Everything dissolves into light and merges into oneself. The joy of light pleases all. The body and mind are filled with uncontaminated bliss. Rays of light touch all six realms of beings. Humming and buzzing, reciting mantra sounds. This is the visualization of self-generation. From one's heart, the mantra garland radiates light. Emanating from the mouth, it enters the front generation. Inviting the honorable mouth to enter the mind stream. The mantra garland moves upwards from the navel. Merging into one's heart in this space. Offering outwardly and gathering accomplishments inwardly. Like a rotating wheel of fire. Visualize the red color spinning around and around. In the right hand, holding the jewel in the vase. Rays of light radiate the accomplishments of food. Transforming into light, gathering and merging into oneself. The essence of food enters the skull. Visualize enjoyment descending like rain. From the middle iron hook and lasso. Red rays of light, iron hook and lasso. Various forms shine in all ten directions. Hooking and gathering all desired objects. In the lower right, from the precious jewel vase. Rain of grain descends like rain. The left hand tightly holds two mice. Various jewels and desired objects. The accomplishments of excrement fill one's place. Visualize oneself filled with radiance. Finally, the front generation merges into oneself.
