White, red, blue, yellow, and green, transforming into five places, each with its own veins and leaves, generating the number of Dakini veins with the dominant color. Again, holding the breath, the fire blazes, filling the entire body. In the Brahma aperture, from the white syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) facing downwards, nectar bodhicitta descends, filling the veins of the four chakras, contemplate the experience of great bliss blazing. Experiencing the four joys in the four chakras, the secret channel is blocked by the red syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Practicing the five stages, six dharmas, thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, etc., if one can master tummo, warmth will actually arise, then experience bliss, then non-conceptuality will arise. Initially, when practicing tummo, when the breath makes the body tired, not changing, persisting with diligence is dispelling obstacles. Then, when warmth blazes and bliss increases, observe the essence and mix bliss and emptiness as inseparable. Not losing the bindu, protecting it like protecting life is key. Then, extracting the essence from the door of non-conceptuality, when sleeping, take the posture of a lion sleeping. Like the inner stages of dissolution, gather the outer world and inner beings into oneself. That is, gathering into the syllable Hri (Tibetan: ཧྲི) and the bindu nada. Then, sleep in the state of non-objectifying experience. After falling asleep, before dreaming, when consciousness remains in the central channel for a moment, recognize the nature of mind and abide in that state, this is called grasping the clear light. Before falling asleep, not distracting the nature of mind, even if asleep, one cannot distinguish whether or not one has grasped the clear light, because one has not grasped the dream, so after waking up in the morning, abide nakedly on the nature of mind, and when one feels comfortable in body and mind in the morning and evening, and the awareness is clear, it is said that one has grasped the thick clear light. As soon as one falls asleep, knowing that one is falling asleep, and abiding in the nature of mind without dreams, then it is easy to recognize the thin clear light. As soon as one falls asleep, from directly in front of the eyes, appearances like raising light and lamps appear, and with this as a condition, abiding in the nature of mind, then that is a lower experience of clear light. If one dreams, due to the habits of the day, the nature of mind becomes clearer than during the day, and one recognizes that the dream is a dream, then one practices dream clear light. Not only that, but uncertain situations such as freedom and partial realization will also occur. This is extracting the essence from the door of non-conceptuality. If one is familiar with this, one can grasp the clear light at the time of death. Not going through the bardo, it is upward penetration. Then, extracting the essence from the state of clarity, is the dharma of Atiyoga, the pinnacle of the nine vehicles, Victorious Ocean, the five deities.
