It is called practicing in the intervals, which is a characteristic of Anuttara Ati Yoga. Meditating on the dissolution from the periphery to the center, etc., is the initial object of meditation from the perspective of direct meaning. The meditator observes his own mind and directly sees emptiness in emptiness, which is emptiness itself. When that becomes familiar, like a rainbow appearing in the sky, the generation stage and mind essence are non-contradictory and united. Meditating on that is the union of the generation and completion stages, the body is the form of appearance-emptiness and great compassion. Speech is the river of sound-emptiness and the six-syllable mantra, the mind is bliss-emptiness and un fabricated naturalness, these three are the actual basis of continuous practice. In particular, the key to guarding the nature of the mind, the hope for generating good realization, and the doubts about obstacles and deviations, and the desire for happiness, the desire for clarity, the desire for naked emptiness, and the unwillingness for agitation and dullness, etc. Whatever arises from hope, doubt, joy, and sorrow, must be transformed. Didn't the guru say not to transform it? Didn't he say that non-acceptance and rejection is very important? Didn't he say to be free from negation and affirmation, abandonment and acceptance? Didn't he say not to disturb with conceptual mind? Didn't he say to let it be natural and relaxed? Didn't he say to relax plainly and nakedly? Aren't water and waves one in the water? Clouds and water vapor, rainbows, and various kinds, arise from the sky and dissolve into the sky itself. Are those other than the sky existent? All the realizations that arise from the mind, arise from the mind and dissolve into the depths of the mind. Are there other realizations other than the mind? The nature of mind itself is the naked Dharmakaya from the beginning, isn't it said in all the sutras and tantras? Abiding without fabrication is the Dharmakaya, the path of artifice cannot attain the noble path, haven't the Buddhas said this repeatedly? Isn't it very foolish and dull? It is not permissible to abandon it thinking that it is okay to do so, do not forget, repeatedly clarifying mindfulness is very important. For this, it is very important not to set a goal for practice, it is very important to collapse the fixation of certainty from within. For this, there are four key instructions to enhance, to eliminate obstacles and enhance through devotion. For the unrealized realization, the arising and the already arisen realization, the key is to enhance, eliminate obstacles, and gain stability, the key instruction is uniquely sufficient, the white one is uniquely capable, it is said in all the new and old guru yogas. Naropa and Marpa both excelled in this path, all the Kagyu lineages.

It is the core of practice. The practice of pure vision and the place of prayer, under the same state of mind, the situations are different. For all those who practice pure vision, purification should be done; whoever has merits, should be learned from. Prayers are offered without error to the supreme guru. Also, the ordinary guru who is deeply kind, should be visualized as inseparable from the main deity. Do not visualize the guru as a human form, but visualize them as the embodiment of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Just like the saying "dog tooth relic", it is difficult to generate realization solely through foolish faith. Like a carved bowl, treat all patterns equally. Even if you have not met an unparalleled guru, after receiving the teachings of the lineage from Dakpo Duchen, Götsangpa, etc., take the one that suits you as your root guru. Hold on to it and pray, blessings will descend, and each promises to generate realization. Similarly, do not visualize your root guru as different, visualizing them as inseparable will be faster. There is no need to practice Guru Yoga separately. Visualize the nine deities, the great lord of the family, Amitabha, visualize as the essence of the totality of the root and lineage gurus. When practicing the five deities, the root guru is inseparable from Orgyen (Padmasambhava), visualize the lineage gurus and all the great accomplished masters of China and Tibet as attendants. The six-syllable mantra is sufficient as a prayer. Although it is the oral instruction of the incarnate king, with any prayer, calling from afar with strong devotion, it seems that it will have an immediate effect. When doubts arise, with devotion and intense longing for the guru on the crown of your head, after praying single-mindedly, maintain the natural state. Whatever arises, there can be no obstacles or harm. Devotion is the view of Mahamudra itself. The method of manifesting effects from the gate of bliss is: visualize yourself as clear Avalokiteshvara, clearly visualize the three roots and five chakras, in the center of the knots of the channels at the crown, throat, heart, navel, and secret place, visualize the syllables Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), with colors of white, red, blue, yellow, and green respectively. Visualize them as the nature of the five poisons of ignorance, attachment, anger, pride, and jealousy. Exhale the impure air with the nine rounds of breath, and while inhaling, dissolve the karmic obscurations of the five poisons of all sentient beings into the five syllables. At the lower end of the central channel below the navel, from the syllable Ram (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), flames arise, burning the seed syllables of the five poisons. Visualize as great compassion.
