Later, it seems like mastering it in reality. The accumulation of merit of Kusali is the cycle of activities. If you spread it to others, it will generate unwholesomeness and harmful thoughts.

May it be so. Now there is no seeing or not seeing. Like leaving it as it is, Like sitting silently, Unable to do anything. Seeing the original face, Named as ordinary consciousness. Just staying in that state, Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, touch, etc., Whatever arises from the six aggregates, Unobstructed, each is clear, But there is no clinging to it. Whatever various forms are seen, Like children visiting a hidden temple. Although various things are seen, there is no clinging to them. Sounds that are pleasant and unpleasant, Although each is heard, there is no attachment or aversion. Like sounds in a quiet mountain cave. Without clinging, clinging has not entered, However, in times of distraction, It is not seen that way, but seen ordinarily. Attachment, aversion, and the five poisons arise naturally, At this time, it is crucial to remind oneself with mindfulness. The difference between meditating and not meditating is, The difference between distraction and non-distraction only. A non-distracted person is selfless, Realizing emptiness, thinking it is half emptiness, the nature of the clinging mind itself is realized as empty. The object of clinging has not penetrated. From then on, not artificially, Whatever arises, forms, sounds, smells, tastes, touch, The essence of various appearances All are like the moon's reflection appearing in water, Although the images are clear individually, But the essence appears as emptiness. Even if there are many thoughts, it is the same. Dwelling, moving, the essence is no different, Self-liberation is like water and water waves. This is called the selflessness of phenomena. Although emptiness has been completely realized, But there are still many times of distraction and forgetting. The ordinary delusion in times of distraction, Whatever afflictions arise are ordinary. Afterwards, it is only mindfulness that arrives. In times of distraction, thinking it is not good and regretting. In times of distraction, towards afflictions and conceptual thoughts, Like looking outwards, when looking, Like before, emptiness is seen nakedly. At this time, mindfulness again and again, Reminding is very important. There is no difference between distraction and non-distraction. There is no difference between remembering and not remembering. There is no difference between delusion and non-delusion. Thinking that everything is empty, Occasionally, a rough outline of understanding arises. If one is too confident and relaxed about this, There is a danger of falling into ordinariness. The distinction between understanding and realization is important. Throw the understanding of scriptures behind. From confidence, Arises the realization that there is no difference between distraction and non-distraction. In reality, even if it is so, But still, the reminder of mindfulness is needed, Do not forget, it is needed again and again. Why?
