The eleventh and twelfth are also the same. When doing the wind-holding exercise, the visualization should be clear. When releasing and resting, the practice should be placed in a state of non-objectivity. It is best if such an exercise is not interrupted, but even if it is interrupted due to not having received the four empowerments, it is not a big deal. In solitude, one should strive and be very proficient. It is important that the need to generate warmth, etc., comes naturally and effortlessly when the time is right. It is not enough to think that one can master the three aspects of wind, visualization, and exercise with just a little thought. The body posture for wind is like the common seven-point posture. The body posture for fierce fire is the seven-point posture plus the six fire-method seals. The body posture for bindu is the squatting posture with knees drawn in. Practice the five wind exercises. The fierce fire exercise involves six rotations and thirty-seven mothers. Guiding the bindu is as described in the twentieth chapter, like an elephant drawing in water, the mating of a tigress, the way a gandharva carries things, etc. Spreading the bindu is sufficiently accomplished by shaking the body and the lion dance. As above, in accordance with the order of guidance, ignite fire at the pulse points and meditate every three days. The bindu also includes various instances of descending, etc., but it is not necessary to do this regularly. This is because those are for guiding beginners who have difficulty grasping the visualization. After the guidance is complete, if one is slightly skilled or accustomed to other methods but still wants to practice this, one should meditate on those visualization sequences in a single moment and complete everything in one session. Furthermore, the many subtle and detailed types of visualization are difficult to complete, like a string of conceptual thoughts. For those who have good realization in practice, their own body is like the body of a wrathful deity, like a tent propped up with red silk. The avadhuti channel is straight from the secret place at the lower end to the brahma aperture. The central channel is also like a rainbow tube inserted from the clear sky, appearing but without inherent existence. About four fingers below the navel is the fire of fierce fire wisdom, the red raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: fire seed syllable). Above the brahma aperture at the crown of the head is a blue wheel with six spokes and sixteen petals, in the center of which is a white bodhicitta bindu. The bindus of the spokes and petals are sufficient with just intention. Holding the wind causes it to burn with a roar as if striking a mountain, filling the inside of the body, the pores of the hair, and even the tips of the nails with fire, thereby melting the bodhicitta at the crown of the head.

As the nectar of bodhicitta descends like rain, the body is naturally filled. Fire is the nature of red bodhicitta, so when fire and bindu mix, the nectar with white and red radiance fills the entire body, and one should contemplate the arising of immeasurable bliss and warmth. The central channel inside, whether it exists or not, is like a rainbow, so fire and bindu are not obstructed. Although the central channel exists inside, the entire body is also pervaded by the central channel, or the inner central channel becomes vast and becomes inseparable from the entire body. Such an aim is also inseparable from the essence of practicing emptiness, it is the union of bliss and emptiness, or the union of generation and completion stages. If one cannot do that much, then first, by contemplating the aim, bliss arises, and by looking at its essence, one should seal it with emptiness. If it is even more condensed, then clearly visualize one's own body and the central channel, and from the bindu at the crown of the head, the bindu descends continuously like mustard seeds, striking the "ro" (Tibetan: རོ་, taste, essence) at the navel chakra, just like hot iron dripping into butter, accompanied by a "tseg" sound, clear bliss arises, and contemplate the flames blazing. In this way, by holding the breath and continuously contemplating, the verification of the signs of the wind can also be achieved. Starting from the first day of any month, from dawn to sunrise, for three days it passes through the left nostril, then for three days, four, five, and six, it passes through the right nostril. In this way, if it passes alternately for three days without interruption, one will have no obstacles. On the sixteenth, seventeenth, and eighteenth, it passes through the right nostril for three days, and similarly, it alternates for three days until the full moon. It says in the Compendium of Sources: The four periods of the day should be known, and similarly, the night also has four periods. From there it says: The period is always divided in half, the wind passes correctly through the nostrils. Starting from the first day of the waxing moon, for half of the three days, the wind of the moon passes, then for three days the wind of the sun. This order continues until the fifteenth of the waxing moon. Starting from the first day of the waning moon, it passes strongly for three days, similarly until the fifteenth. From the sixteenth, it passes from the right for three days, and the period passes divided in half, if it is reversed, disputes and so on will definitely occur, therefore the wise should correctly examine these. One day, two days, three and four, five and six.
