངུལ་འོང་ལྟར། །རང་ལུས་ལྷ་ཡིན་བསྒོམས་ན་ལྷར་འགྱུར་བ། །དེ་དོན་ཤེས་ན་བླ་མེད་བསྐྱེད་རིམ་ཡིན། །དེ་ཕྱིར་ལྷ་དགུ་ལྷ་ལྔ་གང་འདོད་པ། །ཆོ་ག་བཞིན་དུ་སོ་སོར་དམིགས་པ་གསལ། །མཐར་ནི་སྟོང་པར་བསྡུ་བའི་བར་མཚམས་ཤིག །བསྐལ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཆགས་ནས་མ་ཞིག་བར། །ཚོགས་བསགས་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱང་བྱས་དང་བསོད་ནམས་མཉམ། །མདོ་ལས་སྔགས་ལམ་ཐག་ཉེ་དེ་ཡི་གནད། །སྦྱང་གཞི་ངག་ལས་སྦྱོང་བྱེད་སྔགས་དང་རླུང་། །སྦྱང་འབྲས་གསུང་གི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐོབ་པའི་ཐབས། །གསང་སྔགས་རིག་སྔགས་གཟུངས་སྔགས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱང་། །ཕན་ཡོན་ཡིག་དྲུག་འདྲ་བ་གཞན་མ་མཆིས། །གངས་རིའི་ཁྲོད་དང་ཁྱད་པར་བར་ལམ་འདིར། །ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པའི་ བཀའ་བབས་ལུང་བསྟན་གསལ། །སྙིགས་མ་ལྔ་བརྒྱའི་ཐ་མའི་དུས་ངན་དུས། །ལྷ་འདི་སྔགས་འདི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་བྱིན་རླབས་མྱུར། །ཇེ་དར་འོང་བ་ལུང་བསྟན་ཀུན་ན་ཡོད། །ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཇོ་བོ་རྗེ་དང་སྲོང་བཙན་སྒམ། །ལབ་སྒྲོན་ཀུན་གྱིས་ཞལ་གདམས་ཞལ་ཆེམས་མཐུན། །དེ་ཕྱིར་ཡིག་དྲུག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ནོར་བུ་ལགས། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀུན། །སྔགས་དང་ཡིག་འབྲུའི་གཟུགས་སུ་སྣང་བའོ། །དེ་ལས་ཀྱང་ནི་ཡིག་བཅུ་ཟབ་གནད་ཆེ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་གསུམ་གྱི། །སྙིང་པོ་འདུས་པ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གསུམ་སྟེ། །གསར་རྙིང་རྒྱུད་སྡེ་ཀུན་ནས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བསྔགས། །ཧཱི༔ཡིག་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐུགས་སྲོག་སྟེ། །འབྲུ་དྲུག་རིགས་དྲུག་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་གཅོད་པའོ། །ཐུགས་ཀར་ཧྲིམཐར་ཡིག་བཅུ་འཁོར་བ་ལས། །བདག་བསྐྱེད་ཡབ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་བའི་སྟེང་དུ་ས་བོན་ཧཱི༔ཡིག་དམར་པོ་འགྲེང་ཐབས་སུ་གནས་པའི་མཐར། ཡིག་བཅུ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ངོ་ཕྱི་ལ་བསྟན་པ་གཡས་སུ་ཀྱི་ལི་ལི་འཁོར་བ། ཡུམ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཧཱུྃཡིག་གི་མཐར་ཡུམ་སྔགས་ངོ་ནང་དུ་བསྟན་པ་གཡོན་དུ་འཁོར་བ། རིགས་བཞིའི་ཌཱཀི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་བསྒོམ་པ་ནི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་གཞུང་ཆེན་ནས་བྱུང་བའོ། ལྷ་ལྔ་ལས་རྒྱས་པར་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་གཞུང་ལས་ གཙོ་བོའི་ཐུ

In order to purify the five realms, there are five mothers. In order to purify the four birth places, there are Dakinis. In order to purify the five senses, there are five offering goddesses. In order to purify the five elements and the five poisons, the five aggregates, Know the five deities and the nine deities. That is not to contemplate what is not as what is, Like silver ore is silver, smelting yields silver. One's own body is the deity, contemplating becomes the deity. If one knows that meaning, it is the unsurpassed generation stage. Therefore, whichever you desire, the nine deities, the five deities, Clearly visualize each separately according to the ritual. Finally, the interval of dissolving into emptiness, From the formation of the great kalpa until its destruction, Accumulate merit, purify obscurations, and accumulate merit. The Sutra path is closer than the Mantra path, the key is that, What is purified is speech, what purifies is mantra and wind, The means to obtain the Vajra of speech is the result of purification. Secret mantras, knowledge mantras, dharani mantras are infinite, But there is no other benefit like the six-syllable mantra. In the midst of the snowy mountains, especially in this intermediate path, The blessing of the six-syllable mantra descends, the prophecy is clear. In the evil times of the end of the five degenerations, This deity, this mantra, the compassion and blessing are swift. It will become more and more prosperous, all prophecies have it. Ugyen, Jowo Rinpoche, and Songtsen Gampo, Labdron and all others, their oral instructions and testaments are consistent. Therefore, the six-syllable mantra is the jewel of mantras. The compassion and blessings of all Buddhas, Appear in the form of mantras and syllables. Among them, the ten syllables are even more profound and important. The essence of the three kayas of all Buddhas, Gathered together are Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), and Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽).
