Meditate steadily without wavering. Holding the breath, the central channel and the entire body are in the nature of fire, and with the heat, except for the main bindu, the others are like being stirred and falling off. As the twenty-two bindus descend, the central channel becomes clearer than before, up to the throat. At the throat, it is blocked by a layer of flames. At the tip of the nose, twenty-three flame filaments are arranged like copper needles, and eleven bindus reside on top of them, so that the body and mind begin to feel bliss. The light of those flames also slightly melts the bindu at the center of the crown chakra, almost turning into liquid. The twenty-three flames are: the five consorts of the families, the five dakinis, the lineage mothers of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, the five goddesses of desirable qualities, and the nature of the three vajra mothers of body, speech, and mind. The slight melting of the bindu is stirred by the compassion of the father Heruka. The eleven bindus are blocked by those flames and do not fall, symbolizing that in the ten bhumis, the light and the eleven truths are irreversible. Then, as the eleven bindus fall to the throat, touching the flames of the throat, joy and bliss arise distinctly in the body and mind. Contemplate it merging with its nature and recognize it as the wisdom of joy. Below the ribs, up to the heart, visualize the central channel clearly, the end of the bindu is blocked by flames, and on top of this, five bindus fall and six reside. As the five bindus meet the fire of the heart, immeasurable supreme joy and bliss arise in both body and mind. Observing the nature of bliss, realize that it is the wisdom of emptiness, this is the wisdom of supreme joy. Then, again from afar, clearly visualize the central channel up to the navel. From that point, block it with a layer of flames, three bindus remain in the heart, and two fall outwards. Again, from afar, visualize the central channel upwards, reaching below the navel, where the clear boundary is blocked by flames. One bindu remains at the navel, and one reaches below the navel. There, in the center of the navel, is the nature of tummo, the extremely hot རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari ram, Romanized Sanskrit ram, fire), its two ends touching the white bindu, like red-hot iron touching butter, with a crackling sound, the flames blaze fiercely, and immeasurable bliss arises. As awareness abides in the immeasurable bliss, even the discriminating thoughts of "joyful, comfortable" cease, the nature of bliss

Since it abides in non-conceptualization, it is the joy of separation from joy. It is also called special joy. That is also to focus on young and strong people with flourishing physical functions as the object of meditation, thereby generating joy and bliss. Up to this point, one should perform reversion and dispersion. If it descends too much, there is a risk of leakage. If it is not actually generated, it is not certain with just the object. Those clearly erect the central channel outwards, until it touches the root of the secret place. There, also contemplate blocking with fire. One drop of light below the navel, half of it resides in the place, and half of it descends to the root of the secret place. Then, with the central channel straight, clearly establish it at the root of the secret place, and also contemplate that the fire is not blocked. The drop of light at the root of the secret place, two-thirds of it stay at the root, and one-third goes to the top of the secret place, like a mustard seed-like round mass, with a feeling of pleasure, white and radiant, half of it in the vajra's hole, and half of it manifests outwards, contemplating immeasurable pleasure, thereby generating pleasure. This is actually the subtle yoga of holding the mind. If the drop of light actually descends in this way, it is co-emergent wisdom. According to the views of various great accomplished ones, it is said that the drop of light arises when it reaches the vajra's throat, and there are two views that co-emergent joy arises when half of the drop of light goes out and half resides inside. That is also because of the power of the wind, half goes out, and if it can be drawn upwards, it is good, but if it cannot, it is crucial not to let it out. That is also, co-emergent joy is when the power of bliss stops conceptual thoughts, and by looking at its nature of non-conceptual appearance, one realizes emptiness, and bliss and emptiness are inseparable, which is called co-emergent joy. The illusion wheel for descending the drop of light is: squatting the body and hugging the knees with the hands. In this way, after pleasure arises in the secret place, if it is not quickly reversed, it will leak, and even if it does not leak temporarily, it will later flow out with urine, and if it is filled in the pulse eyes, it will be like water being blocked. Therefore, the method of reversion is: it is said in the scripture: Then run upwards again, combine with the root of the secret place, the mother's end also reaches there, after half of the drop of light runs upwards, combine with the half below the navel, the lower end of the central channel also reaches there, contemplate reversing upwards in this way. And it is said in the oral instructions: Reversing upwards is one merging into one, that is, the two parts of the drop of light combine.
