Like a rosary, it revolves to the right. In the hearts of the four consorts, at the end of the seed syllables, each mantra begins with Om and ends with Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:हुँ फट्,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:吽 啪), visualize them revolving to the left. The immeasurable rays of light from the bodies of the Ḍākinīs radiate. From all Buddha-fields, as well as Potala, Lanka, and the land of Orgyen, invite countless deities identical to themselves, and visualize them dissolving into oneself and the front. This is both the invocation of the wisdom-beings and the empowerment. Then, focus on the mantra-wheel in the heart of the self-generation deity and recite as much as possible; this is the approach. Then, from one's own heart, first rays of light with the radiance of five colors, and later transformed into a garland of mantras, enter from one's own mouth into the mouth of the main deity in the front generation. Dissolving into the garland of mantras in the heart, it stimulates compassion, and the garland of mantras revolves faster and more intensely than before. The essence of blessings and accomplishments, the garland of mantras radiates, coming from the navel inwards, entering from one's own navel, and dissolving into the garland of mantras in the heart. Focus on this and recite, this is the accomplishment. This is both a way of offering outwards and a way of achieving accomplishments inwards. When the garland of mantras revolves in the middle, light radiates from it in ten directions. The life, merit, glory, and wealth of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, auspiciousness, well-being, the power of gods, nāgas, and human kings... From the faces and the jewel-emitting mongoose in the hands of the five deities in front, jewels and various desired objects rain down like rain, and visualize obtaining all desired accomplishments. This is permissible. Note: All kinds of wealth deities and all worldly protectors' prosperity and all accomplishments are completely gathered in the form of light and dissolve into the garland of mantras. Offering outwards makes them happy, and their bodies are full of splendor and radiance. When the garland of mantras returns inwards, dissolving into one's own heart, visualize obtaining all accomplishments of life and merit. This is the activity. For these three, one can recite a thousand times or a hundred times, or even divide one mala into three sections, as one wishes. There is no time limit for this; it is as one wishes. Among these, the approach is the single mantra of the main life deity, and the accomplishment is the single mantra of the main deity with an appended syllable. In the activity, the main deity and the five deities of the retinue are combined and recited with an appended syllable.

If there are cave tormas and so on arranged, then when offering the torma, below the Dharma protectors, above the oath-bound and worldly deities, it is good to complete an extensive torma offering and praise. If that is not possible, it is sufficient to add "kha he" to the end of the mantra and one verse of praise. Any time is fine for that. After that, water offering is always permissible, because the tantras say to do it at sunrise. The water offering should be done according to the text. The main practice for daily use is the non-conceptual dharani, which is the mantra of the three sisters of the goddess Kuntum, namely the goddess of wealth, the goddess of food, and the goddess of clothing. These are the new sadhana and activity rituals given by Vajradhara to Bariwa as Keldar. The Dharma section sadhana and oral transmission activity rituals of Drikung Yangzab also come from this. In many common activity rituals such as Gongdü, this auspicious and food-gathering mantra alone is often mentioned. This is very profound. In the activity ritual of Zakar, in fact, the three goddesses are the same in essence as the three Vajra Dakinis, Ratna Dakinis, and Padma Dakinis. Therefore, when reciting at night, without visualizing, continuously reciting one hundred times in practice, and reciting more when it is important, it is said that all three new and old treasures say that there is no better method for gathering food than this. It is sufficient to recite this mantra alone, and it is not necessary to combine it with the mantra of Zambala. If combined, the power will be greater, but it will not be as sharp. Therefore, this daily recitation does not require any preparation, and if there is no torma, offer a piece of ghee or butter. This torma should be done as an accomplishment, and should not be given to outsiders except for family members. It is good to give it to riding horses and mules, but do not give it to dogs, donkeys, birds, and cattle. A record of daily practice. Therefore, during the practice period, do not interrupt the water offering and torma. At night: Tadyatha, Om, Tsom Me Le Du Kha Hum Phet (Tibetan: ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་ཚོམ་མེ་ལེ་དུ་ཁ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: तद्यथा। ॐ चोम मे ले दु ख हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: tadyathā, oṃ com me le du kha hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Thus, Om, Tsom Me Le Du Kha Hum Phet), reciting this non-conceptual mantra about one hundred times will gather food. When all the signs are complete, the mantra of subjugation is: O Ba Shang Ni Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོ་བ་ཤང་ནི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ बा शां नि स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: o bā śāṃ ni svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: O Ba Shang Ni Svaha), this mantra is the end of the main deity's heart mantra, Om
