Seven are the Asuras, two million are the gods, and one hundred are the mantra holders. Thus it is said. From the King of Tantras, the Second Chapter of the Glorious Hevajra, the method of practicing Kurukulle will be explained. Among the twelve chapters, what was extensively explained is now summarized here. The goddess arising from karma is red in color and has four arms. In her hands, she holds a bow and arrow, an Utpala flower, and an iron hook. Even by merely contemplating her, one gains power over the three realms. One million are the kings, one hundred thousand are ordinary beings, ten million are Yakshas and others, seven million are Asuras, two million are gods, and one hundred are mantra holders. Thus it is said. Regarding the manner in which the oral instructions of the goddess mentioned in the tantra were transmitted: After begging for alms in the palace of King Rahula, the son of Grahadhara, he stayed in the garden of light. While washing his bowl in the long pond, thinking that he was the white-robed monk who was the son of Grahadhara's mother, Rahula threw him into the long pond. There, merely reciting the mantra of Kurukulle, he was unharmed and happily liberated, and went to the presence of the Bhagavan. "Bhagavan, I have seen the power of this mantra. For the sake of protecting other beings, please teach it." The Bhagavan entrusted it to Vajrapani, and made this mantra and this realization heard by the Bodhisattvas and Shravakas. Thereafter, in order to protect the teachings, the Bhagavan gave the Rakshasi Aphroma, who was nourished by his own alms, to Mahakala. There, Mahakala did not cherish her, and she became hungry. The Bhagavan spoke this realization of Kurukulle to her, and from then on, she became fortunate, and the protector Mahakala cherished her. Also, to one who was very happy, a son named Nakshatra, who was strong and handsome but dull-witted, said to the Bhagavan, "If my son becomes very wise, he will protect your teachings." The Bhagavan merely spoke this Kurukulle, and he became endowed with great wisdom.

Everything, and became proficient in all crafts. If you want to dominate sentient beings, you should practice this mantra and realization. In order to increase great wisdom, you should study this mantra and realization. Thus spoke the Blessed One. After that, the way the Indian texts of the oral instructions appeared is: Once upon a time, there was a king named Sahajakrīḍā, who was a great and noble royal family. He had many attendants and concubines, but the king did not favor the chief concubine. The chief concubine said to a maid: Go and find the wisdom to control that king. The maid searched in the market, and when she went to the market selling threads, she met a reddish-brown, very beautiful woman, and asked her if she had such (wisdom). She said she had, and gave her a pill, saying to give it to anyone you want to give it to. The maid gave the pill to the concubine. The concubine suspected it was poison, so she threw it into a nearby lake. That night, the king happily had intercourse with (the lake), and as a result, (the lake) conceived a prince. The king said that he had not gone there and would punish her. The concubine told the story, and the king said that he would investigate for a while, and then sent someone to find the woman, and after finding her, invited her to the palace. The king knew that she was an incarnation of the Bhagavan Mother, and prostrated and requested to be accepted. He was given sadhana and oral instructions, etc., and obtained common and supreme accomplishments. The master who was proficient and attained accomplishment was known as the great accomplished Sahajakrīḍā, and he also composed a sadhana. Again, the goddess herself gave the master Nāgārjuna all the empowerments and transmissions of the Lotus Speech Dharma cycle, and he was known as the Vidyādhara of Speech, Nāgārjuna (Sanskrit Devanagari: नागार्जुन, Sanskrit Romanization: Nāgārjuna, Chinese literal meaning: Dragon Tree). In the seventh chapter, it is said: The independent goddess Nāgārjuna (Sanskrit Devanagari: नागार्जुन, Sanskrit Romanization: Nāgārjuna, Chinese literal meaning: Dragon Tree), etc. After that, in successive transmissions, there appeared the Indian texts praised by Ḍombi Heruka, and the Indian texts called the Five Great Kurukullā Oral Instructions that came from Hevajra, composed by the great scholar Śāntarakṣita, and the sadhana of Kurukullā Vidyādharī, composed by Matanga, and the Kurukullā sadhana of Hevajra's successive self-blessing, composed by Sahajakrīḍā, and the secret sadhana composed by Ḍombi Heruka.
