Then, there are sixteen blue petals behind. Visualize on each vein and petal of these downward-facing petals a white bindu, as small as the smallest mustard seed. As it says in the scriptures: From the tip of the nose to the top of the central channel, imagine being blocked by twenty-three flames. The veins of the petal wheel have twenty-two, and from each one, twenty-two bindus fall outwards. As it says in the oral instructions: Then, pressing down, one bindu adheres to each nostril, eleven bindus fall to the throat, etc., according to the scriptures, the bindus are connected to the nostrils. The falling bindus stay on top of each layer of flames. Therefore, the method of meditating on bindus here is different from the general method. Generally, it is only the burning and dripping of Ah (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:Ah) and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). However, in some tantras, in the channel places, one meditates on bindus equal to the number of deities, and it is explained that one burns in that way and heals with bindus, etc. Here also, the meaning of meditating on many main and retinue bindus is: the main one is Father Heruka, and the bindus of the six veins are the five families and Vajradhara, six deities. The sixteen petals represent the sixteen bhumis of the Great Perfection. For example, although method and wisdom do not have fixed shapes and colors, one meditates on them as father and mother; one meditates on the bindu as Ah Hum; one meditates on the letters as E Vam; one meditates on the hand implements as vajra and bell; although the four immeasurables do not have fixed shapes and colors, when they are the support, one meditates on them as a square mandala, and when they are the supported, one meditates on them as the four gatekeepers, and when they are letters, one meditates on them as Jah (藏文:ཛཿ,梵文天城体:ज,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,汉语字面意思:Jah), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), Vam (藏文:བཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vam), Ho (藏文:ཧོ,梵文天城体:हो,梵文罗马拟音:ho,汉语字面意思:Ho), and when they are hand implements, one meditates on them as iron hook, rope, etc. Here also, it is called transforming various mantras into the path, meaning to understand that the sixteen bhumis and six families, etc., are meditated on in the form of bindus. For example, just as one ties a tether to prevent animals such as horses from escaping, meditating on the bindu as connected to oneself is an auspicious connection that does not diminish purity and is easy to grasp. Even if it is possible to lose it because the wind is not subdued, there are three purposes and necessities for not becoming a cause of downfall due to not cherishing it. The spoken words from the central channel to the tip of the nose also mean that even though the central channel that rises upwards during tummo does not exist, it is not necessary to generate it downwards again, but it is not enough to merely visualize that it exists approximately, one must also meditate on the bindu downwards again.

And the meaning of needing to visualize clearly step by step. Regarding the statements at the locations of the channels, such as "obstructed by fire" and "bindu residing on the flame," the bindu is the aspect of skillful means, the essence of the father; the flame is the aspect of wisdom, the essence of the mother; the bindu residing on the flame is the essence of the union of father and mother, the union of skillful means and wisdom. Then, the central channel gradually lengthens, and the bindus gradually descend in order, like "descending with a frog-like leap," one needs to descend slowly, thereby recognizing the wisdom of the four joys. The scripture says: The central channel reaches the throat; contemplate that it is also obstructed by fire. On the flame at the tip of the nose, eleven bindus reside; contemplate that the eleven bindus descend to the throat. From the throat to the armpit, the central channel lengthens and is obstructed by fire. On the flame of the throat, six bindus reside, and five descend. Contemplate reaching the armpit. Then, from the lengthening of the central channel, contemplate reaching the navel. At this juncture, it is obstructed by fire. Three bindus reside in the heart, and two descend. Again, the central channel lengthens, looking down to the area below the navel. At this juncture, it is obstructed by fire. One remains at the navel, and one reaches below the navel. In this middle, the central channel lengthens, even if it reaches the root of the secret place, contemplate that it is obstructed by fire. Half resides below the navel, and half descends to the root of the secret place. Then, the central channel comes like a straight line, from the tip of the central channel to the tip of the secret place, the fire does not obstruct it, and it goes with a "Hum" sound. One-third resides at the root of the secret place, and one-third comes like a straight line from the tip of the central channel. This is a clear explanation of the meaning of what the scripture says: Contemplating the wheel inside and outside the skull of the crown, in reality, it is contemplating while residing there, it is only the place of contemplation, it is not necessary to contemplate the bones. Therefore, contemplate your own body as a red, clear Heruka, like a silk tent, inside the crown, contemplate a blue six-spoked wheel with a bindu at the center and on each spoke; in between, the syllable "va" surrounds it, like a hollow thread wrapped around, forming a circular edge. Behind that, there are sixteen petals, each with a bindu; all the bindus are connected to the syllable "va," and the ends are attached to the wheel. The bindu at the center is
