不是口头惩罚和强制的命令，具有灌顶传承和口诀，不是未从续部中宣说的口诀，莲师甚深和国王的续部，也不是没有汉地典籍的续部，金刚心髓扎兰达，菩萨大成就者汉地典籍明晰，也不是没有口诀的续部，成就自在莲花生口诀众多。 教传由三位译师翻译，伏藏由三位取藏师开示，耳传由本尊神宣说，传承无间断由佛陀宣说，加持未衰减此时巨大，上师本尊无别一，诸佛本尊圆满于一坛城，如此殊胜之法如意宝，请享用吧有缘者们。格西，自己二十七岁时，策努嘉措所写，说这是口头教言的纸张，虽然从兔年（某兔年）的夏天就开始交付，但因散乱放逸而没有空闲，在龙年（某龙年）黑月的上半月，闭关精进修持时，在两次禅定间隙写完，由于深法要点全部汇集，除了精进修持之外，不能给所有人看，因为泄密罪过很大，护法神扎吉的科隆禁制，虽然立刻想到什么就写什么，但觉得深法精髓都汇集了，以书写此的善根，对于一心修持此法的人，愿能成就大悲！如此说者，拉嘎之名。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalaṃ，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！）。 为了成就唯一本尊唯一咒语一切本尊，卡，修持总集续部，有胜者嘉措。

Thus speaks the name Raga. Sarva Mangalam (藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalaṃ，汉语字面意思：All auspiciousness!).
